Had to add this full paragraph from the IRSN medical deductions of the poor Japanese people:

At least one liquid cyst considered as subnormal (diameter less than 20 mm) was detected in 28.8% of the children. 1.5% of the children had at least one nodule, again considered as subnormal (diameter less than 5 mm).
At least one nodule of diameter greater than 5 mm was found in 0.7% of the children examined, but without any additional tests being necessary in the opinion of the physicians.
Finally, no liquid cyst greater than 20 mm in diameter was detected."
SP: Yes…in America we call that abnormal, not puff it a bit by saying subnormal.
And for government doctors in Japan to say no additional tests are necessary…well I hope they sleep well at night covering up for their Tepco masters in Tokyo. I guess we all know who is really running that damaged country and it isn't the Diet.
The reactors are lower in altitude. There is a wall in which the "fog" is forced to climb. The path of least resistance is to climb the wall. Once above the wall, It continues to rise (as heat does). Without wind to direct it inland the steam continues to rise, Leaving the pole unexposed.
Not untouchable, simply well designed.
Its only unfortunate that the reactors hadn't been built at this location.

The earthquake that the Bulgarian capital Sofia experienced at 3 am on Tuesday has been the strongest in its history since 1858, i.e. in 154 years, historical records indicate.
If Japan remains free from big quakes, I will still cosider your prediction worth respect and will be glad as everyone here.
This is quite a dramatic increase…

