WHNS transcript, Mar 7, 2016: People fishing on the lake… reported hearing a loud boom and seeing black smoke, and then steam… Witnesses say there were two explosions… This afternoon [was] chaos… Fire crews [were] all on scene at the Oconee nuclear plant after a massive electrical fire… Fire Official: “It’s also in very close proximity to the buildings… I know they worked on… preventing the transformer from impinging on any of the other structures”… People in the area were very concerned when they saw heavy black smokeWitness: “All of a sudden we heard this loud boom and the whole ground started shaking.”… It’s a scary situation… [An official] said it was a very rare problem.

Loudspeaker at Oconee Nuclear Station: “Attention all site personnel… This is an emergency message… An unusual event has been declared for Unit 1… TSC – OSC [Technical Support Center – Onsite Operational Support Center] activation is necessary and the TSC – OSC has not yet been activated. Activate the TSC – OSC — I repeat, activate the TSC – OSC.”

WYFF, Mar 7, 2016: Scott Batson, site vice president [said] the intense flames and smoke came from oil burning… Batson said because a cable burned in the fire fell and caused other equipment to be affected, which led to the “unusual event” to be upgraded to an alert.

FOX Carolina, Mar 7, 2016: Hundreds of fire personnel sprang into action after a fire started at the Oconee Nuclear Plant.

WSPA transcript, Mar 7, 2016: Nearby Resident:I freaked out – you see a fire, smoke at a a power plant”… Fire Chief: “When you’re responding to a call, and you can see it when you leave the station like that, it really kind of gets your adrenaline going.”

Oconee County Emergency Management, Mar 7, 2016: “We ask that the public stay away from the area as emergency personnel and Duke Energy staff work.”

Greenville News, Mar 6, 2016: The alert was necessary because the problem could have affected operations of the plant itself… The transformer is 25 to 30 feet from the turbine building that serves Unit 1 and about 100 yards from the reactor building

WLOS, Mar 6, 2016: A transformer burst into flames at an Upstate nuclear power station…. Officials did ask the public to stay away from the area… The fire chief also said crews are continuing to work with on-site personnel to ensure… there is no further extension.

BLM was chasing ranchers out of Northern Nevada when we lived there in the 1990's. Trouble has been brewing for a long time.

As for those sheriff's deputies, no horse sense whatsoever. The rancher was called to handle the bull. The bull was obviously raging, gut shot, crazed, miserable, in danger of hurting or killing people.

So the dope deputies can't figure out the rancher is trying to put the bull down? With his back turned to the deputies? What dopes. Unbelievably stupid. IQ's below room temperature.

They must know ZERO about what ranchers have to do when their livestock are injured and have to be put down.

Unbelievable. I'm beginning to think some of these law enforcement people think killing innocent human beings is some kind of sport.

Besmirches the good name of the ones who have integrity and do their jobs with honor and bravery.

What kind of monster would murder a rancher who is putting down one of his prized bulls, and has his back turned? Is it now open season on ranchers?

Heh, heh, we don't need no steenkeen human tags, we jest goes out and bags them.

The poor wife had a heart attack, and no "official" gave her any assistance, either.

            How unbelievably sad.

    • HoTaters HoTaters

Shot in the back, w. hands in the air. Shot to his back to make him lower his arms? What happened next is now pretty obvious. The people who saw this on Oregonian news may now know the truth, but what is Lamestream media reporting?

Kinda figured it happened that way. Too bad he told them to just shoot him. I'm surprised he didn't know there would be a road block waiting up the road.

Interesting, even other law enforcement called it an ambush (ambush w. road block).

Not surprise d@ all. Too bad the young woman screamed so much. Made it hard to hear what was actually said.

They had already shot Ryan Bundy in the truck, before the group surrendered. Their vehicle was taking a lot of bullets. Still not a good move on Bundy's part, to shoot back AT ALL.
Maybe the people who have asserted all along Finicum was shooting, etc., etc. will now be debunked?

