Cryptocurrency mining (nm related other energy waste) currently accounts for about 82PJ a year, or something like a minimum of 2.6GW (equivalent to the energy usage of Ireland), which could triple by the end of the year and that'd be roughly equivalent to Austria.

What exactly is gained from this?

    Anyway, also this.

Well, if there's anyone that can restore my faith in Trump by criticizing him, it's Bill Gates.

Dear Mr Donald Trump, please piss off that Bill Gates guy more. He's a piece of shit. I can excuse your minor financial fraudulence, if you could perhaps charge him with crimes against humanity and, I dunno, use that money of his for a new golf course for the chinese. That would be cool.

I have to say it was incredible to see those black brothers and sisters at the royal wedding. I could hardly believe it. Michael Curry's sermon…I thought any minute he was going to shout out "can I hear a hallelujah?!?!?

I would love to see the queen rolling on the floor overcome with the spirit. Prince Philip giving a big hug to that sister in the band with the two tone hairdo. I want to see Prince Harry smoking splaif with Prince Charles, talking truth about his moms murder…some stacked mamas offering healing.

Mmm Hmm, you know what ahm talkin bout. Once we was yo slaves, now we in St George's Chapel of Windsor gettin married to the royal family! Say Ahmen! Can I hear a hallelujah?

Do you know what Martin Luther looks like?

He was a crack in the church/monarchy stronghold

I couldnt help wonder…is Meghan Markle's life in danger? Or is this really a new age? Will 'uranium queen' Elizabeth get rhythm, will Prince William learn jive? Will Cury's speech inspire love in business and the collapse of capitalist ideals of profit and exploitation before love and charity?

Im rolling in the isles, speaking in tongues and taking up serpents. Im tightening up my ryhthm

I'm feeling the love too, Code. In fact, I'm so excited I think I'll make a return visit to the Chapel of San Pedro.
Always good to visit when there are major changes in life, like fighting (& beating, for now) a terminal illness (RAIDS), death of a spouse, having one's life turned upside down and looking forward to the future.

Danger Kitty…its a sobering life. May your life be filled with the healing balm of nature. I saw my mothers face, so to speak, in the flowers of the field after she died. Its a little impersonal, but its something

Poor Prince Philip, always in the shadow of the great Monarchy. He NEEDS to bury his face in a pair of those four liter boobs of a black sister and have a good cry. She would say "its alright baby, WE ALL jus' terrifying versions of the chimpanzee. Black, white, red or yellow. Mother nature thought she was all high falutin making a super smart ape, but she made a mistake, an now she has to pay the price. Go ahead, cry now baby, it will all be over soon"

        • danger kitty danger kitty

I've been doing plenty of crying, that's the healing. In fact the local Indians say, if you don't know how to cry, you don't know how to love. The seals taught than that. I can't really convey it well, but at this point the pain is accompanied by almost painful sweetness ingratitude for the time I had with her and for the beauty of nature all around me.
That said, I could go for a good cry on 8 total litres.
The queen intrigues me also, something about our uranium packing mama. Is she single?

So, I was wondering, is she already related to John, was it? Or say, some French royal?

      • Deadboy

Think about it. If she IS, then…she could run for president, you know that's one of the requirements, right? An almost not-white girl, related to royals, married to a royal, running for president of america.

Now that would be some fairy tale bullshit, a woman and "african"-american, AND she's a princess AND she's pretty.

I could totally see that winning a popularity contest.

Farm Bill Would Allow Mass Killing of Endangered Species With Pesticides

The newest version of the 2018 Farm Bill, set for a vote on Friday, includes an unprecedented provision allowing the widespread killing of endangered plants and animals with pesticides.

The bill launches the broadest attack on the Endangered Species Act in 45 years, eliminating the requirement that federal agencies analyze pesticides' harm to the nation's 1,800 protected species before approving them, greatly increasing the risk of extinctions.

"House Republicans are putting salmon, killer whales and other wildlife on the fast track to extinction," said Lori Ann Burd, director of the Center for Biological Diversity's environmental health program. "This is a stunning gift to the pesticide industry, with staggering implications for endangered species."

Earlier this year the National Marine Fisheries Service released a "biological opinion" showing that three widely used insecticides—chlorpyrifos, malathion and diazinon—are putting killer whales and 37 different salmon and sturgeon species on a path to extinction.

In response the pesticide industry has sought to exempt pesticides completely from the Endangered Species Act. During this session of Congress, the pesticide industry has spent more than $43 million on congressional lobbying to achieve that goal.