May 23, 2012 – JAPAN – A 6.0 magnitude earthquake have struck off the northeast coast of Japan at a depth of 40 km (25.3 miles). The epicenter of the earthquake was 109 km (68 miles) NNE (26°) from Hachinohe, Honshu, Japan and some 666 km (414 miles) NNE (17°) from TOKYO, Japan. Today’s earthquake is only the latest in an escalating series of recent earthquakes plaguing the eastern shores of Japan. A 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Honshu, Japan on May 20, 2012. Seismic tension is rising along this corridor of Japan and these quakes are indications that a larger earthquake lurks in Japan’s near future. –The Extinction Protocol
I just caught something wierd on the TEPCO cam at 00:12, date 5-23-12. The pipes reflected light and so did the cat walk, but it wasn't from the "work light". It was almost like from a helicopter beam from above???
Waouh!! There so much to look at in there. Thanks for that Kondy.
But you're not a talker. Still, I'm mesmerized by these images. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQbGNlCbf_U&feature=youtu.be
Fuku1 2012.05.23 00:00-01:00. A MUST SEE.
Enjoy the lightshow on the ground and the one on #1. Colourfully scary.
You will notice
00:21 video time glowing in #1
00:28 short flash above #2 or #3
00:35 the pole as if struck by lightning before the lightshow on the ground.
00:38 lightshow on #1 up to 00:45
Is it a reflection from #5 and #6? Or is it something big in #1?
I'd really like you all to watch that carefully, several times to get as much as you can and get some informed feedback.
That's what we're here for, no? Watching! Thanks again Kondy. FULL LIFE!
I forgot to add that if you remember Nuckelchen's vids about the top right hand corner of #1, well have a look there too and also tell us what you think guys and gals.
Thank you Elibi for the video capture and link. Guess there is a storm in the area, but that flash at 12 minutes in didn't look like it was from lightening?? Your right about R1, lots going on there. I'm going to have to look at it again, and again…. Hope others here will take a look too……
Looks like there is some major work going on in that area, and this might explain the waves of steam/smoke coming from that direction (from the left of Unit 1 on the camera-view to the right):
"Work in front of units 5&6 started in mid-May with the installation of a silt fence; the first cover layer is expected to be completed at the end of June. The seafloor within the bounds of the north and south station breakwater (between units 1-4 and 5-6) will not be covered.
TEPCO has also published more information about its plans for monitoring of the unit 4 reactor building four times a year, 'in response to the concern that the unit 4 spent fuel pool may collapse,' it said."
I can only mention that in support of your argument, We went from clear skies here in Tacoma, back into bismuth overcast. Also supported by port bloggers 20x background rain. As always I am avoiding outside… Until the rain subsides.
However this is quite typical…
Every time the reactors spew large convection plumes around 4 days after the skies are completely grey with overcast, here in washington.
So I agree there had been a recriticallity of some sort on site last week. luckily I hadn't received the metallic taste accompanying the recent downpours, as that of which we had experienced in March 2011. So it seems to be a minor incident to that respect… (which is good news to some decree)…
wow thanks Kondy caught some screen shots of R1 white flare up below right window 0:38 and orange red flare up below left..these were after the pink flares 0:30-35 from the/under the pipes..I don't think light source was from above .. those sounds, either rain or the four horsemen hoofing the ground? exclamation mark exclamation mark..
No idea what that was. I almost want to say ufo is in the right direction. lol. Seemed pretty peculiar for a helicopter to make the pattern that was recorded…
As I have no clue as to what the source of the anomaly was… (and Ive spent roughly 300 hours of my life if not more watching that stupid camera).
i've overworked two hours of the tbs-lapses from the time as the
steam-event has started that we can see still steaming until now.
2012-05-21 12:40-14:40 http://youtu.be/irt4lzsQLng
FU.buKulous footage. Some smokusteam events seem to start from #1,2,3 especially at 00:55 and 01:05
This is testing. And we fight our fear to keep watching.
Thanks as always Nuck. Are you the only video producer who is not less efficient when overworked? Go for a walk and then a cuddly nap. You know this is going to be a long haul. Save yourself. You are THE mascot here! Love to YOU and all guys and gals.
KONDY i am serious if this is true. it was written 2008 who knows that is the only way to survive. ww.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread353091/pg1 not nuclear war, it is nuclear disaster
TO THOSE WHO ARE WONDERING ABOUT THE TEPCO CAM LIGHT EVENT OF MAY 22, 2012:
The same event was reported on May 1, 2012 by "pure water" at 1:47pm and commented on by "What-About-The-Kids" at 2:17pm as potentially being some sort of high radiation alarm. Watch Fuku1Live (long version best) 2012-05-02, 01:00-02:00 JST. The event occurs at ca. 01:47am. It's a better view than the event that happened a couple of days ago.
Thanks ChasAha – the light flash on the pipes and cat walk is almost identical to what I witnessed on yesterday's cam. Only difference was the strange sitings on R1 immediately following the flashes on yesterday's take. Maybe R1 is what actually triggered the "alarm" if that is in fact what caused the light flash?
WHUT A LUUK THAT TEPCO HAD FINISHED THEIR SEAFLOOR CONCRETINGS…
that will gives the corium a 'good'n glidy start into their endless spinings around our world…
*SPREAD*
like *eddy the eagle* said:"a ramp is the only need to jump wide"
hope that works — and here i am adding some well meaning comment material so that the meat of this remark stays offs the fron page — *ahem* anyway t'was sent to the 'eff-bee' acct, nudge is as good as a wink to a blind man…
I'd agree. Let's take pics and compare… when the cam is showing something. I've taken one just now.
Tepco is supposed to reinforce the structure but it looks shabbier and shabbier.
It looks like everything in the middle of R4 collapsed including the SFP4. The little box in the top right corner would not be able to account for the SFP4 and has hole in it so big that gov. Arnold could drive his Hummer thru it.
The roof is sagging and the whole structure (whatever still remains of it) looks like is about to collapse like a house of cards. It is leaning so badly…
In reviewing the Live Camera Checker, I am seeing the strangest black smog/smoke I don't know sweep over the entire scene and buildings, then vanish on the 2010.05_23.34–0034(TBS_JNN)-YouTube video. at 10 seconds in…
And Reactor 1 is steaming away…
What appears to be black smog occurs when a fast wave of higher temperature and humidity air blows across a cooler lens. The question should be what is causing the hot steamy air to blow across the lens.
It is in this video….at 10 seconds in and then again at 1:18..
I have no idea. I always say I am looking at the mouth of hell, and have been for many long hours for over a year now…
We witnessed some wierd stuff on the TEPCO cam at about the same time as what you witnessed on the TBS/JNN cam, but completely different events. Check out this link at look at the flash at 00:12 and the wierd stuff that happens on R1 afterwards……
I watched that link on the TEPCO camera and think what I saw was the smoke blowing in front of the TBS/JNN camera Kondy.
Don't have a clue about those flashes but Reactor 1 sure does some interesting things, you are right..weird!!
I see the little flickering flash too, off to the right of R4. I also thought I spotted one in the middle of the crane to the far left, same cam. Does R4 even have a roof on it?
@ mission:
maybe you will first sit down on a chair before you watch the following video : http://youtu.be/Q5KM8ICfasM
and a little nucky tip about to catch some quakes on the fukustreams:
live-catching would be hard because on the tepco-camera are only about ca 1-2 per month really watchable.
for a time from 30 secs up to 80 secs.
it is much easyly to download the fukulongvideo for a quaketime and to slomo the file.
now fukulong has only doubble speed and it had worked fine with quatro speed in the past.
on the tbs camera are the most quakes not visible, because of the all day'n night shakkering of the camera by the wind and because the tbs cam stands x-miles away from fukubeach on a hill, in the middle of a cupple of hills, will say bitly *deshaked*.
therefor you can hear the quakes on tbs verry well: http://youtu.be/zblruFp0kEc
I agree snukey. I saw those flashes too, in the same place. And building 4 is definitely sagged. I saw that the moment I looked on the webcam, before I read there had been an earthquake.
@ Nuck..well, I watched them both. Sure liked the music in the first one. And do understand the complexities of watching an earthquake. But you never know what you will see.
Like I said, it sure was a surprise to see the black fog make those buildings disappear.
And that music simply rocked, by the way…
And I will try to slow motion the Fukulong version next time…
You are a true master Nuck.

