Maybe some of them spent rods/assemblies that got blown to pieces and thrown everywhere last week imitating radiation ?

Cover the whole plant under a mountain of cement before the whole planet is ingesting radioactive Isotopes !

Sand, Boric Acid, Dolomite, Concrete, and Sand Bag the reactor..

    Bury it NOW!!!!

One more person dyeing from this, is one to much.

Some of Michio Kaku visions are way out there.

However, I think he is correct in the idea to bury it.

What are they waiting for? That plant is already gone.

The UN should have brought world forces in to eliminate this threat, but instead send unlimited forces to Lybia ?

    Thank You xdrfox

Not sure why they aren’t cementing it? Maybe it needs to be cooled first, maybe there is to much water? However, Michio Kaku acted like they could do this now?

I think, They need to clear away all the Debris, struts, steel beams, and other building materials, hence why the brought in the shielded tanks with dozer blades, to get to the reactors, to be able to have a clear opening to approach to prepare to be able to put boron and possibly wait/getting shipment of the radiation eating rocks so the cooling/containing of the *sources* (more then just the reactors) (the tanks used will have to gingerly deal with all the spent rod assemblies, ‘scattered’ and or in the tanks or work around some )after the water has cooled the source enough to add the multiple capping’s.
Sure they had little on hand to deal with even a single event, seeing the were keeping so much spent fuel on premises/ that they planned to turn into MOX at their own refineries that have been held up.

I believe they have brought outside engineers and scientist and reading equipment from outside the country and all are evaluating and assessing the whole of all the reactors and getting a plan together. This is a mammoth undertaking that is unprecedented in all regards to anything before.
Sad thing is everyone one there knows that things can change in a flash from as bad as it is to much worse. They know the longer they are active the more of that country become inhabitable and outward.

How long ? They said it may take months !
Will they do one at a time ? As in Chernobyl the details are sketchy and this time around exceedingly more complicated.
