Title: Fishermen expand test catches off Fukushima

Fishermen in Fukushima Prefecture have expanded their test catches to 10 types of marine products

Commercial fishing restarted on an experimental basis off Fukushima Prefecture in June. Catches were limited to one type of shellfish and 2 kinds of octopuses.
The prefectural fisheries association says consumers purchased the marine products caught in the area and trust the radiation tests that were carried out.
So it decided to expand the catches to 10 types of marine products, including one type of crab and one type of squid starting on Monday.
The association says it has found no unsafe levels of radiation in any of the 10 types of seafood.
The fresh catch will be shipped to local shops later in the day after being tested for radiation.

There are no safe levels when it comes to contaminated food. There are only lies to protect financial interests.

Well the good side of this, if there is a good side possible, is that the faster the tainted foods go to market globally the faster people around the world will get sick. Hospitals can only keep secrets for so long. Politicians, gang members, researchers and scientists have to eat too. They are getting sick right along with everyone else.
Hopefully these Japanese scientists will move more quickly when they get their fatal diagnoses.

A lot of things will change once people in the power structure get radsick. Most people don't want to die with a guilty conscience. That's why 'deathbed confessions' are allowed in most courtrooms.

All of those rich people have cooks. What do you think is going to happen when one(or more) of the kids of their low-paid cooks gets fatally ill?
I can guarantee that someone is going to serve these people poisoned food.
Add the driver, mechanic, masseuse, nanny,gardener, and every other low-paid grunt working for the rich. When these people find out that they have maximum ten years left to live unless there is containment, they will have nothing to lose by going after those who killed them. What is the Japanese government going to do? Kill them?

I agree MaidenHeaven , but we still have a long way to go before criticall mass is reached AND moving in the same direction for maximised puss/pull force. In that cute animation" finding Nemo" there was this scene where all the fish got trapped in the fisher's web. They broke free by swimming in the same direction and their combined individual powers broke the web.
Now as we speak , most people are succesfully kept unaware of the manmade web of doom there in , by a global PR machinery millions times more powerfull then heroic individual/small group attempts made here and there on the web and real life. I'm afraid at this speed we have to relay on the coming sickness and loss of resources to help spread the knowledge .

But what often seems to be missed is that many catastrophic consequences of energy policy have very little leeway for interpretation other than: Events are, have been, and will be deliberate, that logical thought has to dismiss "greed" as the ongoing motivation because they own "it" at this point…and the people, as above, merely say, "Wait until so many of us are sick, we'll HAVE to notice."