In addition to the attacks on endangered species, H.R. 2 weakens Clean Water Act protections from pesticides, includes a…

    • DUDe DUDe

In addition to the attacks on endangered species, H.R. 2 weakens Clean Water Act protections from pesticides, includes a sweeping provision that would gut protections for forests, and has 46 different provisions that would curtail public input and common-sense protections provided by the National Environmental Policy Act.

Late additions to the legislation would also roll back virtually all protections for old-growth forests in Alaska.

"This farm bill should be called the Extinction Act of 2018," said Burd. "If it becomes law, this bill will be remembered for generations to come as the one that drove the final nail in the coffin of some of America's most vulnerable species."

According to a report from the New York Times on Saturday, the president’s son also met with an Israeli social media specialist and an emissary for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia who said the countries wanted to help Donald Trump win.

On August 3, 2016, Trump Jr. took part in a meeting with Erik Prince, a Trump booster, founder of the private security firm Blackwater and brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos; George Nader, a business executive and emissary for the princes of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates; and Joel Zamel, an Israeli expert in social media manipulation. The men met at Trump Tower in New York, according to a report from Mark Mazzetti, Ronen Bergman, and David Kirkpatrick. Nader told Trump Jr. that the princes of Saudi Arabia and UAE were “eager” to help Trump win the White House, saying they believed he was a strong leader who would “fill the power vacuum” they thought President Barack Obama had left in the Middle East. Bullshit Jobs: A Theory by David Graeber

"From bestselling writer David Graeber, a powerful argument against the rise of meaningless, unfulfilling jobs, and their consequences.

Does your job make a meaningful contribution to the world? In the spring of 2013, David Graeber asked this question in a playful, provocative essay titled “On the Phenomenon of Bullshit Jobs.” It went viral. After a million online views in seventeen different languages, people all over the world are still debating the answer.

There are millions of people—HR consultants, communication coordinators, telemarketing researchers, corporate lawyers—whose jobs are useless, and, tragically, they know it. These people are caught in bullshit jobs.

Graeber explores one of society’s most vexing and deeply felt concerns, indicting among other villains a particular strain of finance capitalism that betrays ideals shared by thinkers ranging from Keynes to Lincoln. Bullshit Jobs gives individuals, corporations, and societies permission to undergo a shift in values, placing creative and caring work at the center of our culture. This book is for everyone who wants to turn their vocation back into an avocation."

    'Have Cryptocurrencies Become a Religion?'

"… When I said do you realize the entire world would collapse, he responded that you can lend Bitcoin. Am I really missing something here? If you replaced all money with Bitcoin and banks started lending that, what is the difference?

ANSWER: They seem to be mixing apples and oranges. The economy in prisons is a fascinating example. Money is outlawed so what first emerged as “money” in prisons was cigarettes. It did not matter if you smoked or not. The prison economy used cigarettes as money. There were people he knew how to hem pants. They would fix people’s clothes and you paid in cigarettes. Cigarettes were acceptable BECAUSE he knew he could use them to get something he wanted even if he did not smoke. There were people who were artists and they would make hand-crafted cards for any occasion. There were people who did legal work. Others could repair radios. A whole economic society exists behind bars and money is an agreed-upon unit of account/medium of exchange that everyone accepts.

Then they banned cigarettes and the replacement money was a fish – packets of mackerel in federal prison and Ramen Noodles in others. In fact, Charlie Shrem spent time in Federal Prison and he saw how mackerel was money. He became one of the early developers of Bitcoin exchanges based upon his prison experience…"

He kinda died just after that album was produced. Pretty much exactly as he stated on the album.

He also played black metal. Some of it sort of depressive suicidal.

        • Depression and rehab and mind altering drugs…

What's rehab without mind altering drugs.

Ya know the kind with a black box warning that specifically states "may cause suicidal thoughts and violent behavior".

Does this seem like a rational choice? Just go to a stranger for help and tell them you are depressed… These so called educated people will give you the most dangerous psychoactive drugs on the market and send you home with them to use unsupervised.

Of course when you do exactly what the warning warned them of, they are not held responsible, instead they are given bonuses by the drug companies.

          The blind leading the blind?

Crazy irresponsible people in charge of crazy irresponsible people?

          You bet ya…

Just this week in my area a former police officer intentionally drove his car into a restaurant killing his daughter and daughter in law.

The excuse? He was suffering from mental illness. Nahhh ya think?

And was he in treatment? Yes!