Not saying the moves these people made were the right ones. But shooting a man in a posture of self defense, with his back turned and arms raised as if in surrender, hardly qualifies as someone who is a clear threat.

That being said, if one is suspected of a felony, & there is an attempt at arrest made, fleeing the scene & evading arrest allows law enforcement to use deadly force if necessary. At least that's the way it used to work.

Bad move, fleeing the scene of the attempted arrest, when it became clear the arresting group wouldn't back down.

Still think ranchers are getting a raw deal.

      • HoTaters HoTaters

Oh, such propoganda. Just watched David Knight's report on this. Use of deadly force against people not using deadly force against them. Done to them over and over. In violation of Oregon State law.

There was clearly a political decision made to silence these people and stop them from organizing other people to assert their rights.

So the part I said about avoiding arrest just clearly doesn't apply here. They were on their way to a meeting. Just trying to get there. The road block was a use of deadly force against them, and the shooting of their vehicle began before they even attempted to avoid the road block.

Wow. It's disgusting to me to see how attempts are made to subtly make people believe they were in the wrong and somehow deserved what they got.

They made some poor decisions, but no one deserved to die. They could have been arrested w/o use of deadly force. There was no reason for what happened, to have happened, except someone wanted to silence them.

Am not even sure there was any cause to arrest them at that point.

Just a giant smear campaign as far as I can tell. I'm sorry I made any statement at all indicating I'd advocate any of the actions taken against these people.

So I probably get on another poop list for saying this ….

            • HoTaters HoTaters

Matty1, sorry, don't understand your comment. Yes, much of Nevada, the southern part, is very radioactive. There was at least one nuke test in Northern Nevada, too. But how is the guvt supporting the ranchers?

Hmmn, not crazy about the idea of eating beef from So. Nevada. Harris Ranch beef co. is in Bakersfield, CA. Now one of the hottest places around, thanks to fracking all over Kern County. Took me the LONGEST time to figure out why the RadNet counts for Bakersfield are always so high.

I'm going to have to call Harris Ranch and tell them I'm no longer buying or eating their beef because it's likely contaminated with radioactive waste.

At some point we have to vote with our wallets. I'm about ready to go completely vegan. Seems like everything is Fuku'd or full of rad waste now. Or other toxins. I try not to think about it when I eat.

            • matty1

Murder is always morally wrong. Even if you are defending your own life.

The occupiers stole federal land and federal buildings. They defended their theft with guns. They refused to leave.

They were threatening to kill the sheriff by hanging without a legally constituted trial. They threatened to kill any law enforcement officer that disagreed with them. Even the militias didn't agree with their actions. No more than 40 people at the most agreed and supported them in those actions.

Such threats are a felony. When law enforcement stops you to arrest you, if you flee it is a felony.

Refusing to keep your hands up and moving around is extremely aggressive.

I've seen many peaceful demonstrations. The people did not carry weapons. They did not resist arrest. Who can forget the police using dogs and spraying people with fire hoses during the peaceful civil rights movements in the 1960s. These people were peaceful and the nation joined in their cause and the law supported them.

Even in the infowars video posted by irhologram, which i watched inits entirety, the person speaking did not agree with their taking over federal buildings and federal lands. The person was against any form of vigilantism. For a society to live together, the rights of all the people must be considered. If one person's freedom means the slavery of another person, there is no freedom for anyone at all. If one person's wealth means the starvation of 50% of the children in…

Finicum was murdered before he could hold that big meeting with the next county. The roadblock was ILLEGAL under Oregon State law. The cell phone video from one of the witnesses who survived in Finicum's truck PROVE HE WAS MURDERED. Irregardless of whether we agree with his goals or methods, we surely can all watch that horrifying video evidence and know that the truth is that an activist was murdered by agents of OUR government. All activists should be concerned. All activists should be speaking out against the numerous violent crimes perpetrated by these agents. Our constitutional rights must be destroyed in a specific order. First up: Second Ammendment. Once we are all disarmed then they crush freedom of speech, press, religion and assembly. We can see all these rights under attack already. Killing Finicum was a warning shot to We the People who would oppose tyranny.

