SOURCE: Radioactive sediment found miles from Japan nuclear crisis zone, CNN, October 12th, 2011

Officials in Yokohama, Japan’s second largest city, are investigating soil samples after a radioactive substance [strontium-90] was found [...]

The discovery has raised concerns that leaked radiation from three Fukushima reactors that suffered meltdowns after the March earthquake and tsunami may be more widespread than thought, The Japan Times reported Wednesday. [...]

With internal exposure at high concentrations, strontium-90 can accumulate in the bones and is “one of the more hazardous constituents of nuclear wastes,” according to the EPA. [...]

    Bottom line:

Strontium-90 found 155 miles from Fukushima

U.S. Travel alert = stay away from areas within 12 miles of Fukushima

I imagine lots of military guys in Korea, Sasebo, Yokohama,
all the facilities, secret bases, ships, are having furious
arguments about how much info to pass on to troops, sailors,
    Mo-Reens…
The highly-trained ones who Know Too Much must be Quiet.
The Weather is going to git KOREA real Good one of these
    days. The winter pattern starts.

Well… let’s see unless every single member of our military stationed in that area…are receiving anti-radiation meds ( new and rather untested)..then they too are “absorbing in place”.
Think the wives are being told the truth?
Top brass..they know…but for reasons of national security..they are going to allow the radioactive contamination to go on.
Joint Chiefs of Staff… is going for whatever the slime-ball State Dept. wants…what the White House of Whores and Horrors wants.
      Just following orders, mam…….
      Ya,ya ya…

Although there are decorporation chemicals available, there are lots of isotopes, some of which fall into groups that can be treated similarly, however the treatments are not 100% effective, but would beat the heck out of doing nothing.

Good reports on decorporation are on my permanent Fukushima webpage, about 1.5 pages down, easy to find. Awesome resource.

Good luck to them. All meds have side effects, some that are very undesirable and downright life threatening.

These arent meds, these are emergency action drugs. C’mon, read the reality at least. Brushing off counter measures because of the joke of an FDA that has allowed drug manufacturers to capture the entire medical system, is just plain dumb.

    To Japan Housewives…

Save all baby teeth. They can be used later to show Sr-90 levels in any of your children. Should they later develop leukemia or bone cancer – hire Dr. Busby to take legal action against the criminal TEPCO & Japan government.

That is a good idea assuming there is going to be any entity to sue after 2012.

so if my feelings are that the united states has taken a heavy dose of fallout over the last 7 months, i feel my suspicions are well founded, and the culture of lies and denial in japan is no different than in the US. but dont let that distract you from the clown show called the republican primary. when has anyone heard any polition adress the situation in japan? this illustrates just how incompetent these folks truly are.
