Developing: Fukushima workers reporting at least one injured in Unit 4 turbine building

Workers are reporting that at least one worker was injured in the turbine building of unit 4 at Fukushima Daiichi. Details about what led to the injury were not available and TEPCO has not reported the incident yet.
