Streamers of color coming from right side of right tower next to light.

Light on Unit 1 and red light far right tower still on. Heavy colored pixels. Vapor streams flowing upward is obvious.
So… is there a Plan B?

Yes, I see the light at the top of R1 too – haven't seen this before,and lots of pixelation too. The view has taken on the all too familiar yellowish grainy effect, indicating high rads. Also see the colours coming of the right side of R2 – very colourful, red, greens, purples etc. which shows up more in high zoom.. Also notice the very bright white strip just to the right of R3, which looks like another tepcam coverup to me. Just saying …………….

The TBS/JNN camera looks absolutely FREAKY! It is like the little dipper going up to the right with the green dots? The place should have been blown up in March of 2011, this is insane!

I have noticed those green dots before, assumed they were a camera defect. Some of them seem to be blinking on and off. I wonder if they are on one of the towers or cranes?

Green dots have been on the camera lense for several days. think it is radiation damage..but thats actually a LONG way from the reactor site. If rad damage..there is a HECK of a lot of radiation beaming around. Those poor workers we watched yesterday..white suits dont cut it with this kind of radiation.

TEPCO webcam, Reactor 1 shows a lighted area up by the roof that is new. The PURPLE colors around Reactors 3 and 4 in the emissions–not good. Plus looks like TEPCO put on the Black/white filters..which do work for some colors. Keep an eye on it..
At least per the weather folks, not a huge amount of winds–pretty much light winds for a few days. Might keep the contamination close to Fukushima rather than the ocean or rest of Pacific Rim countries. If I was Mexico I would be yelling my head off..Baja good-by in a few years…

I was considering "wideawake"'s idea about the drone, but if you watch closely the white circle thingy flys over the actual edges of the pipes too and even a bit away from the tent?? So it can't be the drone stuck inside?? It is just plain wild! Is it a neutron beam of some sort pointed at the tent area from the outside?
I was watching the TBS/JNN cam just a bit ago and saw what seemed to be a black insect or bird or possibly a drone buzzing around and it actually bumped into the camera. That damn camera is so blurry at the moment that I have no idea what it was.

TBS water behind the reactors..note the dark areas on the surface..that could be cloud cover.but looking at TECPO webcam..its a bright sunny day, no clouds, not much wind. So what gives with fog and water effects??

I've been watching that "tent light" also. It's an odd one, for sure. At first I thought it might have been water droplets on the camera lens, but it never seems to leave the tent boundaries. The effect is like watching a kid playing with a flashlight, but of course on a much larger scale.

Thanks Richard, I think your right. Just caught movement of a large object in that area on the Tepco cam, so maybe the sunlight was reflecting off that?

I,too.. am kind of scared of the twinkling..they are moving damaged (or even undamaged) fuel rods..and I think that the twinkling might be nuclear.
They are moving them without cooling or any sort of containment.
Then they toss it to the right..like a piece of burning kindling.
Emissions can be seen from that area.
I might be wrong..but I get the sense that the shoreline is is the lowest there..vulnerable to high tides.

into the ocean,
there has been speculation for some time that the ocean is the resting place for all of these "damaged" rods and assemblies.
No doubt there are almost too many to count at the site and the ocean is considered the only available, cost-efficient solution…
If I lived in Japan I would be terrified.

Shhheeeet! What a good reason to cement the bottom of the lagoon….and I thought it was to entomb the fragments of fuel pellets that were launched from R3 and the high reading sludge from the blowholes…wish I could say 'not much chance of PSFP1 (Pacific Spent Fuel Pool) going dry', but….

wow, what i did just realise on tepcam is how overgrown the walkway has become.
like wow. that has really taken hold of late. one pipe is beginning to be covered. soon, the lower walkway will not be visible at all.
all the channeling is also being overrun. i used to see people walk over that. i'm guessing they haven't been this way for 6 months.

TBS/JNN webcam is all fog, but there are white objects (the reactor area) — if you look UP at the screen. Fairly active objects-and its not windy. I checked the TBS cam and could not see anything at all but white-gray static.
The Tepco cam does not coincide with the view from the TBS cam.
I don't know if there is a bank of fog obstructing the view or whether the Tepco cam is a loop again…
The TBS view does remind me of the radiation on camera video posted last night here by ?? (cannot recall who posted, maybe Jebus)

I think there are major emissions coming from the lower level of Unit #4. (Where the hole is.) This has been going on for 3 or 4 days.

There was some discussion, but no real consensus.
The little 'sparks' on and around the floor of the crane near SPF4 may have been small bits of debris. (?)
My concern were the large BOLTS of lightning off to the left of Unit 4. It was indeed scary. I have no idea what it was.

TEPCO webcam is same same-but see "blue flashes" in the air over Reactors 2-4. Just a nice warm and fuzzy feeling to the evening! (sarcasm). TBS shows a large and blurry image of a worklight? and two fuzzy buildings. Only way to know what they are is to line up the green pixel damage to the lense of the camera. We do have our ways..huh? Rumor is TEPCO may try and empty the SFP in Reactor 4..or has started. TEPCO says "its against the law to mention movement of nuclear fuel" to explain why the population is not warned. So the first HINT of trouble will be the webcams I guess. Darn.

Weird flower, looking back on it. Now if it grows overnight– or blooms overnight-that helps ID the plant. BUT looking at the "morning after.." the red colors..again unusual. Just for grins, maybe its for Godzilla for his next visit. If the flowers grow that fast and big, guess it explains Godzillas size???
