Wow, the TBS view is quite clear/sharp and can see all the reactors now. Strangely GREY though, with just bits of red as parts of the cranes. I can see the surf rolling in so it looks to be live. Reactor 4 looks very blackened. Again, I still hard to believe the SFP plus its fuel rods are still ok sitting in that blackened and broken down mess but maybe time will tell, if we are allowed the TRUTH that is.
As for the foreground, it looks weird. Yes, perhaps the ocean rolled over the breakwaters and being very hot and radioactive burnt off the plants/trees.

all the webcams are there for the area.and they work when others dont. Right now TBS is very dark, with a fee faint images of reactors. TEPCO is showing very good light conditions..so the two webcams views just dont match well. Cant have different weather situations in the same place. Just Saying…

Oh..can now see Reactor 4 and its a sad pile..looks like the side next to reactor 2 –is collapsed and black/burned. Wonder if that what part of what we watched over the past day or so of steam and flashes.
On TEPCO webcam, look at the far right side just above the blurred line of the camera lense. The clouds over Daiini or Fukushima 2, shows flashed being reflected from the plant. Not good for the home team…

No. I should have said what I suspect. I think it is either weather modification or possibly an attempt to counteract the ionizing radiation coming off Fukushima Daiichi or Fukushima Daini or both. The screen shot doesn't have any motion which you can see in the time lapse.

Bobby and Majia, look at the morning time lapses from January. It was a very common thing then. This phenomenon is really strange and I have no clear idea about its origin till now. But you can see a lot of videos with this blue-green thread travelling in the sky, as the Sun moves. Sometimes it formed a pink inside region, enveloped with gree-blue borders. Some people offered a HAARP explanation. I do not know. These things are connected with the angle of sun rays and something in the air. That is all I am positive about. Search in January mornings if you have curiosity and enough time for this.
Those blue/green "threads" or columns going up into the sky form the vents -that ionized particles. Its emissions.
Remember how TEPCO said they could filter 98% of the air –they just pipe it straight out into the atmosphere. Take a deep breath Mr. TEPCO!

Scary stuff this is Heart. I have had an odd muscle spasms in my chest of late. Not painfull but really bothersome. Never before have I had these feelings. If a Dr says it's nothing e.g. mild anxiety, minor infection or can't figure out what it is, suspect radiation poisoning. Does she/he has a heart palpitation or irregular beating? ECG might show if there is one. Dr B said if heart is suffering from Cs poisoning, one would get heart arrythmia.
It's not too late though, if he/she starts a detox regime and eat clean food as possible by eliminating milk etc

I agree, I think it is radiation finally getting to some of us, "sicky's", now. If you have any type of immune problem, your in trouble. I've been anemic for years, lost spleen and liver issues, but have not been effected the way I have been for the last 6 months. The cannabis is not quit strong enough to keep up with all the exposure we have been getting. I'm not done yet but they keep reminding me to do a living trust. lol I can't believe I can't wake up from this dream. A miracle is needed, badly.

There are many flashes throughout the video. I didn't actually see any lightning. If it is lightning, I suspect it is HAARP induced.

No. I should have said what I suspect. I think it is either weather modification or possibly an attempt to counteract the ionizing radiation coming off Fukushima Daiichi or Fukushima Daini or both. The screen shot doesn't have any motion which you can see in the time lapse.

Good question, majia. At first seems to be from behind the camera, then at around :47, it seems to come up right from the ground in front, which I hope is an optical illusion and it is just from the campfire of the last guy left in Fukushima.

Yes I just observed the very same thing.
The TBS and Tepco wembcams seem very, very different.
I know the TBS cam is located some ways away from the plant.
However, the "fogginess" on the TBS cam should be visible, at least in the distance, in the Tepco cam; correct?
I've never seen fog go inland from the ocean and leave an island of sun right next to the coast

Bobby and Majia, look at the morning time lapses from January. It was a very common thing then. This phenomenon is really strange and I have no clear idea about its origin till now. But you can see a lot of videos with this blue-green thread travelling in the sky, as the Sun moves. Sometimes it formed a pink inside region, enveloped with gree-blue borders. Some people offered a HAARP explanation. I do not know. These things are connected with the angle of sun rays and something in the air. That is all I am positive about. Search in January mornings if you have curiosity and enough time for this.

TBS webcam shows glow/emissions INSIDE the "tent" covers. Again, just look up at the screen to see what the white pasted images cover up. On TEPCO webcam, the blue colors in the emissions from Reactor 1 say it all. Witches cauldron of nuclear disaster. Subsidence of Reactor 4 is a bad word for TEPCO–but the sagging building with the black burned areas–is a sorry leftover cracker box.

Scary stuff this is Heart. I have had an odd muscle spasms in my chest of late. Not painfull but really bothersome. Never before have I had these feelings. I will inform, but they have been running me through the preverbial, mill. I have had so many tests this year, blood, pet, ct, mri, broncoscopy, biopsy…so much money. Why don't they just tell me I got a little nuked. Instead they are studying me and going to try, find something they can blame other than the Truth. I just keep on growing things in my body, hence the user name. New ones in L lung and right lymph node that showed FDG uptake on pet. I'm sure it's has nothing to do with Fukushima but these UCSF doctors are left baffled.

If a Dr says it's nothing e.g. mild anxiety, minor infection or can't figure out what it is, suspect radiation poisoning. Does she/he has a heart palpitation or irregular beating? ECG might show if there is one. Dr B said if heart is suffering from Cs poisoning, one would get heart arrythmia.
It's not too late though, if he/she starts a detox regime and eat clean food as possible by eliminating milk etc

I agree, I think it is radiation finally getting to some of us, "sicky's", now. If you have any type of immune problem, your in trouble. I've been anemic for years, lost spleen and liver issues, but have not been effected the way I have been for the last 6 months. The cannabis is not quit strong enough to keep up with all the exposure we have been getting.