@ ADMIN:
what is with a *how-to-do-best-da-webcam-fried* about that ?
I was watching the TBS/JNN cam on the radiactive.eu.com website. There is not datestamp on the cam that I am watching.
It was very short burst/flash on this cam at 3:09 Pacific Time (San Francisco). The flash was on the entire screen not particularly from any of the reactors. It happened so fast…
One more at 6:39 EDT, seemed to be from the same source, close to the water's edge perhaps.
There is a light source high on #3 now, seems to have been getting steadily brighter. I've seen that kind of thing before and I believe it's a heliographic reflection – I wouldn't be surprised to see more as the sun climbs there.
The spot flashes near #4 are something different though, I think.
@ mission:
i'm sorry because i just try to gives you an optical update about how massiv the black dust was mixed into whity & steamy clouds.
and after all we had seen that every time ( okay, not every but 75% of them) when we saw the black dust on the streams he comes down after it in some days in japan.
so we think that the black dust is used to transport uplifting nuklides away.
and like the jap.weath.modif. had faild in the past with controlling the wind directions they failed again and again.
THEY ARE F#CKING TEPCOAGAINERS
and please,
that you like the remixes from eva padberg vocals is clear.
that will be from now on a bitly much more clearer after you know, who's whisppering that is.
but that makes me not to a master.
(nuckelchen, the masterium of atomium)
if you like a video it would be allright to read that.
because you could be going wrong to masterium me like in that way that i could be wrong with my impression of a nickname "mission" and that it "must" be use by a male user and that these male likes eva too.
all of us could be a "syrian girl" ^^
if i could save for every "nuckeltastic" only one live from japan
the hole island would be empty now and we could pull the plug of it…
(..and that is what compliments are doing with me:
letting me flying high…
nice, for sure, but not the right feeling to report about fuku)
we're on a rumble in a nuklear jungle

I am glad you are adding links with software downloads Nuck. I do want to use them.
And knowing the name of the song singer helps. I do love her voice.
I believe the two shadowy figures where the animal is walking are its dead family… There seems to be two other animals there not moving. One to the left of the catwalk, and another right under the tube…
Oh no…(sigh)I was hoping it had died the other day..it must be in bloody agony..lets hope none of the nuclear nutters responsible for the demise of us and our beautiful planet don't have to suffer such a terrible agonising death…much.

