"I'm an anarchist who believes we need a government." The government should be there to enforce my agenda because it's the only good agenda. You will still have to pay taxes to support my agenda or go to jail because this is the right agenda even though you may have a different idea of what is right.

The problem is government. We've tried them all from theocracy to democracy and look at the mess. What's the definition of insanity?

Everyone's got a great idea about how to exercise authority over me because I don't know what I really need or want.

Authority is a cultural illusion, a religious cult belief. It is the cause of most of earth's problems. It is the crooked, checker board foundation of human thinking that keeps us from the realization of true freedom.

How can authority be granted by those who don't have any authority? Two and two don't add up to three. The truth is the truth even if no one believes it.

      C u l t u r e…cult we are, despondent, disorganized, disproportionate

      I believe it! 🙂

It all boils down to.. one thing..all of it..including all this constant motion and commotion of insanity encircling us all.

    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

anarchy works fine between two friends…10 men…how big can you go before it backfires and everyone loses control, smashing everything and driving a car into crowds of people? Whats the exact opposite of one global ruler, one commander in chief over all people?

Fear rules peoples thoughts on politics…they are afraid that without a big daddy overlord all will fall into chaos. But a single ruler over all 196 countries of the world will not reduce mans chaos. Paying 'protection' money to a mafia boss doesnt improve your neighborhood. Italians werent more protected with Mussolini ruling all towns in the country.

      • obewanspeaks obewanspeaks

One thing! Chuckles! All of it!

      • curly

So we ignore the truth that no one possess real authority because we fear the very things that the belief in authority already gives us; like someone driving a car into others all of whom live under the illusion of authority—the US government.

It doesn't make sense. Fear breed chaos. Truth beads freedom.

        • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

thats right curly…like children living with an alcoholic father, who are afraid that without his strength and authority, there would be violence….but its violence they already live with.

When will people feel safe or rebel against the iron fist: when darth vader guards stand watch inside their homes? The chip…its already here in the debit or credit card. phasing out currency is just a question of time

        • curly

So, I should submit to illegitimate authority because you fear what might happen if we were to submit to the truth that no one has more or less authority than any one individual.

That may be culturally acceptable but it is motivated by fear instead of truth. We should live by truth regardless of the feared consequences.

The fruits of the lie of authority are all around us. I know nothing can ever be perfect and there will always be problems, but building on a foundation of lies will not yield a sound structure.

          • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

curly, interesting reply. Maybe its just the typical communications impasse of the paragraph…but I dont understand how your view isnt a philosophical idealism. Check this police car…not like the ones we used to have in Mayberry

They dont have 'real' authority but its functionally equivalent. Whoever can get you to pay for this gear and manpower which makes sure you keep paying is what we call authority. Ive had a swat team come after me…theres no denying who has authority; the ones with angry red faces and an itchy trigger finger.

            • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

the only question left in my mind is if its possible to live in peaceful harmony…like the agrarian paradise as seen in the Jehovah's Witness Watchtower…verdant rolling hills, a happy well formed white community with baskets of plump tuhmatas, an anglo saxonized black couple and an 'asian', in about the raio of five whites to one color, all wearing country style plaid shirts made in china….or whether mankind is inevitably more like the hyena and lion, the baboon and chimpanzee, locked in perpetual strife.

Can you defund the sword arm of the overlord? If not, they ARE the authority. Can you reverse the clamor for rulalaw, rulalaw, protect the homeland? If not, the idealism is hollow, empty

Its getting ugly out there folks, paranoia is setting in, My take on this World wide catastrophe is that in time soon it will be realized that GMI (Global Mass Insanity) will snowball from Fukushima Daiichi's nearing 7 years of non stoppable spewing Radiation (heavy metal electron atoms) released into the atmosphere, water, and all food supplies World wide…these Plutonium half life Actinides short circuits the delicate electro chemical brain synapses disrupting the thought process on all levels and are the main cause of Cancer…brain Cancer is now rampant in children today, they are the most susceptible, along with women's Genome DNA producing deformed children.

Also many humans will have a thyroid problem that will get Cancerous, the thyroid gland is responsible for hormone distribution, when hormones get disrupted our bodies including the hippocampus will ceases to function on a normal level causing one to get super pissed off at the least little thing.

Most of what you say is true, but I think we dodged a bullet on this one. The Pacific Ocean and all here species however did not.

The Earth has many problems that are all compounding along with the current Nuclear Radioactive Contamination issues.

