How to Enjoy Radioactive Autumn in Japan in Kindergartens and Elementary Schools
In Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, they all do these fun-filled activities to enjoy and celebrate autumn, just like they did last year and year before, radioactive fallout or not. A minor nuclear accident must not disturb the preset schedule, ever.
At this point, though an increasing number of parents are simply horrified, the majority are quite happily following whatever the school teachers say and accuse the concerned parents as “monster parent” (a Japlish word that they use in katakana) – a troublemaker. The majority are …

I still believe I made the right decision evacuating my family from Tokyo and then Japan completely since 3-11 but I still cannot help feeling: shame, guilt and even doubt about having made the right choice often (even now). I often dream that it will all blow over but I cannot see how it will be possible. Perhaps in 20,000+ years.
I converse with coworkers, friends and relatives still in Japan and they mostly all talk as though life is normal but I know that this cannot really be the case…after all they cannot see the contamination (that is the real devil about this all, if they could see it they would run). I want to tell them to flee but I cannot as I know they are unable to so it would simply be impolite to do so. They know the risks and have made their choice even if they feel they do not have once (they do).
Seeing this and the articles like about the government simply doing nothing or hiding/falsifying information makes me think I made the right choice. I hope, in the longer run, that it was (the correct choice) as this is very traumatic and difficult for us. I, of course, realize that my issues are NOTHING compared to what people still in the affected areas (especially close to Fukushima) are suffering. It is, though, very psychologically taxing.
I cannot see how those responsible could possible sleep at night knowing the hell they wrought on this earth. They must be psychopaths is the only thing I can conclude.

Everyday, Mr. KintaMAN is flexing those manly muscles keeping his family away from Japan, protecting them everyday with assurances…assurances he can give them by reading articles like the one above daily to bolster his faith that he made the right choice. You sir, Mr. MAN, I salute!

Measure the shoes of you children every day, dear people in Japan! Be sure the shoes are solid ones. Bath your children adding sea salt and baking soda. Wear masks and glasses, all of you. Do not forget your gloves. It is just for the external exposure…