Was he given drugs from a mental health professional to take home and use unsupervised? Yes!

Did he have the judgment to use these mind altering drugs responsibly?

          HELL NO!!!

Now he's charged with 2 counts of 1st degree murder!

Will his doctor be charged with anything? Probably not, if the doctor is charged it will set a precedent in the court system!

The drug company lawyers just can't have that, bad for business ya know…

Dope is dope, prescription or not!!!

          • Prescription drugs drive man (insane) to kill the passengers in his car by ramming it into a restaurant?

The mistake? Went to a quack bunch of doctors that's what.

"was prescribed an anti-depressant as well as anti-anxiety medication."

Should have just given him a gun… What did they do? They gave him two chemical weapons that conflict with each other and sent him home to use them.

So what's wrong with this idea? Give him a anti depressant to bring his mood up and then give him a anti-anxiety medication to calm him down?

Dumbest thing I've ever heard of.

            Dope addicts call this "speedballing"…

            Quack doctors call it treatment…

"According to Rammell, Self was prescribed an anti-depressant as well as anti-anxiety medication. He allegedly told Rammell that he was taking them properly and he talked to him Saturday and saw him Sunday at church. Rammell disclosed that Self sought help from a psychiatrist, as well as his family physician."

And you'll never get caught… They are crazy to start with so drug em up with our useless shit until something happens and then tell everybody how crazy they actually were to start with…

              A perfect excuse huh.

So while making miserable people even more miserable than they already are. Play the get rich quick fools scheme.

This is right out of the 'grab-your-guns' meme.

Sexual hormones for the male between that ages from starting around age 9 through about 25 are responsible for many things.

Certainly there are pig men out there, not that many. But the globalists, who want divison, hatred and lack of love, have pushed the buttons.

The smash hit "Toy" describes how a female taunts and humiltates a man who has a romantic interest.

Females used to have "class" but the #metoo movement is working to remove that "class". men are forced by society to hit on females, females with any class with be able to decline the advance without being entitled assholes. Females no longer believe that they need class.

Its going to bo a big problem, as :""they" want it to be.

                • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

globalism has been accomplished. Trump is a globalist tool. No need to create division, unless theres more money to be made on it.

For example, they could push the collapse of the ridiculous democrat/republican divide such that violence ensues and martial law is instated. Then you have a kind of military dictatorship that could say control people in a final assault on freedoms. That could be a theory, but only a theory.

The female role assumptions are clouded, colored by traditional values. For example, other cultures may not share your vision of what a girl is supposed to act like…those concepts of class and so on. I certainly dont share your traditional values. Values you take for granted as the only way things should be.

                  • Code can you name some cultures in which the females are not expected to act with "class" especially in regards to a male advance, which is exactly the topic that I am discussing.

You say may not, but in a very general way, but please provide some example in very concrete ways.

The new meme "you don't hate Trump, therefore everything you believe is wrong"

Ill get back to you on the girls. Gotta go, but noted exceptions are native cultures. I dont know what you mean by class. Purity, truth, poise, self awareness, equality, humility…like that? Class as per the american 1940s movie is good, but not culturally universal. I sense that you believe 'women have their place'

this is too limiting for me, and not really fair

Not at all, but I do expect the recipient of an advance to have some class, poise, respect, kindness when turning down such a request.

How about common courtesy? Now a Weinstein "request" does not have to be responded to with class, but a kick to the groin would be appropriate in that case.

LOL straw man setup and then "too limiting for me"

To me, the term bitcb slap conveys an image of a routine maintenance chore, keeping women in their place. I cringe when I see people use the term in the presence of young girls. Think about what that does to a young mind my being conditioned and groomed for her proper place in society.
Otoh, bastard slap conveys an action that is on target.

Here you seem to suggest that behind the scenes globalists are sabotaging male/female relationships by engendering an aggressive bitchy female archetype via the equal rights theme. a woman's place…lets return to this, its an important subject. There is a Japanese gentleman…maybe an ambassador, perhaps scientist…and Im very disappointing I cant remember his name…he went so far as to suggest that we need the feminine force…in power…if we are to survive.

Does this sum up your thinking on the current gender equality issue?

