Mr. Yastel Yamada, a retired engineer and founder of the Fukushima Skilled Veterans Corps: However, one more difficulty there. In the case of the Three Mile Island, 35% of the debris was powder.

If you see the powder in the water, could be dispersed in the water and you cannot see the debris from the top. So it makes this part very serious.

… If the powder debris is dispersed then the work is almost impossible, I don’t know what would happen in the future.