Poison is poison in all its various hideous forms and they will continue to accumulate in the Earth's environment. The compilation of poisons will surely effect the mental health of billions of humans around the globe.

There is more at work here than meets the eye and we have a funnel of information creating a mental overload that is also taking a toll on the fragile human mind.

My hope is that we make it and that we humans all get on the same page via the various technologies becoming available worldwide. People are working on this problem today.

Enlightenment may save us all, if we humans can get in tune with the only thing that gives us all life, and which has always been the most important aspect for our species, and all the other species survival.

President Donald Trump announced a new Afghanistan strategy Monday that relies on features of the current one: Maintaining a lethal force of U.S. troops to battle Taliban and ISIS insurgents and propping up the wobbly Afghan government – while amping up the pressure on Pakistan to stop harboring terrorists in its territory.
After a strategy review finalized with top advisors at Camp David, Trump revealed what he called a 'path forward' and a 'dramatically' different approach in a prime time address Monday night.
He called for victory and use of overwhelming force, but made no specific mention of dispatching thousands of new American troops to boost the effort, saying levels would be based on conditions on the ground.

Hmmn, while Fukushima burns, maybe those of us who can should try something like this? (Or whatever floats one's boat):

Could help relieve stress and help keep our brains healthy longer. Makes the brain and everything else work better. More oxygen gets to your brain when you spend time inverted.

It's pretty daunting to consider GMI (probably due to huge amounts of inflammation in our brains and nervous systems) may be coming our way.

Don't know about you all; anti-gravity "flying" looks pretty soothing to me. Takes me back to the days of child-like innocence, riding the swingset, only everything is inverted. Why not? The world is upside-down anyway.

Hoping to do something like this as long as it's possible. Or other forms of "flying" to free the spirit, like riding your motorcycle off-road in death defying feats, Gasser.

            Inalienable rights

Without a government that is on our side, other men will create governments to organize and take our rights, our property, etc.

But once we made our government, it is infiltrated and subverted.

            The media is the same.

Just turned on the radio, and heard a distant station reporting a story that he claimed is not making national headlines. I do see it is on Time dot com. Black man in Florida kills cops, One black, one white.

All victims in Charlottsville were white.

Some point out mental illness of the black shooter.

I guess the white driver in Charlottsville was perfectly sane. Hogwash. One instance calls for national action. Another is "a lone shooter"?? Who decides? The media?

I think the media is playing a game. A dangerous game. Maybe we need to elect the media. Trump came out and said CNN was fake. And CNN says that's not fair. We have free speech in this country and then when someone uses it, they get all bent out of shape.

Well Surprise Surprise Surprise , all four ships were part of operation Tomodachi.

For all of you who think the Navy doesn't know those ships are turning our sailors into hot pockets I suggest you research Navy atomic test during the 50s and the. Of course there's this little BIG ASS HINT from KOMO news in Seattle.

Even sailors who joined the 7th Fleet immediately after Operation Tomodachi say they were affected. "I was on board the USS Germantown," said former sailor Thomas McCants, who joined the 7th Fleet as a gunner's mate right after the Japanese mission of mercy.

  • laconic93 laconic93

You see American Thinker is letting you know the plan.
Under no circumstances should a U.S. Navy vessel possibly be damaged by a container ship at sea. Multiple systems exist to prevent this. Even CNN is noticing how little we know about the catastrophe that took the lives of seven sailors and almost caused a powerful warship to founder.

The USS Fitzgerald, an anti-ballistic missile destroyer that was part of the USS Ronald Reagan carrier strike group, will no longer be ready to defend the carrier and other ships from missile attacks launched from North Korea, should push come to shove in the current confrontation with the rogue regime on the threshold of the capability to attack New York, Los Angeles, and our power grid with nuclear missiles. This is an incident that could affect

the outcome of a nuclear confrontation of historic moment.

It was assigned to protect the USS Reagan from missile attack. Are you snitches connecting the dots yet????

The Bitch ass Navy knew since 40's they couldn't decontaminate ships. That is what you call TREASON!

A third deep-water test named Charlie was planned for 1947 but was canceled primarily because of the United States Navy's inability to decontaminate the target ships after the Baker test. Ultimately, only nine target ships were able to be scrapped rather than scuttled. Charlie was rescheduled as Operation Wigwam, a deep-water shot conducted in 1955 off the California coast.

Dentsu and nuclear power public relations:

Dentsu, the fifth largest communication group in the world, holds a large share of the Japanese advertising market. This has an impact on media freedom in Japan, particularly in relation to the nuclear power industry. Much of this pressure is indirect.

