“Food fair opens to support disaster-hit producers”
A food fair is currently under way in Tokyo, with farmers and retailers from around the country marketing their products at more than 80 booths.
A non-profit organization comprising corporate farms and other groups opened the fair at a park in central Tokyo on Saturday.
The event features a variety of local foods, especially those from the disaster-stricken areas of northeastern Japan.” (…)

Please look at this.
Mainichi reports “Fukushima begins model decontamination project in no-entry zones”
It says:”According to the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA), the highest radiation level measured within the area on that day was 43.4 microsieverts per hour.”
So the difference to that hotspot in Koriyama is 9,37 microSv/hr, and now look at pic of the folks measuring for the Mainichi article: dressed up in protection gear to the max!

I wish the folks in Koriyama wished someone would allow THEM to evacuate.

Koriyama has had even higher radioactivity.
There was a reading of 120 microsieverts per hour in the shrubbery at the Koriyama train station 1.6 miles from the park on 10-27-11.
