Question: What was the difference between how the people of Chernobyl faced this crisis and what’s happened in Fukushima?
In highly contaminated areas in Fukushima Pref., people are still living and working, children are still going to school and playing in the field… So many kinds of food are highly contaminated and they’re eating it every day… Russia did much better job of relocating people… Even the residents who would like to move to other places lack funding and support.

These innocent beings..will be the first to learn what it means to "absorb in place".
Mercy on them..innocent victims.
Mercy on us..innocent witnesses.

i am amazed and terrified about how the children get sacrificed, it is not a new thing, the consequences of radiation are documented, denying the existence of radioactivity does not make its effects less harmful, despite to what the japanese government says. i am horrified and shocked as to how mothers of this planet do not care much and not cry out much more over this and i do not mean just japanese mothers, i mean every mother on this planet, our children are our future. this is what happens if basic human needs like water, food, air and in developed countries also electricity is based on profit over sustainability and safety…. all that counts to the nuclear power industry is now that the people are quiet and that they can build more nuclear reactors, make more profit. so take it with a smile if your child dies of radiation sickness or fukushima aids (see chernobyl aids [a collapse of immune system]), cancer and heart attacks to name but a few. one thing mothers in japan might start to learn, is that it is more than important to protect your children over the needs and wishes of government or husbands, doctors who are told to deny radiation issues, power companies or anybody else who tells you that your children are absolutely safe despite better knowledge.