          – Dentsu and information on nuclear power

          – Indirect pressures on press journalists

          – The 2016 comeback of nuclear advertisements and the resignations of TV journalists

The moment remains famous. On the eve of Japan’s Upper House elections, former actor Yamamoto Taro, an independent candidate, campaigned on Twitter to win an upper house seat in the Diet. Large shut out by the media, the young candidate, famous for his verve, had mainly campaigned against nuclear power, but he also called out the big media, accusing it of being in the pay of sponsors and thus of electric companies and of systematically censoring critical information on nuclear power.

A television channel granted him an interview at the end of a program, but only after presenting a journalist to defend his profession. On screen, the young senator…

The ending jingle started, and the presenter at the studio announced, bantering, that the show was over, before launching the commercials.

Fission products are sub-microscopic particles and there-

difficult to remove in as much as they are quite firmly imbedded in the palntwork, metallic structures, wooden decks and particularly in
such absorbent materials as lines, clothing, bunting, etc. Great care must also be taken in all decontamination procedures to prevent per-

Fukushima ice wall not seen as effective
    20 August 2017

A subterranean ice wall which Tokyo Electric Power Co (Tepco) has constructed surrounding the damaged nuclear reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi NPP to block groundwater from flowing into plant buildings is almost complete, The Mainichi reported on 17 August.

However, while the government has already invested JPY34.5bn ($315m) in the project, doubts remain about its effectiveness, the paper said.

In a news conference at the end of July, Naohiro Masuda, president and chief decommissioning officer of Fukushima Daiichi Decontamination & Decommissioning Engineering Co., stated, "We feel that the ice wall is becoming quite effective." However, he had no articulate answer when pressed for concrete details, stating, "I can't say how effective." …

Contaminated Water "Leaks" at Fukushima as Rain Deluges Plant

It has been raining very hard and continuously for the last couple of days at Fukushima Daiichi. I can imagine that there has been considerable migration of contamination resulting from the deluge. The Mainichi is reporting on a small, but quite radioactive, leak:

Highly radioactive water has leaked from the disaster-crippled Fukushima No. 1 nuclear plant, Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO) announced on Aug. 17. (August 18, 2017 ).

The estimated 50 milliliters of contaminated water remained inside the station dike, and there was no leakage to the outer environment, plant operator TEPCO said. An analysis found that the tainted water contained 22 million becquerels per liter of beta-ray-emitting radioactive materials.

I am not familiar with the construction materials of the station dike where the contaminated water was allegedly contained but I find it hard to believe TEPCO can successfully contain all the migration of contaminated water that occurs in this type of deluge:

The sun is so far away that light rays are essentially parallel. This means that when the moon zooms around in front of the sun, the shadow on the earth is going as fast as the moon is traveling. Now you add or subract the velocity of the earths rotation and you get the direction and velocity of the moons shadow. The guy making the vid is confused

Code, cut the Strawman non-argument. "Perspective" on a RR track or light poles, or whatever are from OUR prospective, which is based on the distance eye-level sight can see into the distance.

Is your logic saying that the sun's rays ARE parallel, but because the cloud impinges on line of sight, the rays then are split into perspective on a hot spot on the clouds, as a visual illusion at cloud and not sun distance, though we can still see hot parts of the sun not under that same cloud cover? OK. That might work. Except the concept can't be repeated when creating hot spots shining through cutout holes at distance on the ground…

What about the sun creating small, circular hot spots on the ocean when photographed from air?

These are questions, Code. Combat boots are very heavy footed.

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

sorry irholo, couldnt follow your musings on sun ray angles. Are you trying to understand why they appear to splay out in rays when in fact they are parallel, and the perspective answer isnt working for you? Try again

sun is 93 million miles away, earth is 8000 miles in diameter. Thus you see that ALL rays from the sun that HIT EARTH are virtually parallel. Not exactly, and that is why the moons shadow on earth is fuzzy. The sun has diameter…not a point source. Anyway, you should be able to agree that the suns rays that strike the earth are, for all practical purposes, PARALLEL. The sun creates rays in the atmosphere when it is occluded in places by clouds. The beam is seen because the sun is lighting up moisture and dust in the sky. The parallel beams seem to radiate from the sun because they stream toward you. Thats where the perspective effect takes place. Sun shining through clouds at mid day does not make the splayed rays very much toward the horizon…not like you would see at sunset. Right at sunset, if you are a careful observer, you may see them converge again to a point in the east

                    • SadieDog

Well, the difference in sun/crepuscular rays and train tracks is I can observe sun rays at a great distance looking not straight from the ending point to the source but at an angle, unlike looking down a road or train tracks. Crapuscular? Oh, you ARE funny. … Bitch.