        • Officials said Finicum then drove away at 70 miles an hour, not slowing down when he saw a police roadblock.

Nelson told assembled media today that all state police shots were justified because Finicum was using the truck as a deadly weapon.

The meeting was the annual World Forum, an off-the-record conference hosted by the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a leading Washington, D.C.-based conservative think tank. AEI has hosted the “secretive” event since 1982, but this year had a unique focus. Republican pundit Bill Kristol and former George W. Apple CEO Tim Cook, Google co-founder Larry Page, Napster creator and Facebook investor Sean Parker, and Tesla Motors and SpaceX honcho Elon Musk all attended….Senate Majority Leader Sen. • What happens if ANY police officer stops you, and then you take off at a high rate of speed, no matter what your reason? (gonna go see a sheriff) Try that one on your local police or FBI and see how they react, trying to stop you for a broken taillight or anything else.

What happens if you don't slow down or stop for any police checkpoint, or roadblock, after you refused to stop for a police officer and you took off at high speed, thus breaking more laws, including driving on wrong side of road?

What happens when you openly state you will kill any police that try to stop you for ANY reason in PUBLIC, and you carry a weapon at all times?

When forced to stop for the SECOND TIME, you are ordered to lay down, and keep your hands up. Instead, you reach for your gun and act weird, as in a guy that will not be taken alive, no matter what.

    What happens next, FOR ANYONE?

Come on people, this is getting ridiculous.

    • The post above should be near top of thread, not down here at the bottom.. sorry.

    • If a police officer is pursuing a suspect, unless they clear and obvious information that
1)the person involved is going to in the immediate near future, like say 30 minutes, kill or cause severe bodily injury to another person, then the officer can use a dangerous weapon against that person.

It been doctrine since my dad as a Cop taught me that in the early 1970's. Nothing on the laws have changed. You can't shoot a running robber in the back unless all terms of item 1 are fulfilled.

They police needed that life they took. They were willing to risk their own life to jump in from of his truck. That had him pysch profiled and knew he didn't want to kill them and would crash his truck rather than killing even a hated police officer. So they crashed him and killed him, 11 or 13 shots right?

He made a point, they made a point. They murdered him. That is clear. Was it justified?

      • No one shot him in the back as he was speeding away.

They shot him for not obeying an order to lay down and keep his arms up, and while reaching for his weapon.

Whether he was shot 1 time or 12 times after that, does not really matter.

People have been and are being shot for a LOT LESS.

Not saying any of these are legal or right, but this is America, at this point. You run, you get shot, or least the odds are greatly increased, especially if you are known to have a gun or threatened police.

Of course, they were not stopped for going TO a meeting. They had committed a number of felonies for stealing federal land and using federal equipment including federal computers, cutting new roads over protected Paiute sacred lands, keeping anyone from using the federal land besides themselves, threatening to kill law enforcement officers including the sheriff of the county where they had stolen land.

I've seen videos where they knew the federal and state law enforcement officers were moving a great number of personnel and equipment into the county. They knew they had broken the law and that no militias were supporting their actions.

When the two vehicles were stopped by law enforcement officers , everyone who surrendered peacefully were not shot.

It is a felony to escape law enforcement officers and is considered very aggressive. Tjhey were armed and dangerous. Still Mr. icum was given a chance to surrender peacefully and non aggressively even after he exited his vehicle. He kept saying "shoot me". This is not a sign of non-agression and peaceful surrender. Nor is reaching for a gun in his left pocket. They didn't shoot him even after he reached the first time, but after the second time.

