Fine. Now what?

I guess thats where the "its collapsed" rumours came from.

Yep. Quite a round of histrionics and hyperbole.
And I think the term 5th fl. level led people to count the bays up from ground level which put the 5th fl. (by their reckoning) up near the roof line. Sometimes in a large building, 1st fl. level is actually below ground. Levels sometimes do not even relate to what our eye perceives as a "floor" from the outside of a building. Very confusing.
You learn these things the hard way in an emergency situation…crawling across floors and stairwells filled with debris half-blind, outfitted with a helmet and respirator, dragging tools and a med kit etc…
You quickly come to the conclusion that learning to read a freakin' blueprint is step one.
When in doubt about what you are looking at regarding these reactor buildings, consult these links–

I hardly think that there was a round of histronics and hyperbole
Spent fuel pool 4 burned at least for two days in March of 2011. That was confirmed by the IAEA.
At the time (march 15-16 2011) doubts were expressed that a fire in a spent fuel pool could be successfully extinguished.
I personally believe that it has burned since and I know I'm not alone in that belief. I believe it burned in June 2011 and again in Nov-Jan.
I tracked EPA Radnet readings during this period in conjunction with the jet stream. The levels reported in cities across the US were unprecedented including Fresno and Bakersfield (CA), Yuma and Phoenix (AZ), Amarillo (TX), Harrisburgh (VA), and cities in the Dakotas.
I watched as the readings would move upward across the country in an eastward sweep that matched exactly the jet stream. Yuma passed 1000 cpm beta.
I spoke to a technician at the DC EPA and he said he was watching it also, although he wouldn't confirm what was happening.
The structure of the pool may remain somewhat intact but I am absolutely convinced that pool has burned more than once.
I strongly suspect that under that steel plate is a wrecked, non-functional pool containing very damaged rods.
The disaster was expected by the NRC to "reach the final conclusion" and I believe it has across time…

It simply didn't collapse from up near the roof and down through the building because it was never up near the roof to to begin with…and that's what all the hand-wringing was about.
Is it in trouble? Yes. Is it likely leaking? Yes. Is it likely listing? Perhaps. Has it burned? Assuredly.
Hasn't collapsed yet.

majia…I agree with your assessments here. It's been burning and emitting a lot since March 2011.

This is an INCREDIBLE tool. A virtual 'walkthru' of the Zwentendorf GE.Mk1 that was built then not commissioned:

Yes. Time travel is another good reason to buy TEPCO stock.

The photos released earlier, taken from the other side, do show where two pillars are broken away from the floor on this spent fuel pool level. They are sticking up somewhat above the floor level there. Whether the ground around them has pushed up, or the other areas have sunk, I don't know, but it is definately NOT level and intact. Visually, it looks for me like the floor has sunk near these detached pillars, which would mean the fuel pool is on at least a bit of an angle, and has no support in that end. Further quakes can only make it worse.

TEPKILL measurements show that the water in SFP4 is level with the top rim of the pool. They conveniently omit the sideways shift (tapezoid action), sinking of the site approx 1m, and the very visible 45 degree crack running up the building from ground level. Nothing a little 'Fukuphotoshop' cant fix….Building IS bulging, and more subsidence being reported here:

It has been stated, #4 had an explosion or maybe 2 explosions? We all know explosions are not nice. I would not want to be there.
Japan will have a hard time by itself. I also think it was always more than foolish pride of Japan.
The big bosses around the world know what has happened .
How could they not?

Why in the latest pictures there's no nuclear-worker around, either up there or over the pathways ?

They only tell the bare minimum of what is or has happened and rarely do they tell the truth. Most citizens in Japan distrust Tepco, but few rock the boat because of the need to maintain jobs and the economy.
There is a lot about Unit 4 they will not reveal to the public. They hold some grave secrets and some probably do involve graves.

How is R4 sfp being cooled with moving water, exactly, at this point? Let's see, run a hose up from the basement to the pool and back down again out to the ocean or did I miss a hose somewhere? Tepco hopes the readers and cam viewers of Fukushima will connect all the dots, fill in the blanks, like a do-it-yourself PR story to give people hope and calm down. Their 'stories' are as fishy as the reactor basements-
I have neither much hope or calm with the bits of information released. If, a big IF, there are many intact fuel assemblies in sfp 4, Tepco must speed up their removal. It's an easy bet to say something big is likely to happen that will not permit removal, if they wait until 2013. R4 sfp is just one plate, of many, they are balancing on sticks, hoping the plates don't fall off. Meanwhile radioactive water and corium liquefy the ground underneath them. God help them.

Man do you think you are smarter, than people, who are working in that place? Do you think they say forget cooling of SFP, let cut water hose and when remove debris? I don't get you illogical logic?
Most news in this site is coming from uncertain sources or human statement without proof or don't give enough information, to make "bold" statements like you do in this instance. If you trust everything that is said on this site, you're person, which is lacking critical thinking, because you trust person who can't base their claims.
You always need to be critical about every information source, independently if it is MSM, social media like this site or other sources.
Truth is somewhere in between.