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

Sadie…whats your assertion? That the suns rays splay out once they hit the atmosphere? If you see the sun…say at sunset…or if you look up and see it peeking through clouds, then any rays you see are by default coming toward you. You NEVER see sun rays that are perpendicular to the sun…

The first thing you need to come to grips with is that the suns rays are shining FROM the sun TOWARDS you and the earth. The next part should be easier…perspective and the vanishing point are commonly observed, as this drawing of PARALLEL objects shows

Intersting anamoly in a 30 second cell phone sequence of 10 shots or so from exactly the same position, with reference points and time stamp to confirm….A "star" broghter than Venus (the eclipse was 3/4 or more over and we only got 80% in yhe first place)…this "star" traveled in an arc at varying distances from the sun, and then reversed directions, back up around it. Yeah. Weather balloon. Because weather balloons hug the circumferance of the sun, arcing back and forth around it. Um. Hum. Yeah. They do. Sarc.

Also interesting to note… Through welders helmet, quite a breathtaking dark moon occlusion, but my cell phone showed no dark moon at all, but lit when conjoined. Couldn't see the moon when they separated. I sincerely thought I saw the sun showing through parts of the moon when viewed through welders glasses…but probably an illusion.

Folks here who complain we've left our natural world in favor of the consumption idols of civilization gripe that this enormously odd celestial event was being fawned over too much take the cake. Your sun and moon stayed together in the sky for 3 hours, like great sex. The sun and moon were HERE on the East Coast at 1:30 p.m. There was no "shadow". With 80% eclipse, we saw no change in light, as if we were in a path. I would very much like to see photos taken from Oregon for comparison.

irholo…who took the phone video? 10 shots have exaclty the same position? what do you mean? what position of what? Holding the phone by hand? what refereneces in view? No link? what does " "star" traveled in an arc at varying distances from the sun, and then reversed directions, back up around it." mean? Did the bright pin point light also travel at varying distances from every other object in an arc, or is there something specific about using the sun as reference? I mean…it could be any distance from you and be any thing…call it a ufo…could be lens optical phenomena, could be anything. Did you try taking a video of a bright object to see if there is a lens effect that travels in an arc around the light? Did the phone have a dark filter in front of it?

What does this mean: " quite a breathtaking dark moon occlusion, but my cell phone showed no dark moon at all, but lit when conjoined. Couldn't see the moon when they separated." Whats a dark moon occlusion, what do you mean your phone showed no dark moon at all…what was it, a regular bright moon? You mean what you saw with eyes was different than phone, viewed at the same time? Was the phone behind the welding visor? You know there is exposure compensation etc? What is "lit when conjoined" mean? What does " Couldn't see the moon when they separated. I sincerely thought I saw the sun showing through parts of the moon" mean? You mean you couldnt see the moon after the eclipse, and it appeared to…

          • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

what does this mean "Your sun and moon stayed together in the sky for 3 hours, like great sex. The sun and moon were HERE on the East Coast at 1:30 p.m. There was no "shadow". With 80% eclipse, we saw no change in light, as if we were in a path."

What does "stayed together in the sky for 3 hours mean? No movement, or somewhat overlapping…some stop action or something…like great sex? What does that metaphor mean? Back and forth movement? In out, up down?

Why do you emphasize HERE…the sun and moon were HERE…what are you talking about? Do you feel they were closer than supposed to be? What do you mean you saw no change in light? No change at all, from regular day time…or no fading to darker, or what? What do you mean no shadow? You saw no shadow of the moon? Did you look at the shadow of leaves on the ground? Pin points of light act like lenses and create crescent light/shadow phenomenon. If you didnt have 100% occlusion, then sun still shines and shadows are still evident, but you should be able to detect a different, even if its a gigantinormous 'moon simulator' out in space…or even hung 50 feet up by a crew of mysterious men. In other words, if you couldnt detect any difference in light, thats simply your fault, no matter what caused a semi eclipse.

Oh, teach me, almighty Code! I am panting for your discipline. I mean the sun and moon tag teamed it all the wY across. Maybe 3 hours isn't great sex for you. Sorry it wasn't an all nighter. Lol i have no idea what they did before they got to the end of the ride here in Florida. There was absolutely no change in light of day, except for a 20 minute cloud sprinkled a bit and left. No change in light before or after the cloud.

