Title: Radioactive Rain & The Reality Of Japan’s Nuclear Fallout in High Definition
Source: Attack of the Show with Kevin Pereira
Channel: G4
Date: Apr. 17, 2012
The aftermath of Japan’s Fukushima nuclear meltdown from 2011 is still fresh on our minds so Kevin Pereira talks to Michael Collins from EnviroReporter.com on his radioactive rain and what this means for our own safety.
Let DirecTV know you see “value” in G4 and to put the channel back in their lineup… only then would you think about switching from Comcast.
Wikipedia: “G4, also known as G4 TV, is an American television network [...] owned by G4 Media, which is owned by NBCUniversal (Comcast owns 51%)”

Wonder how many viewers he has ?

I have been an EnviroReporter commenter since day 1. It was a link on his site that led me to enenews for the very first time back in June of 2011.

The show, when aired, was seen by over 2 million people.
Maybe we could all go to the G4 TV Web site and tell Kevin Pereira how much we appreciate his effort. They have a comment section. You have to create a user, but it's pretty simple.
I so wish this video would go viral a.s.a.p.!
We need more like this one. Send the link to those you love. Ask them to post it on Facebook maybe. Do whatever it takes.
NOW'S the TIME
BREAK the SILENCE
Thanks

The levels we are going to be EATING from California produce and diary are going to be much higher folks!
The radiation is going to be bio-accumulating in the food chain.
I find this really latest report, over 1 year after Fukushima, to be very worrying.

majia that is exactly what concern is… The spectrum of all food sources and things which we are (and will be) consuming IS ABSOLUTELY DAUNTING TO ME. It is largely unavoidable with limited ways of tracing food sources.
To me wheat and grain sources, fruits and vegetables… milk, cheese and meats. The entire west coast wine industry is extremely vulnerable… It does not stop… Sorry to be mr buzz kill… I am bummin hard on this…

This is the MSM (if it can be called that) story I have been waiting to see happen.
This show is way too "produced" to be some sort of fringe YT post with no viewers.
This is the sort of show that seems like it could make the Fuku issue go viral.
Just hope I can be a spectator off to the side when TSHTF in the general public.

Great Interview!!! Get the young people on this topic and maybe we'll see some change.
Basically he says… Have the knowledge, be aware and take mitigating measures.
Thank you for your efforts Mr. Collins.

"Get the young people on this topic and maybe we'll see some change. "
Sure, the older generation leaves it to the young to fix:
-all the debt that the older generation issued living the high life they could never afford
-resource depletion worldwide
-increasing non-nuclear toxic waste
-and the Fukushima mess
-plus years and years oaging infrastructure
-and a passive attitude to the increasing intrusiveness of government in citizens lives
-not to mention no jobs
-and high tuition/student loan debt
-plus in many western societies the politicians have sold out to the immigrants, who live a better life on subsidies than the working slobs whose parents founded the country
Any wonder why High School teachers in the US complain about why their students are not engaged. We havent left them much to be excited about. Kind of like planning to share lunch with a friend and then eating all of it but a few crumbs.

spot on, isogoodhumans. still the young must now be tought, as we also learn now, how to mitigate the rad winds that blow. EnviroReporter had me at Eat Me… perphaps humor is a draw?

"Get the young people on this topic and maybe we'll see some change." Possibly. We saw young people usher in "Change we can believe in." I didn't vote for him.
As to the other items in your list, I believe those came about as a result of our elected officials. I certainly didn't cause those things.
Students who are not "engaged" have nobody but themselves to blame. We are each responsible for what we become.
And finally, you can judge a society by how they treat the old and the young (children). Think about it.
But, many thanks for Enviroreporter who made a good attempt to enlighten people even though he was only allowed a little over ten minutes to speak. It's tough to cover difficult subjects in ten minutes or less.

don't make new children, they will only suffer

Glad YOU said that, radioman, and not me. However,….I agree!

This man has done some really good things in on their site, BUT, That was terrible.
The production of plastics and metals needed to produce your HEPA filter and the power needed to run it, be they batteries or mains electric, will release more radiation than he has been filtering out.
To spend forty days CONCENTRATING a filtered air sample will give you a CONCENTRATED result. to then claim this as something extra ordinary is called sudo-science.
Its a real shame because he, could have, and, has done, better in the past. 10 minutes and two million viewers, what a waste.

I disagree. Your lungs are a filter. Had the hepa air filter not been 'capturing' this goo, then guess what.
You don't get to take your lungs out and clean them, at least that's my understanding.
It doesn't matter whether it's concentrating or accumulating, it's still there.
What might you suggest as an alternative to a hepa filter? I guess Masks are cheaper and 'greener'.