"MeToo in an Age of Heterophobia
Feminists now see sex as reinforcing outdated gender roles, and it's turning them into authoritarians"

Do you think that if can only oust the liberals, the feminists, and return to strong values, we will regain our national strength and be on the path to national sovereignty, leadership and economic power? Do you think Trump is leading that fight like no other president? If so, then our minds must be opened…

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

                      lets start with these beauties

The Mosuo’s are a matriarchal society, distinguished by the practice of “walking marriage,” The Mosuo do not marry. Instead, if interested in a man, a woman will leave her door open at night for him to come in. The two will spend the night together, and the man will leave the next morning. A Mosuo woman is free to have as many partners as she wishes, though most Mosuo women find a long term companion for some extended amount of time. However, this does not mean they are bound to the men. Women are free to change partners as they wish.

“Walking marriages” are based on free love, that a woman has the right to choose her sexual partners for herself as she wishes.

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

what is a woman's place? I would like to make an observation; All around the world and all through history (but not EVERYWHERE), men have subjugated women. Its easy to understand why; Men have the fighting testosterone power, and were ABLE to suppress females on the motive of their desires and insecurities.

This subjugation thing takes the form of formalities. The Burqa is a striking example, but in the U.S. there has been a morphing formality of what is considered a woman's place, her comportment. Its always taken for granted as normal, correct. Especially by traditionalists.

Weve seen a tremendous liberation of the female. It hasnt gone far enough. Is feminine equality a threat to conservative ideology? Im sure they would deny it…

                      Let me say more

                    • “ALBANY — State Senate Democrats, in a report to be released this week, say a bill that would create a $300 million fund to help adults who were victims of child abuse is woefully inadequate, while protecting the predators themselves.”

check these powerful sisters. They have a matriarch society…they have the power…and they have a culture of offering sex to visitors

I point this out to show that normalcy bias is just that. Any one of you pacifists would be a cannibal if raised in a different culture. Dr Anne would be a Buddhist if raised by Buddhists. Stock wont say, but I bet his dad was a conservative republican.

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

womans place…Ill try to wrap this up; Equality does not mean the same, it means equal rights. A tradition that defines a womans place does not mean its particularly good for women, men or society.

Out of the long history of womans subjugation should come a new era of equality that allows women to invent themselves as they wish.

We are male and female, NOT the same. The polarity creates a dynamic force. But men and woman are more fundamentally people…mammals.

We share these things in common; birth, finding ourselves, working, sacrificing for children, growing old, caring for and losing loved ones. dying at the terrifying hand of the grim reapers bludgeon and scythe. That forms the basis of equality. Its time men of tradition open their minds and liberate woman.

The feminine force is always just out of reach for the male, never to be owned, despite his best efforts. Better to admire it as a humble spectator…

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

errata, I may not have gotten it correct with the Namibia tribe that offers sex to visitors…men seem to dominate. But this is an anthropological detail. The truth is that there have been many matriarchical societies with a variety of customs. The point being that there are many cultures, and the western assumptions of normalcy and correctness are not universal.

Another group of beautiful women from a matriarch society

                      a maternal civilization is required for the survival of mankind….I found the video;

Mitsuhei Murata is a Former Japanese Ambassador to Switzerland

Fukushima is the result of the supremacy of economy, another form of paternal culture introduced after world war two

history shows that paternal cultures end in catastrophe

Today mankind faces a crisis of civilization. The true cause is lack of ethics. Fundamental ethics would prohibit the abuse and exhaustion of natural resources

three transitions are necessary to implement global maternal culture
                      turn selfishness into solidarity
                      greed into contentment
                      and materialism to spiritualism

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

                      This sentence from Mitsuhei Murata dovetails closely with my focus on capitalism;

"Fukushima is the result of the supremacy of economy, another form of paternal culture introduced after world war two"

Murata mentions the aggression, the militarism of male economy.

The current motive and ideology of the capitalist is that competition, aggression, and letting 'Darwinism' and market forces substitute for ethics are functional.

Modern capitalism is often traced to the year 1600 with the issuance of stocks, exploitation of foreign resources and peoples with corporate/government/military collusion.

"The mother of Santa Fe school shooting victim Shana Fisher believes her daughter was targeted because she spurned her alleged killer's increasingly aggressive advances.
Shana was one of Dimitrios Pagourtzis' first victims in the Sante Fe High School massacre Friday, according to her mother, Sadie Rodriguez.
The shotgun-slinging gunman once dated Shana's best friend before making the moves on her, Rodriguez said.
"He kept making advances on her and she repeatedly told him no," Rodriguez said, according to The Associated Press.
A week before the shooting, Rodriguez said her daughter bravely "stood up to him" and embarrassed 17-year-old Pagourtzis in front of their class.
Rodriguez separately told the Los Angeles Times that Shana went through four months of his unwanted attention.
The attack left 10 people dead and 13 more wounded.
Pagourtzis remains held without bail on charges of capital murder and aggravated assault on a public servant."

      hypochloremia, or chloride blood deficiency.

hypernatremia, or rise in sodium levels.

      worsening kidney disease.