I did not say shadow. I said Occlusion. The black carve out where the moon passes in front of the sun. It could not be seen when glancing with the naked eye. It could not be seen when photographed by my cell phone. It was seen through the glasses handouts and through a welder's mask. Think of a vision test. The machine slips diopters in place. When the new one is half there, sometimes there's a black half moon like cutout.

There were no unusual shadows. It was a bright Florida sun. My cheeks got rosey.

              • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

irhol…you DID say shadow; "The sun and moon were HERE on the East Coast at 1:30 p.m. There was no "shadow".

But as you describe it now, I cant figure out why you were so excited to report that you couldnt see the eclipse right with the naked eye glance but could see it with the right glasses or visor. Is that something we should know?

In fact there WAS a change in light, you just couldnt notice it….sorry about that. Somehow you conflated your lack of ability to see the eclipse by glancing up or notice that the light was dimmer and making crescent light spots….Sadie saw them for example….into an idea that it was all a big fake or something. Can I be blunt? Yer off yer rocker

          • irhologram

Code. I took the cell phone photos. If you would like to see them, I'll e-mail them. I don't know what they show or if its truly odd. Everyone I showed it to said I should take it to the director of the local planatarium. Maybe. I'm kind of busy this week.

OK, Stock. I don't know of what value my still cell phone photos are or are not…I've already been made fun of by Obe and Code, just for mentioning there's a bright, circular, sometimes greenish object larger than Venus that appears to move right next to the bright sun. I don't claim these to be ANYTHING, except worthy of STUDY with more eyes than mine.

Thanks for the e-mail address, but just so you know, in case they ARE "something," I consider them proprietary, which means I have to load them from my cell phone to computer, and then photoshop a watermark. Soon. Lol

I made NO videos, but anyone can go to Jeranism's YouTube channel and probably find the satellite Fly-by, sans eclipse, as I did last night when he carried live ISS streaming.

Code rejects observation from platforms she considers crazy-pants, but if you had a chance to view ancient documents in the Vatican basement, would you at least take a look? Truth is where you find it.

Jeranism is FE, just so you know. Google on Bing now pulls 333,000 FE references, and as a populist movement, it hit my "writer's radar". Over a 6 year period, you saw me research EVERYTHING. I broke the Bundy/Finicum/Clinton/Russian Uranium story before It was national. Now when we speak of Methane/H2S, its as a "given", not a hot topic I was burned for introducing…etc

Am I an FEer? No. I'm observing and reporting a phenomenon. That's what reporters do.

    • SadieDog

Eclipses happen all the time. And are you talking about the four pointers that one video had circling the moon? They were used as an indicator of the moons location.

      • irhologram

I'm not real interested in saying again what I said I sai. Lol

I was watching live coverage on Jeranism's channel. While libe on UTube, he pulled up the NASA and broadcast their "live" feed, which was routinely scheduled to pass over the United States…I guess it was around 1:15 as I recall. What I saw or did not see cannot be presented to you now, until Jeranism posts his show, which he does tape.

I was in mid east Ga. I had @ 90% totality. It got slightly dimmer. It got slightly cooler. 30% and 5 degrees, respectively. The coolest thing were the partial circles on the ground and sidewalk from the leaves on the trees during the eclipse. Weird.

      • unincredulous unincredulous

I was riding my motorcycle down the road and I knew the time was getting near the totality time predicted on the website The shadows of tree leaves were just normal leaf shadows. I did not have solar glasses, and did not stop to check what was happening. Then I looked at the leaf shadows and all of a sudden they were ALL cresent shaped shadows about 10 inches on the ground. I had been driving through a section of road with no where to pull over and lots of trees even branches over the road, and right when I saw the crescent shadows on the road a perfect spot to pull over came into view. I stopped and checked my cell phone time. It was 1:13 and then I checked my alarm. It was set to go off at 1:26 the beginning of totality. I had thirteen minutes to set up my crappy little tripods. I took them because they were small. One was a six inch table top tripod, the other about 10 inches tall. They were nice at one time but now the legs must be pulled out with pliers, and it's not worth the trouble, because after telescoping them out, they just sag back down with the weight of the camera. I set on camera up to record at f8 and just pointed it up at the sky and pushed "record" when my alarm went off for the beginning of totality. It was a Sony DSC-H5 set to wide angle. You can get them used for about 20 bucks or less in online auctions. I didn't worry about the sun killing it. Then I attached my other cam to the other crappy tripod. My…