A person may not want to recognize law enforcement officers, but the constitution does. Mr. Finicum said that he would never surrender to be put in jail. He said that he would use his gun if a law enforcement officer pointed a gun at him. You can't blame his…

choice on anyone but himself. Maybe he thought others would join his martyrdom, but no one else did. He was arrested for his past felonies and for refusing to surrender when his truck was stopped and he committed another felony when he drove off. Why didn't he stop at the road block. First you say he was going too fast, and now it is too slow. It doesn't matter how fast. When he refused the authority of legally and appropriately dressed state troopers and drove off he knew he would be shot. That's why he didn't say, "please don't shoot me, I surrender and kept his hands over his head and lay face down he had made his choice. He clearly said that he wanted to be shot.

There are always poor consequences for poor choices and good results for good choices.

The Bundys said the wanted the land turned over to private hands for mining. They never, ever said that there should be any kind of mining excluded. But no one else there said anything about being against uranium mining or against nuclear energy.

We have the statement of Cliven Bnndy before he flew to Oregon. There is nothing in that statement that is in any way against nuclear energy or uranium mining. He never mentions this at all.

Republicans and Libertarians have no plan to help the environment. They deny climate change. They love uranium mining, fracking, coal mining, strip mining, oil shale mining. They love NAFTA and TPP.

There is no way to ignore these issues. There is no time left, and all the distraction from these issues just shows that the Republicans and Libertarians have no respect for 99% of the people in this country. They think they can brainwash everyone. It is actually them who are in charge of the MIC and the media. Right now they are in charge of the Congress, both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Did they stop the TPP? or any wars?

Doc, What's the ratio of people killed by cops to cops convicted of a wrongful shooting? Why are cops trained to kill instead of wound? I'll answer that one. Dead men tell no tales and also don't file lawsuits.

          • Not disagreeing with you Sadie, but knowing all of this, if your intent is to live to see another day, you don't do what Finicum did and said to mass media.

Suicide by cop is quite common as well.

Forget finicum doc. At what pont are you willing to give up your life to retain your rights? When illegally detained or lied to at a traffic stop? When a cop comes in your house illegally? When a cop shoots your dog? When you are jailed for asking questions or exercising lawful rights? When you are ordered out of your house and asked for your guns at gunpoint? When someone you know is shot needlessly? Because cops do these things everyday. And 99% of the time, they skate. Why? Because cops lie. Judges lie and tolerate lies. And D.A.'s… well, they are the worst scum of them all. Why do prosecutors get to address and give procedural speeches to grand juries?

This is why we have a constitution, judges, appellate courts an why t we have the rule of law and the Supreme Court has the final say. This is why vigilantism is not allowed.

The way to stick up for rights is to sue in court. The law is not cut and dried. And a vigilante is just one person's opinion.

When people are emotional and vengeful and part of a mob, justice is not served. All the evidence must be considered, and a jury of peers decides on guilt or innocence. The appellate courts decide if the trial was fair or if there should be a new trial. The Supreme Court decided on the constitutionality of the rulings.

Whenever a person is killed by another person, it is always murder, it is always homicide. The courts decide which is the lessor of two evils. Self-defense is considered the lessor of two evils.

In my opinion, this is the very reason capital punishment is wrong. Killing another person is never the answer to anything. Killing is just the law of the jungle, not the law of civilized persons.

Felons are people who commit felonies determined legally. The law enforcement officers felt their lives were in danger.

You are more than welcome to challenge their decision in court. But vigilantism is only an attempt to destroy the law, destroy the constitution, and an attempt for the biggest bully and brute murderer to rule.

Once I was rallying at an anti nuke demonstration, out in the west texas town of El Paso.

The opposition was heated and soon the demonstration was as wild as the west texas wind

Off to my right I see five mounted riot police, off to my left ride a dozen or more

just for a moment I stood there in silence, shocked by the riot the demonstration had become. Many thoughts raced through my mind as I stood there, I had but one chance and that was to run.