    The metabolism of amino acids

    Protein structure and metabolism.

    The integrity of nucleic acids

    Neuronal function

    Endocrine balances
Further, the breakdown of Aspartame causes nerves to fire excessively, which can indirectly lead to a high rate of neuron depolarisation:

Despite these growing concerns, neither the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have changed their guidelines regarding the safety of the ingredient or intake advice.

    And furthermore..

The chemical additive APM aspartame is very potentially a cancer and brain tumor-causing substance that has no place in our food.

    Enter Donald Fucking Rumsfeld..

A guy who remarkably executed some of the worst decisions in American foreign policy and got a medal for it.

Donald Rumsfeld and the Strange History of Aspartame

Rumsfeld helped get it approved are nefarious at best, criminal at worst. And by the way, that medal that Rumsfeld got back in 2004 was the Presidential Medal of Freedom, also awarded to Tommy Franks, George Tenet and that charming warrior L. Paul Bremer.
Evidently, “Freedom” means the right to use your powerful friends in Washington to approve your company’s dangerous substance for human consumption and make a fat bonus on the way out the door.

Dr. John Olney, [in above post] who founded the field of neuroscience called excitotoxicity, attempted to stop the approval of aspartame with Attorney James Turner back in 1996.

It violated the Delaney Amendment, which forbids putting anything in food that is known to cause cancer.

Couldnt help but notice that Finance, Insurance & Real Estate contributed $21,106,073 to Obamas fund. Real estate is wealth inequality, pure and simple

    • Code, are you freaking serious? You can comment on what is going on in the world, but you somehow missed #metoo completely, and then without background, try to rebut my comments and then create a strawman (insulting position of 'women in their place') and then wallpaper things about a matriarchal society

#metoo is like some of the best lies….it has an element of the truth. Some men are slimy creepy, true. But a main purpose is to divide, in this case, based on sex. It is also to show that those who don't tow the party line (globalism establishment) can be taken down simply with a series of allegations, from even 30 years ago.

      • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

stock, I had no intention to make a strawman argument. This theme of 'a womans place' is a historical theme, I used it to pin my comments, so readers would know the subject up front.

I comment on whats going on in the world without knowing all details because the big themes are there…pervasive. Nobody knows all details.

Please clarify; do you see the metoo movement as a globalist plot to take down Trump, divide men and woman?

Its unfortunate if well intentioned men are harmed by this metoo movement. It must be accepted that we are a highly sexual species. Look at elephant seals guarding their women, fighting each other. Its just one of those nasty, natural products of nature. But Bonobo apes show that male dominated society is not the only model. "The species is best characterized as female-centered and egalitarian and as one that substitutes sex for aggression"

"The Me Too movement is an international movement against sexual harassment and assault. #MeToo spread virally in October 2017 as a hashtag used on social media to help demonstrate the widespread prevalence of sexual assault and harassment, especially in the workplace. It followed soon after the public revelations of sexual misconduct allegations against Harvey Weinstein.

    • I think you miss it on this. It is not "real estate" which is in the same boat as "personal property rights" which I feel are very important.

Its the inflation, the inflation 'targeting' fake Fed. The banker butt buddies that basically own the government at this time. It should be the other way around.

Inflation = keep the slaves on the hamster wheel. As many as possible.

      • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

am I wrong about real estate? Profiting on real estate is one of the simplest examples of inherent wealth inequality. Land area is fixed. Rising prices can only mean one thing; the rich own more land which the less rich must pay to use, thus increasing the wealth inequality.

median home value in Topanga canyon, california is over a million dollars. Average rent is around $5000. My parents could have bought a home there for $25,000. In 200 years at that highly prized real estate growth rate of 6% that one house in Topanga will be worth 100 billion and in 500 years this much; $4,500,000,000,000,000,000 were talking in the quintillions. Close to the number of grains of sand on the earth, an incomprehensible amount. Thats going to be one happy real estate salesman.

my guess is that you believe strongly in personal property because its sort of the fifth amendment of the constitution and a capitalist ideal. Obviously fewer and fewer people have the ability to own property as time goes on. What is the meaning of a right if its impossible to achieve?