        • unincredulous unincredulous

My first cam going recorded me cussing as the position locks failed on my crappy tripod on a zoomed cam. I could not find the sun. Managed to get about four pics off in the two minutes plus totality. It got dark but not black. Midnight blue. The wide video I made is cool showing the amount of time in darkness. Somehow, one of my four pics turned out good despite that I could not set the timer. I had to fight panic mode. It was a hell of a long ride to not get some pics. It's too bad NASA can't click "rewind" so the second time I could just look at the totality. I think I glanced up once or twice during totality. I was in "don't look you'll go blind and miss your pics too" mode. Yep it got pretty dark like first morning light for more than two minutes. I think 2:40, same as Hopkinsville, KY. One of my pics needed levels adjustment, brightness and contrast adjustment to look like the shots I saw on a TV today. I can't believe I appears to have no camera shake. I set cam to f8 and was seeing the camera automatically setting to 3 seconds, four seconds etc. The Nikon website had a link to an exposure recommendation of f8 1/2000, 1/1000, 1/250 but nothing like three seconds. I figured it was a complete failure. Sometimes you get lucky. There was a big peice of metal on the shoulder of the Natcher Parkway. It was right next to the white line. Like a power cable support structure. It was 14 inches high and 6 inches deep in it's structure. I would have had a rough day if…

English, Code. Its plain English. No, its not how we think things happen. It happened. I assume you're not trying to read for content. Do that.

NASA's live video of earth on the NASA channel was broadcast as usual, but on this day, at the time of the NASA earth broadcast, we had this unusual event, this eclipse. The eclipse was nowhwere evident on NASA's allegedly live broadcast. How much do I have to spell out for you?

    • SadieDog

      NASA is bullshit!

    • SadieDog

How the fuck do they roll a gutterball today, of all days?

    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

Iholo, yes spell it out. No gibberish. Provide the link. I didnt see the live stream video of the earth from the satalite. You know the moons shadow wont cover the whole earth right? Only 1/4…so if the video was not aimed at the right spot, then no shadow would be visible. You know that optics from satellites usually make the earth look more curved than it would appear by eye? Thus you cant judge the curvature, or how much of earth you have in view…you would have to do this by landmarks. lots of videos….random pick here

anyway, you made no POINT. Whats your POINT? Do you infer that there was a FAKE moon or a FAKE sun, or what exactly.

theres two parts to communication; expressing, and being understood. They should go hand in hand, if your intent is to be understood. So make your POINT….point point point point point point point

      • SadieDog

Code, NASA's live stream of the eclipse and ISS were down today during the eclipse. Just sayin'.

        • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

SD, you gotta link for that? ReaLLY…nasa satellites were not working during the eclipse?

          • irhologram

Lolololol. Yes, Code!! The NASA broadcast of the United States pass-over was working and at the precise time of its scheduled pass, Jeran carried the NASA broadcast of earth live…I'm not sure exactly when, but thwe'll know that from the video…around… 1:15-1:30… Plenty of time for a shadow to have shown on the West Coast to Mid-America, approaching the East Coast.

What the NASA broadcast DID show was the continent of North America barely visible under clouds, with absolutely no hint of eclipse. See? It was taped, Code. Get it? The live feed was taped. We're paying for live feed. It could also mean that NASA did not WISH to show us this event…

Not putting cameras on the moon for the tremndous study benefit it would be, knowing that, what is it…they spend 500M per day on stuff like on playing guitar in space, and mostly running kids science shows… When under $10M is all it would cost to monitor us in our orbitol mechanics, electomagnetics, full view weather partterns, sooner notification of incoming, etc.

But it wouldn't cost anything to turn the ISIS camera toward the moon and stars for perspective right now. And it would have cost nothing to have allowed us to see this eclipse.

            The questions become:
1). Are all or some live satellite fly-overs taped! And if so, why? Why do they only show cloud cover?
2). Is there a reason NASA would not want us to see the eclipse?

            • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

irholo, well Im not going to run around trying to verify if the satellite video is a delay broadcast..I did a little search and didnt find anything unusual…I mean, nobody noticed anything askew besides you, as far as I can tell. But…I want to hear it from the IR Hole; whats your theory, whats your POINT? Are you saying the eclipse was FAKED or NOT FAKED? Or are you just saying they messed up their live video feed, by mistake or on purpose? Because it sounds like youre saying the eclipse was somehow faked, and if so you should just say it. Sadie can pick it up from there

I have supplied for you already, just above your current post the questions it raises, if authenticated by the video we assume we'll see tomorrow or the next day.

