@nuckelchen Watching videos..video 15 shows a worker going to the Hotspot area of Reactor 1, picking up a tube or tire..and slowly walking off. Hes pretty slow and seems tired–understandable as hes in a high radiation area. No special super-gear on either.
Wow nuckelchen! Not your usual style, but those videos are impressive. I loved the solar flares.
What really impressed me though — the workers. OMG, they looked so tired and sick. Aching backs are very evident. And then, what was with the guy who took off his helmet and mask/respirator? Looked like he was getting sick and afraid of throwing up in his mask. But maybe he was just tired and hot; he was trying to take off more clothing too before the Zen master with the big stick came back and got him to put the gear back on and escorted him off, exuent stage left.

@pure water And see the steam/emission glob in front of reactor 1 in the TEPCO webcam.the hotspot area near the rail. First saw light, then growing emissions/gas/steam, then yellow color gases behind the railing at the hot spot itself..now yellow has faded, but the area in the vegetation is still showing gases.
Is that a plume above the purple 'light' at vent stack 2, or maybe trying to mask something uplifting behind it? Yes, still lots of lights running around at base of this vent stack. Just wondering if they have built up in front of it a bit, to obscure things?
I also saw that 'blob' appear in front of R1 but think it may be just moisture due to the way it suddenly appeared and now looks to be drying up. Hope so anyway. You know I can't help but notice that Sarah Palin has lost so much weight since she returned home to Alaska and as far as I know has not been out of the state since. She has been there since prior to the bad storms they got a few months ago and it appears she has been losing weight ever since. I know there were reports of rates thyroid cancer were higher than normal all of the sudden. I have also read somewhere that exposure to high radiation amounts can cause weight loss.

Colors back closer to blacn and white on TEPCO webcam. Still shows R1 is bubbling, and emissions from most of the area continues. At least the one storm will lift out..then one on March 12 hits. We should watch the effects of the winds from the west on the "tents".

Green lights in a triangle shape at TEPCO webcam, Reactor 3 area. IF those are flashlights..those poor workers are heros donating their health and lives. Sure hope the effort is worth it..and not just coverup activity.
They put more and more lights. Sure this lights are needed to observe the plant with real camers. And hard for those who watch from outside the plant through their low resolution, modulated ones.
One year, 1870 EQs and countless lies later, we know FNPP will keep sucking for many a year. We will never cease to try and understand the scope of the catastrophe and demand reliable information.

@wotcha calm..not really look at TBS webcam Reactor 1 and 2. R1 is bright red bubbling inside..and R2 is also bad. R3 the red flame area is not viewable and either is Reactor 4. Looks like R4 building is very different shape today (James2–your thoughts?). No whiteout for R4 right now..think they have pasted up a different skin type..more black. Ranking for today..R1 gets the worse and probably putting out a LOT of emissions. The pink haze to the left on the TECPO webcam..backs that up. Reactor 2 gets second place, as it looks to start a cycle again. Smoke and bursts are part of the cycling we have seen in the past. Now that France says Fukushima..COULD explode..not sure what the exact emission/bursts will be like. Still think ongoing cycles of re-criticality..but no science for that..just observing for several months and see the pattern.
Floating crane coverup TEPCO webcam. Keep forgetting to mention the ongoing color up of Reactor 1 plus others..and key to that..the FLOATING crane..the miracle of Fukushima 1. TEPCO is coloring the polyester tent material to keep the colors from the inside from showing up. What we have seen over the past months..flashing orange bursts at roof level, shadowbox effort showing the mess inside due to the flashing colors inside, red/blue white colors covering the tent. Sometimes.. in the corner facing the webcam -evening sparkling lights flashing all over-or flashing bursts when snow comes down and hits a particle (cesium? ) in the air. Its never quiet, just covered up.
Check Reactor 1 on the TBS webcam. Can see flickering or bubbling red/orange color on the floor area..and the roof. Again, R1 gets the bad award today. @nuckelchen..any idea what they have done with the black colors on Reactor 4 and other areas-covering up the foot of the vent stacks as well. And hazing is there as well. As compared with a crystal clear cold winter day seen in TECPO webcam of the same exact scene. Modern art is alive and well at Fukushima.
For those of us observing and documenting as best we can, the events commented on can help people in the future try and determine what happened when. Cause the WHEN will occur!
Fake clouds TEPCO webcam 03-12-2012 10:24 AM Japan time. See the cloud is so low it covers up the crane line on Reactor 1. Now you cant have it all..either the crane (floating one) is fake..or the clouds are..too much photoshop and pixel play, Mr. TEPCOman!
Reactor 2 is showing red from the ground to the roof at the side next to Reactor 3. Reactor 3 is showing the red flaming area again. AND Reactor 4..shows the blue white glowing light globe and red ?? emissions on the second floor areas. Reactor 1 is also showing emissions. Today, Reactor 4 is my pick for the bad boy of the day, followed closely by Reactor 2. 4 only because the problem is near the SFP and MOX. Monday 3/12/2012 comment.
Many of the people here have watched the Fukushima workers on the webcam, I'm not sure that anyone else has, and I think that is legitimate to provide the context that the workers who we watch on the webcam are making $100 a day on this thread.
NoNukes, I agree that workers have been seen on the cameras, many times. But we also know that many of these workers have gambling debts, drug problems, etc which is why they are willing to do this work for $100 a day. I think we have also read that the mentally challenged as well as the elderly have been brought in to do this work. I just see the threads getting bombarded with various links to all kinds of topics, it is becoming distracting and somewhat desperate.
Lots of partical flashes tonight on the camera. It does look like something is laying on the 3rd pipe. Guess we will have to wait until daylight to see what it is.