Out through the junkyard of Marios I ran, out where some old junkers were stored. I hot wired a good one, it looked like it could run, gunning the gas away I did ride

Just as fast as I could from that west texas town of El Paso, out to the badlands of new Mexico

ahead is a roadblock, Behind me the cop cars are flashing, above theres an aircraft, probably the fbi are flying. My mind it is racing as I plow deep in the snow

Leaping from my Mustang I hear shooting and shouting, and for one brief moment wonder why theres snow in the badlands of new mexico.

Something is dreadfully wrong for I feel a deep burning pain in my side. I hear the crack from a rifle, I feel the bullet go deep in my back, then make a sharp turn up to my heart

Out of nowwhere three armed strangers approach me. Kneeling beside me they utter the last words I will hear; Were officers Aunavoce, Praise Truth and Dr Goodheart from the FBI. It was us who shot you and were happy to have done it

one final breath, and this world,.. goodbye

I looked it up PT; the father of lies is the devil! Whats your point, please be specific? I think the point stands; not every post needs a link, and its better to be ethical than law abiding and unethical. On Finicum, I say they didnt have to shoot him, while you seem to say killing is never good but in this case it was justified. Is there something more that Im missing?

              • Dr. Anne Lee Tomlinson Maziar PraisingTruth

I didn't give my opinion whether it is justified or not. I'm just one person and my opinion doesn't matter. The roadblock does seem to be legal because he was a felon and never cooperated with law enforcement for over a month. They were asked continuously for over a month to leave the refuge. Their guns were unlawful on federal land and their taking over federal land and destroying fences and land and buildings was also a felony. Intimidating of people in the city of Burns and threats to kill the sheriff was a felony.

You weren't there and didn't see his face. I'm sure it isn't easy to be a law enforcement officer. Certainly all Finicum's actions and words up until the time he was shot were non-cooperative and were threatening. He had said many times that he would shoot anyone who pointed a gun at him. How else can a law enforcement officer arrest someone who is armed and reaching for his gun, but by pointing a gun at the person? I don't have to have an opinion. My opinion is completely unnecessary to any court decision or any review board decision. All I'm trying to do is point out information that seems to be lacking. Neutrality and being a conscientious objector are respected positions. That being said, people who break the law should be apprehended and face their day in court. It is up to the person whether they allow the police to arrest them. If they do not cooperate, the consequences are the person's fault. People much be on drugs if they…

for the record, my citizens opinion on the hormesis proposition…the one everybody says was pro hormesis…went one better; I said it doesnt matter what findings or theory you have on hormesis, its simply unethical to poison people and the land with known poisons, some of the most poisonous known to man.

How is that a pro hormesis thought PT? ITs direct and circumvents any debate on hormesis. Just dont poison the land, who cant agree with that?

People are blindly and emotionally hung up on hormesis…when the true battleground is the ICRP. What if it turns out that the studies on radiation stress response are used against nuclear? Could happen; maybe they will prove to their satisfaction that really really low levels of radiation invoke a stress response and maybe the medical community says you shouldnt invoke a continual stress response. • Finicum remained defiant, at times sitting outside the occupiers’ Malheur refuge compound in a rocking chair, a rifle in his hands.

“I’m here to make it easy for the FBI to find me,” he said, adding that he wouldn’t use the rifle “unless someone points a weapon at me.”

While Finicum stated he felt the ordeal could “be peacefully resolved,” there was one outcome he couldn’t envision: time behind bars.

Shauna wonders if Finicum is dead.

Cheese us, Jebus! They were being shot at. He jumped out of the car to take bullets away from the car. Then he stopped. And took the bullets himself.

And as I think about it, there's a REASON Finicum ESPECIALLY wanted to go to the prearranged meeting with the Sheriff in the next county…because THAT Sheriff was supporting justice and may be the REASON he wasn't allowed to go, in addition to educating around 400 community folks on their constitutional rights.

