Something starting spraying across from right to left @ 1.55in = moisture/rain/fog/mist/?? and left its 'legacy' on the lens of the Tepcam. I think that's what was seen as the white blob at the top of the tent at R1. It seems to have gone now, so may have dried up?

I've had a quick look and @ 9.17in and 11.50 in, it looks pretty 'flashy' and in between some white lighting is showing up at base of vent stack 1. Is this perhaps the activity they want to hide?
BTW, I've saved a copy of the clip (via YT downloader), just in case it mysteriously disappears – ha ha ha.

TEPCO webcam puts black blobs to cover the foot of the vent/stacks, Reactor 3 and 4 views. Out of sight out of mind? Grading..Reactor 1 (dry well temp increasing), Reactor 4 (EQ shakes + temp increase, broken equipment), Reactor 2 (increased activity inside tent) and Reactor 3 (last because its hard to determine WHAT is going on with that one)..
TEPCO Webcam, Reactor 1 is very active inside the tent..dark red swirls are seen thru the tent fabric..along with the yellow colors, blue emissions from the top/back, and flashes. This reactor does not like the EQ, the others dont either, but they are difficult to visualize or see with all the pasted up objects. JNN/TBS is down with ERROR..so something is going on..

2) The counter is not regular either. It tends either to slow down or accelerate. This is usually not the case.
3) There is no such thing as a long version.
4) It won’t let me download it. But who cares anyway?

No where else have I seen anything like what you have provided us with. I'm with StillJill, 2 thirds of what I see is so toxic to my brain that I have a very hard time understanding them. There has never been anything like this in history. Three melt downs maybe 4, spent fuel pool fires, nuclear explosions, hydrogen explosions. We need this video evidence to be preserved. Half the time I look at the webcams, I see things I can't even describe because I don't know what I'm seeing or how to interpret it. Unfortunately I have no physics or chemistry knowledge having not been allowed to study it at school, so even the basics are lost on me. I find it so hard to understand what is unfolding as I watch, like what the purple light represents. I therefore appreciate and absorb all the technical comments/explanations by the ENENEWSERS who I thank for their interpretations and sharing of knowledge. And once again thank you to nuckelchen for all that you do in highlighting the happenings.

8-9 interesting to see one of the little black cranes working in front inbetween buildings at base of far right tower (which seems fuzzier than usual)
9-10 cranes 2,3 & 4 make teepee between or over area R3 and R4. Another little black crane at work behind R1. One of the big cranes has one of those triangle attachments which I think are for lifting but can't see after it moves behind tower.
10-11 cranes 2,3,4 move around ?? (Yea .. haha .. very scientific observation of mine). There are some white flashing glints of light between those two buildings at base of far right tower where the little crane was working. They stop and then flash again. Far right big crane may have camera attached .. seems to be scanning back and forth .. not working at lifting etc.
11-12 cranes wave around some more; 3 is doing something closest to ground.
12-13 last archive up at this time .. crane 3 moving.

Timing sequence from Fukushima Diary:
"Blue light was observed near reactor 4, around 19:45 of 4/13/2012. Just after JNN live camera captured it, it turned to be black.
19:16 of the same day, M4.5 hit Fukushima and 2 orange light were observed by Fukuichi live camera as well." (Japanese deleted)
So, 2 orange lights were seen on the live cam 29 minutes before the blue emission capture.

@nuckelchen Your vids are really appreciated by me too although sometimes due to tired (and maybe old) eyes I can't catch what you show – I think I could be looking at the wrong bit of the views but then that's down to me, so sorry. My fault not yours.
Half the time I look at the webcams, I see things I can't even describe because I don't know what I'm seeing or how to interpret it. Unfortunately I have no physics or chemistry knowledge having not been allowed to study it at school, so even the basics are lost on me. I find it so hard to understand what is unfolding as I watch, like what the purple light represents. I therefore appreciate and absorb all the technical comments/explanations by the ENENEWSERS who I thank for their interpretations and sharing of knowledge. And once again thank you to nuckelchen for all that you do in highlighting the happenings.

Have you also noticed the black vertical lines appearing intermittently on the left angle of reactor #2 in different places? Some markers and even a tuning fork at 00:31.
And is it me or isn't that corner curved a little outward at the beginning and then straightens up?

Hi Heart,
Can only watch Tepco "archives" .. which are at least not cut in length from 8-1.
8-9 interesting to see one of the little black cranes working in front inbetween buildings at base of far right tower (which seems fuzzier than usual)
9-10 cranes 2,3 & 4 make teepee between or over area R3 and R4. Another little black crane at work behind R1. One of the big cranes has one of those triangle attachments which I think are for lifting but can't see after it moves behind tower.
10-11 cranes 2,3,4 move around ?? (Yea .. haha .. very scientific observation of mine). There are some white flashing glints of light between those two buildings at base of far right tower where the little crane was working. They stop and then flash again. Far right big crane may have camera attached .. seems to be scanning back and forth .. not working at lifting etc.
11-12 cranes wave around some more; 3 is doing something closest to ground.
12-13 last archive up at this time .. crane 3 moving.
I just scribbled some notes as I was watching tonite after I saw your post.

after the first bottle i think i should change my grafic-card before i will crash the fourth screen.
that sound logical for me,
isn't not the ram of a modern grafic-card a perfect place for parking and starting some attacks on a computersystem?
they are pretty big enough for 500.000 and more dif. viruses…
