Japan – Cattle movement restrictions
25 Sep 2011
The Fukushima prefectural government on Monday called on the central government to lift its ban on cattle shipments from the prefecture, saying the cause of newly discovered cattle’s radioactive contamination has been determined.

Teenagers human interest story from Fukushima:
http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/sep/25/fukushima-japan-ko-saito-is-in-his-final-year-of-h/?page=2
Unfortunately the Washington Times quotes the Tepco disinformation that the situation is nearly under control because temps are lower in reactor buildings:
Excerpt from page 2:
“Goshi Hosono, the minister in charge of the nuclear crisis, told a meeting of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna last week that a “cold” shutdown of the stricken reactors could be reached by late December, a few weeks ahead of schedule.
“We are steadily bringing the postaccident situation under control,” Mr. Hosono said.
To achieve cold shutdown, the government said temperatures must remain below 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Tokyo Electric Power officials said temperatures Sept. 20 were under that at two of the damaged reactors and slightly higher at a third.”

Japan to donate $21 million in food aid to Horn of Africa

“TOKYO —
Japan will offer an additional $21 million in food aid to four drought-hit countries on the Horn of Africa—Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti.
Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba made the pledge Saturday during a ministerial mini-summit at the U.N. headquarters, Japanese media reported Sunday. The latest offer follows Japan’s $100 million pledge earlier this year to the Horn of Africa.”

A little offtopic…but energy related…solar energy.
So what if the Chile blackout several days ago was related to the solar flares of Sunspot 1302?
And maybe a big CME is going to do a little havoc in a day or so?
A CME is pretty impressive….check out this 1974 photo of the sun with a coronal mass ejection.

Obama and his family are in Seattle campaigning and will be in Southern California Monday and then go to Denver Tuesday. That’s where authorities had a massive terrorism training exercise Friday…kinda weird, but to put it bluntly maybe par for the course for a 70% white city having a black president visit. They sure don’t want a reputation like Dallas.
Also the fact Colorado residents voted Democratic only twice in the last ten presidential elections makes this a good place for Obama to visit and sign his new Stimulus bill. He did carry Colorado in 2008.

http://theintelhub.com/2011/09/25/dhs-funded-chemical-and-biological-response-unit-surrounding-occupy-wall-street-protesters/
Report Comment
In a city like New York its entirely possible that those chemical and biological response people were on a legitimate tourist trip and accidentally ended up at the protest. They were dressed casually so it makes sense. But they still had a type of modern casual uniform on. They could also have been on some kind of training mission to experience a protest.
No one but their commander will know for sure. Its a no-brainer that there would be a large police presence at a protest of Wall St. Hippies historically get harassed by US government even now when they are not called hippies……