As far as me being the only person in the world to see this…lol well, that would be just really sad for Jeran's channel. I can't remember exactly how many were watching live at the time… But I can safely say hundreds of other people saw it live. What it is that we saw, we need to further research. Air. Well, ain't that inter-est-in. Notice the clouds in each of the depictions. They don't match. You have to carefully compare. You'll get there. Also, the green on the first animation is a garbage art job, …is what it looks like.

                • AirSepTech AirSepTech

I think you may want to compare as well

Look at cloud 'formation' to compare, remember the satellites are at very different latitudes, so the perspective will be very different, cloud altitude plays in as well.

                  Look at formations at:

                  GOM south of N.Orleans

                  The area of southern Nevada

You see, they are very close to the same, as much as could be expected, considering.

I can't prove the imaging is real, along with more than a few other things in life.

But I did follow multiple sources, ran time/distance calcs, and even some 'mainstream' stuff. It was very cool with a 8" reflector.
                  It fits well enough.

                      The eclipse WAS NOT FAKE.

There. Is that plain enough for all here who can't follow more than 2 logic steps at once?

                    • irhologram

What we haven't discussed are historic solar eclipse paths. Here are overlays in their relative positioning for 2009, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2024, and 2027. The researcher is foreign, but Hey, isn't most of the world? Lol.

In looking at the path similation, earth must have one hell of a wobble. A consistent, identical, wobble path matches up in each of the modeled solar eclipse years from 2009 to 2027, according to NASA videos that this YouTuber used. Definitely a "Hummm," even though the conclusions he reaches may not resonate. It is what it is. Whatever that is. Lol

Whatever the explanation, the paths of totality are not just clearly wonky, they are consistant in their particular "wonk" year after year. Logic would then say that we wobble many, many, many degrees every day (Air, could you translate what you see into measurement of the irregularities?) but, surely the reason isn't because of the eclipse itself.

Surely eclipses don't cause wobbling…but Facts can't be ignored just because we don't like them: wonky eclipse paths trace out the same over nearly 30 years. On its face, this fact illustrates an in tandem meandering sun and moon thousands of miles above and thousands of miles below the equater like a roller coaster. What happened to circular orbits? Lol Or!?? Or what? How does this happen?

You should listen to the latest explanation by NASA artist..I think his name is Chris Simpson…says they use only composites because they "have to", and he colors them, dresses them up in clouds, and chooses land and sea colors to make earth look like he thinks we think it should.

Critical thinking is not magical thing. Magical thinking, in this case, would be to ASSUME anything. Thought and, frankly, science, are supposed to be about unbiased, open-minded inquiry, without Prejudice toward outcome.

There is no magic to make NASA cough up their secrets.
                      Critical thought asks:

Are satellite fly-bys taped, are they composites on a loop, did they use a tape yesterday, did they aim to hide something…at the bizarre end of all inquiry, are satellites, themselves (Ever seen one of 1000s from ISS? in the 2,700-3,500 degree thermosphere?), i.e. could entry for composite videos be supplied by high alt ti tude ball loons? Is THAT the truth? How the hell would I know! A great question is: Why a "sh*t storm here just for applying logic to observation?

Another tape to wish for…a tape from IS S of the eclipse. I watched live ISS streaming last night as the eclipse continued across S. America. Jus' biz as usual.

Join in observation without predisposed answers. In a nut shell, we don't know (and we won't know because we can't go), except by a process of elimination, and ONLY IF we evaluate future space agency activities.

I can't be goaded into a conclusion now.

                    • IR, if you want to spur discussion or collaboration, start with a hypothesis that fits all known facts, and then we will develop some tests or additional observations to develop that into a theory and continue testing on the theory.

If you do, the tunnel vision of your thesis ignores all other variables. And, I'm discovering you can make math say just about anything by altering the "variables," whether true or not…for example, Arbitrarily designated Time, distance, speed, mass, density, etc., and when they STILL don't add up, you can factor in what you've never encountered in order to MAKE it add up…like "Dark Matter." Now the math works. Well, almost. We still can't factor in gravity. Huh!

Nice try, though. I have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION of jumping to any conclusion. You don't start with a conclusion, and them shove around the facts.

                    • irholo—– you completely misinterpret the scientific method, using intuition to make the massive jumps we need to make. In lieu of the gov/university grant whore system that is failing us so dramatically.