And the usual migrating flames under the tower2. Rain, humidity, which visualizes the emisions from the reactors, and no TBS. Purple and rare blue sparks, more in number than recently. I do not believe, things will change soon,as the privious time lapse shows the same:

Very cold on days following large emissions. Rain last night seemed like a thick gas. It was hard to breathe in, and almost suffocated you. (literally). Smog was heavy. (reminded me of fukushima like consistency in regards to a visual comparison).

You know I can't help but notice that Sarah Palin has lost so much weight since she returned home to Alaska and as far as I know has not been out of the state since. She has been there since prior to the bad storms they got a few months ago and it appears she has been losing weight ever since. I know there were reports of rates thyroid cancer were higher than normal all of the sudden. I have also read somewhere that exposure to high radiation amounts can cause weight loss.

Yes jec, IT IS Sarah Palin in both video's. If it's not, then Sarah has already succumbed to high radiation exposure and lies in a hospital somewhere and the look alike is there to fill in. I did notice that she's seems to be trying to convince the viewing audience that she IS in Alaska!

Colors back closer to blacn and white on TEPCO webcam. Still shows R1 is bubbling, and emissions from most of the area continues. At least the one storm will lift out..then one on March 12 hits. We should watch the effects of the winds from the west on the "tents".

'jec yeah, I agree. Looks like it was getting way to colourful at base of vent stack 2 so they took down the colour. I noticed the red 'light/flame' was way bigger. This will show up on the timelapse 2200 to 2300 when/if posted.
Looks to me like they have built up the foreground just in front of this 'hotspot'.

@pure water Yes that is probably a nuclear submarine..since its German footage–maybe US maybe Russian. And think there were or are accidents..nuclear ones every now and then..like the fire in Russia on a nuclear sub this past fall/summer. Does that answer question? Good video..poor people…

Green lights in a triangle shape at TEPCO webcam, Reactor 3 area. IF those are flashlights..those poor workers are heros donating their health and lives. Sure hope the effort is worth it..and not just coverup activity.

Happy first anniversary of this decade's FUBAR. As you see in the livecam, the place is all lit. A vacation destination almost, if you believe some of the crap being published in mainstream media.
So, here's to an abundance of harmless radiation, nuclear disasters that "aren't as bad as you think", cold shutdowns that don't need fuel and easy access and ownership to radioactive materials that TEPCO thinks belong to you if they are on your property by simply buying land in this paradise.
In other words, in one year, we have successfully avoided having to look to closely at our greed and its consequences. Enjoy.

@wotcha calm..not really look at TBS webcam Reactor 1 and 2. R1 is bright red bubbling inside..and R2 is also bad. R3 the red flame area is not viewable and either is Reactor 4. Looks like R4 building is very different shape today (James2–your thoughts?). No whiteout for R4 right now..think they have pasted up a different skin type..more black. Ranking for today..R1 gets the worse and probably putting out a LOT of emissions. The pink haze to the left on the TECPO webcam..backs that up. Reactor 2 gets second place, as it looks to start a cycle again. Smoke and bursts are part of the cycling we have seen in the past. Now that France says Fukushima..COULD explode..not sure what the exact emission/bursts will be like. Still think ongoing cycles of re-criticality..but no science for that..just observing for several months and see the pattern.

Floating crane coverup TEPCO webcam. Keep forgetting to mention the ongoing color up of Reactor 1 plus others..and key to that..the FLOATING crane..the miracle of Fukushima 1. TEPCO is coloring the polyester tent material to keep the colors from the inside from showing up. What we have seen over the past months..flashing orange bursts at roof level, shadowbox effort showing the mess inside due to the flashing colors inside, red/blue white colors covering the tent. Sometimes.. in the corner facing the webcam -evening sparkling lights flashing all over-or flashing bursts when snow comes down and hits a particle (cesium? ) in the air. Its never quiet, just covered up.

Check Reactor 1 on the TBS webcam. Can see flickering or bubbling red/orange color on the floor area..and the roof. Again, R1 gets the bad award today. @nuckelchen..any idea what they have done with the black colors on Reactor 4 and other areas-covering up the foot of the vent stacks as well. And hazing is there as well. As compared with a crystal clear cold winter day seen in TECPO webcam of the same exact scene. Modern art is alive and well at Fukushima.
For those of us observing and documenting as best we can, the events commented on can help people in the future try and determine what happened when. Cause the WHEN will occur!

Reactor 2 is showing red from the ground to the roof at the side next to Reactor 3. Reactor 3 is showing the red flaming area again. AND Reactor 4..shows the blue white glowing light globe and red ?? emissions on the second floor areas. Reactor 1 is also showing emissions. NoNukes, I agree that workers have been seen on the cameras, many times. But we also know that many of these workers have gambling debts, drug problems, etc which is why they are willing to do this work for $100 a day. I think we have also read that the mentally challenged as well as the elderly have been brought in to do this work. I just see the threads getting bombarded with various links to all kinds of topics, it is becoming distracting and somewhat desperate.