Tanuki or raccoon dog. Populations have declined in recent years due to hunting, fur trade, urbanization and increase of animals ASSOCIATED with HUMAN civilization.
The raccoon dog is named for its resemblance to the raccoon, to which it is not closely related.
The mating season begins from early February to late April, depending on location. Raccoon dogs are monogamous animals, with pair formations usually occurring in autumn.
The photo on the wiki page shows a healthy tanuki. Obviously this one is extremely ill and suffering.
I know I saw reactor 4 building slumped after the most recent earthquake. Someone else commented on it too. The tbs/jnn seems to have gone back to the unslumped version. Reactor 4 building on the tepco cam looks bad. Is it my eyes?
I sometimes wonder the same. One day the R4 looks terrible: sagging and leaning and the next day looks nice and straight to the point that I am rubbing my eyes in disbelief. I don't know…
I saw a great video by nuckelchen where he shows a giant insect walking over the 1st reactor..its very possible to paste over images and change the appearance of reality…to fantasy…in my opinion that's what the web cams are working with at times…also that big light? Have we ever figured out what that's about. I can only imagine that the radioactive nmaterial is glowing and the light makes the glow impossible to see…just a thought.
Looks about the same to me as does Unit 1 with its right top roof corner gusher Nuck has captured with filters several times. Unit 1 will never blow up because it vents 100% at night and probably during the day. Like an invisible natural gas flare. Straight up into the jetstream.
Almost 15 months and the crippled reactors are still gushing at a furious rate…to say they are out of control is an understatement.
The world can survive 4 times Chernobyl… But if the Japanese workers flee and all the nuclear fuel burns away .. We are talking 100 Chernobyls. The northern hemisphere will be in deep trouble. Japan and the West Coast will be destroyed if a single one of the seven spent fuel ponds at Fukushima lose cooling and catch fire. Assuming Units 1 to 4 haven't burned in situ already… If even one fuel pond burns its full load It will be catastrophic. Based on the lack of human activity we see quite often at Fukushima its possible the plant has been abandoned at several points in the past year. Nobody knows the truth except for Tepco and they are professional liars.

I am still feeling pretty confident that japan's EQ activity will be reactivated. Solar wind speed increased from 300 to 550km/p sec.
Typically we see EQ activity as they lower to roughly 450 and 400 km. p sec.
Cross your fingers. Its looking all too well. With sharp magma flow near midway island. and complete gridlock in japan via liss…

6.0 magnitude earthquake strikes off the northeast coast of Japan
http://theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com/2012/05/23/6-1-magnitude-earthquake-strikes-off-the-northeast-coast-of-japan/

Fuku1 2012.05.23 00:00-01:00. A MUST SEE.
Enjoy the lightshow on the ground and the one on #1. Colourfully scary.
You will notice
00:21 video time glowing in #1
00:28 short flash above #2 or #3
00:35 the pole as if struck by lightning before the lightshow on the ground.
00:38 lightshow on #1 up to 00:45
Is it a reflection from #5 and #6? Or is it something big in #1?
I'd really like you all to watch that carefully, several times to get as much as you can and get some informed feedback.
That's what we're here for, no? Watching! Thanks again Kondy. FULL LIFE!

Smoke/Steam from Units 5 and 6 area

So it seems to be a minor incident to that respect… (which is good news to some decree)…

maybe you will first sit down on a chair before you watch the following video
http://youtu.be/Q5KM8ICfasM
and a little nucky tip about to catch some quakes on the fukustreams:
live-catching would be hard because on the tepco-camera are only about ca 1-2 per month really watchable.
for a time from 30 secs up to 80 secs.
it is much easyly to download the fukulongvideo for a quaketime and to slomo the file.
now fukulong has only doubble speed and it had worked fine with quatro speed in the past.
on the tbs camera are the most quakes not visible, because of the all day'n night shakkering of the camera by the wind and because the tbs cam stands x-miles away from fukubeach on a hill, in the middle of a cupple of hills, will say bitly *deshaked*.
therefor you can hear the quakes on tbs verry well:

Tanuki or raccoon dog. Populations have declined in recent years due to hunting, fur trade, urbanization and increase of animals ASSOCIATED with HUMAN civilization.
The raccoon dog is named for its resemblance to the raccoon, to which it is not closely related.
The mating season begins from early February to late April, depending on location. Raccoon dogs are monogamous animals, with pair formations usually occurring in autumn.
The photo on the wiki page shows a healthy tanuki. Obviously this one is extremely ill and suffering.