If I don't see ISS real-time video of even one of THOUSANDS of satellites in regularly scheduled tracks, or see ISS turn the camera toward space to view the stars without the distortion of atmosphere, I should be able to say "Show me." If I ask the ISS crew to hail the state they're passing over with a real time view of local weather from space for confirmation, I should be able to say, "Show me." We're PAYING for them to show us, not play guitar or teach space toothbrushing.

irholo, you havent been introduced to the idea of the umbra and penumbra. The clouds in Airseps link ARE the same…unlike your strange assertion. The moons shadow is blurry because the sun is not an exact point source. THus you cant see the exact umbra. The cameras commonly put on spacecraft use filters to distinguish different wavelengths…your camera uses filters also…and the three colors combined with algorithms to produce a normal looking scene. Thus your camera has compromised accuity per pixel count because only a portion of the pixels can be used for each color

                  This is the color white

                  • irhologram

Again. DO NOT put words in my mouth. I said the width of the shadow wasn't 70 mi. Does it look more like 1000 mis. wide? I also suggested its an animation, because NASA 's graphics artist says they use only composites pieced together to show the globe "because [we] have to."

Air, RE: expectations…I expected nothing…just going by NASA PR the affected area was to be 70 miles wide. I misunderstood and it was to be 1000? Reporters report. I reported the PR seems different from their composite of what did happen… I reported it.

Please observe the video is not real-time 3+ hours, but is condensed to seconds. See any change in cloud patterns or movement in 3 hours of NASA "recordings?" Look in fine detail at each of 3 globe "recordings" Air posted. See that some storms are omitted or are too different on other globes. Note small "map" differences.

Please post a real-time 3 hour unedited version.

                    Code, why CONFLATE:

…The above 2 with Jeranism live YouTube of a satellite fly-by showing no eclipse DURING the eclipse (so it was on tape?).

3 topics. I am out to prove NOTHING. Are you out to prove SOMETHING? Are we TMI'd from OBSERVING? Are thinkers pecked to death by Chicken Little?

70mi=approximate area of 'totality' along the path.

What was the predicted 'coverage' at your location?

"I misunderstood and it was to be 1000?"

Yes, clearly. That is why people 'flocked' to the path of 'totality'. Because 30-50% coverage does not yield much 'drama'. 80% barely gets it.

Funny, a phenomena that has been occurring since man could scratch some stuff on a cave wall, still, misunderstood.

Thank you for your feedback. Please continue. How wide WAS the area "dark as night" to be affected? Please don't tell me what it wasn't. Was the moving EXTREMELY dark path (which wasn't depicted as a gradient shadow fading into light at its edges) to have been 5 states wide?

In any case, the point is mute, because NASA SAYS its earth images are composities, and so, are edited, and therefore, an animation. Please see link above.

most likely, from my personal research, and familiarity with ancient and not so ancient castles of Japan, the original American Indians were pretty much wiped out or in some cases assimilated into an invading and conquering group of "Asian Indians" who had much greater technology, tools, sailing and navigation ability, around 1000AD.

hence the complete "non coverage" of the older Woodland Indians by the modern day Indians. They purportedly know little about the Woodland Indians that had thriving culture and trade down to south america. Methinks they don't want to talk about that much.

This likely to be true story would destroy much of the "narrative", including the white mans guilt trip which I refuse to get sucked into. • The castle reference is that many stones used in the structures of Japanese castles have carvings in them that are replicated in 2nd millennium American Indian artifacts. The black hair and similar looks should also be a dead give-a-way.

A "wave" of settlers may have come across in the ice age 12,000 years or so ago, or earlier, but these were wiped out around 1000AD ish by a new wave.

The word "slave" may not accurately apply to such captive people,[1] for all the Iroquoian peoples (not just the Iroquois tribes) adopted captives, but for religious reasons, there was a process, procedures and many seasons when such adoptions were delayed until the proper spiritual times. Such delayed adoptees, were held to add to the spiritual power of the clan group, and while performing forced labor as part of their ritual rebirth, were actually the antithesis of slaves in the white mans world.

…Slavery itself was not a new concept to indigenous American peoples as in inter-Native American conflict tribes often kept prisoners of war, but these captures often replaced slain tribe members.[35] Native American “versions” of slavery prior to European contact came nowhere close to fitting the European definition of slavery as Native Americans did not originally distinguish between groups of people based on color, but rather traditions.[36]