At first I just couldn't believe it that they would release this cell phone tape. But all evidence was required to go to a different county, this supportive Sheriff's county. And so the Truth is coming out.

Sheriff Mack on events. Please view. I took the trouble to transcribe this whole interview, because it is so important. And then it dumped. I'm asking you to take a look.

    • ISeePinkClouds

Yes. I can't believe my ears. A SHERIFF is saying these things. What is this Country coming too?

      Sheriff Mack:

“You know I got to do a shout out for Lou Dobbs, because this past Monday night Lou Dobbs did a fantastic job,a fantastic story about this, and he knocked it out of the park, and you know what he said he is the real problem here, and he is exactly correct?
We all know the government is corrupt. We know the government is going to do things like this, but the elected officials in Oregon should have stopped it. And the Sheriff of Hardy Co. should have stopped this. The County Commissioners, and the County Attorney, and the Senators, and the Congressman from Oregon, and others, should have stepped up,the Governor, and they should have made sure that this innocent family did not have their rights violated by the federal government, and for anybody to think that we can't stand for freedom, and stop a government from doing these sort of things, needs to read the Declaration of Independence, because this is exactly what we should be stopping.”

      • ISeePinkClouds

Yes. Here is more about Sheriff Mack's views:

But all too often, our lawmakers enact more laws in a supposed effort to protect everyone from everything, even from ourselves. Lawmakers cross the line when they attempt this by violating one of our most precious constitutional rights of all: The right to determine our own destiny.

We often do not realize how blessed we are to live in a land where each of us can choose:

What job we will take, and under what conditions, and when we will
        change jobs
        What education we will gain
        Where we will live
How big of a family we will have (or whether to have one at all)
What kind of house to live in
What kind of vehicle to drive
How to restrain ourselves and our passengers while operating a vehicle
        What religion we will follow
How, where and when we will invest our earnings
Where, when and what type of medical care we will seek
        What medicines we will use
What kind of foods we eat
What kind of milk we drink
What we will spend our money on
How we will use our own property
How we defend ourselves, our families and our property
How we care for the poor and needy in our communities
How to educate our own children
What values/morals to teach our children

        • ISeePinkClouds

          OH, WAIT A MINUTE…
We have already lost our rights to do at least half of the things on that list as well as many others, to some extent! What is going on here? Simply this: Power-hungry government officials – backed by people with hidden agendas – have convinced us to sacrifice our freedoms bit by bit, always in the name of some supposedly noble cause (usually something to do with protecting us from some imaginary or greatly exaggerated danger). And with every change they gain a little more power; a little more control.

  • Jebus Jebus

Sheriff Mack was neutralized from the beginning.

He could only watch helplessly given the circumstances created by all involved.

One can not fight a pack of lions by oneself.

Why didn't the whole group drive to the sheriff together?

Did they know the same consequences?

Seems like the rest of his fellow activists failed him….

    • irhologram

Watch the video, Jebus. Sheriff Mack makes clear the constitutional issues and DOES suggest a plan of action. And if he's so "neutralized" why has the Sheriff Of Piute County Utah, the next Uranium BLM take-over say he's going to deputize every man, woman, and child to prevent the same violation of rights?

Why didn't the whole group drive to the Sheriff together, Jebus? Because this was an ambush. EVERYONE at the refuge was coming and going the whole time, moving freely anywhere they wanted to go in the county. They went out, got gas…why do you think the FBI threatened restaurants not to serve them? These were free men! Those in the car were going because they were presenting a program to the next county over. The teenage girl was a performer, Shauna Cox was her chaperone and Lavoy Finicum and Ryan Bundy were presenters.

          1 Peter 5:8

This is FAR from over. Now that this trial will not be in Harney County, we may actually get some facts RE: corruption at the county, state, and federal level. We'll also be addressing whether Freedom of Speech extends to the Alternative Press, because Pete Scintilly is still in Jail. If we loose the Internet, information is propaganda.

And with what I predict to be a very bloody election… With the elite desperate to disrupt our former ideals to make us dependent on government for all things, which results in complete loss of freedom… And those who are trying hard to responsibly bring this out of control economy back to reality, even though it's difficult. …TPTB have us ambushed. In this "fight or flight," there is nowhere to run.

As far as the lion sleeping, to extend your metaphor, I think this one will always be VERY hungry and never be satisfied. But I know this, and know that I know it: if the people loose control over natural resources, including those for use in Nuclear Power, the Water we need for crops and survival, and Land that TPTB fracture into pressure-transferring earthquakes… We have surrendered our country and our survival.

It starts at the local level with land use.

You WIL want to watch every minute of this meeting of Constitutional Sheriffs.

I thought we knew most of the issues! Good Lord, No! The BLM is inititiating so ring called the "Travel Plan." THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN THE ROADS on Public lands…no access… Without consulting anyone and without even the sheriffs' knowledge, roads are being closed so that land is reverting back to the wild like a Jungle. Foreign Nationals have taken up pot farming there, inaccessible to law enforcement.

They are tearing down 4 dams, elimating waters necessary for putting out fires, flood control, and public use.

It's not a bunch of radicals saying this. Its County Sheriffs from several states. They say they're going to fight for the rights of their constituents by enforcing the constitution.

            LOTS of information here:

Do you think women ranchers are better, for some reason than men? Do you think women have no role in defending freedoms they also need to survive? Do you object to women in the military, if capable? Do you object to women firefighters if they are built for upper body strength?

But you WILL notice that whether it crossed their minds or not, there WAS a front line, and women were NOT on it. HOWEVER, behind the line, metaphorically speaking, women WERE thrown to the ground and verbally abused by the FBI. So these independent thinking range women would rather have their clothes ripped and their knees skinned rather than take a stand with the "real men."

From the videos, I'd say…that's not how they roll.

Interview with Shawna Cox, passenger in the Finicum vehicle.
Eyewitness…more credible than the FBI "plant" who was driving the 60K Jeep and was too far back to see or hear.

Pulled over due to flashing lights…both hands out the window…FBI fires shots…one hits rear view mirror, car taking fire speeds off.
Road is blocked. Levoy's vehicle slides off road…a barrage of shots are fired at the car. LeVoy gets out, both hands in air, is shot, faces direction of gun in woods with a shocked look, is shot multiple times, hundreds of shots continue for 5 or 10 minutes…then shots fired at car…passengers screaming Stop! Bundy hit in shoulder…shooting stops…all passengers exit the vehicle…Tell FBI, "no," there is no one remaining in the car. FBI shoots the vehicle to pieces.

Drone shows billfold being removed from LeVoy, but nothing else, and then a second FBI man walks over with a 9 mm in hand, crouches down over LeVoy's body, but when he gets up, he's no longer holding the gun. No medical attention given.

    • aunavoz

This is about Uranium, Sweet Dakini. Please keep that top of mind. Many of us don't Uranium mined off Hammonds' privately owned land (or anywhere else's), which sits in the middle of what was claimed as a Bird Refuge after driving out about 400 other ranchers.

And we don't want the next slated BLM tyrannical takeover of recreational areas in Piute County, Utah mined for Uranium, either. What we are discussing is the gestapo methods just now used in our country to obtain Uranium for mining. We feel nuclear issues start at the grass roots, with the land owned by individuals or by a state, to be used to contribute to a stable, self supporting economy.

      Maybe you missed that.

Thanks irhologram…I did lose sight of the fact after reading the many discussions and verbal banters between the OPs.

When I was young, so long ago, we were taught that the BLM was taking care of all the land held in trust for the citizens of the US. Now I've witnessed the miles and miles of symbolic, shiny fencing installed along highways, quietly over the years, that separates that land from the people. Watching the government selling off our national assets to private companies for the corporate profits is disturbing to my core.