        • Quintillions is not grains of sand on earth, its tons. 10e18

Actually 1.3 10e25 pounds, so it millions of Quintilians of pounds

A big number, but earth is really yuuge
We gain 40,000 metric tons each year from space dust, seems like a lot. better put earth on a pro-biotic diet or will bulge at the middle.

View of personal property rights is very simple….you get to keep what you work for. Real estate and others.

Of course the reality is that we rent said land from big gov….

stock, your simple idea of real estate is not mathematically, physically, or ethically correct.

Homelessness rates mirror rise in real estate costs. Is anyone surprised by this?

The problem comes in the unseen steps to real estate holding. Say a hedge fund guy made millions and buys a five million dollar house on the coast. Did he really WORK for it? Is the money really HIS? Thats a big mistake in thinking. The money is SEQUESTERED…learn that word…it is really the wealth of the people and the commons. I can easily siphon off water upstream of your place with hidden instruments. It was work but it doesnt mean I should own your water.

Similarly bankers didnt do shit to 'earn' that 300 grand on your home loan.

Ive written many times on this mistake of the work ethic. Its an outdated concept held on by conservatives for the most part. It was outdated with the down of the industrial revolution and will soon be completely irrelevant.

            update your thinking bro!

Your theory breaks down because I worked to be a monarch or state entity and you know all those barons that tax you and shit? Well, they can also reclaim land that you think you own, on my behalf.

The main difference between capitalist feudalism and medieval feudalism is that the latter were not so (1…2…3…) stupid as to think they could increase the rent/work load of the serfs indefinitely.

                • Deadboy

Imo, that's why there's so much convolution in legalese, it is merely progressive feudalism.

As if, if you don't keep on updating the bullshit scamming, someone may find out it's bullshit scamming.

But then, you have to consider the form feudalism is taking, the religious/faith-based tendencies (say, money or whatever).

my post on the scam of real estate and the exponential cost stands.

"a group of researchers at the University of Hawaii tried to calculate the number of grains of sand. roughly 7.5 x 1018 grains of sand, or seven quintillion, five hundred quadrillion grains "

      • AirSepTech AirSepTech

Inflation yes, the bankers best friend.
I do wonder what will we do when the weekly food bill is $10,000.

I guess if the minimum wage is $1,000 an hour, some people will be able to get by.
        It's all such a scam

        • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

exponential curves always catch ape men by surprise. Happy real estate sales people drive around in their cars talking about the growth in value, even happier bankers make you believe their loan rate is a good deal.

This is the magic shape of rising costs due to capitalist ideas. They will use every last bit of leverage to remove your wealth, then the whole thing will crash because the common man carries the rich on his shoulders

Ill say it again, profiting from real estate is mathematically unsustainable…an impossibility of physics. This is true for 'economic growth' as well. All just stupid terms made up by ignorant greedy people

          • Deadboy

The best thing is, when they graph 1/x to 0/x, they don't even keep a relative tangent perspective to avoid aliasing as they approach singularity.

            • Deadboy

This is like, when you look at something, say, a row of pillars, but you look at them straight on, it looks like one pillar.

Recently went to Walnut Canyon. Had to pay $10 per person to walk 275 steps. I went there as a kid for free. Later we went to West Fork…just a canyon trail. Another $10! So we snuck in. Yep, went against the rule of law!

                so this is economic growth?

another example. I flew a model glider at Torrey pines as a kid. Like the seagulls, I didnt pay a fee. Now if I want to fly a toy glider I need

torrey pines gulls club membership $60
                AMA membership $75
                Day use fee $10

Do the people receiving this money even own Torrey pines?

The runway is on property owned by the University of California, San Diego, while the rest of the gliderport is owned by the city of San Diego (think taxes!)

now economists say this is economic growth, but to me its $145 of negative growth…a reduction in wealth

                • Deadboy

                  AMA membership $75

Wondering, because most people don't understand that shit.

                    • Deadboy

As usual though, shit's in reverse, so. more like x/1 to x/0.

                    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

The limit of [1/x] as x approaches 0 doesn’t exist. It goes to negative infinity approaching 0 from the left and starts from positive infinity going from zero to the right.

But I tried to figure out what you meant. The closest I came was a simple thought; As the cost of a thing tends toward infinity with any exponential increase in price, there is no relative value given in the cost description to put the growth in perspective.

For example, the cost of a million dollar house is arbitrarily large or small. In the general matrix of today, maybe it seems achievable…or not, but its no clear indication of the impossibility of indefinitely profiting from real estate.

Thats why I took it to 500 years and the really huge number that is equal to the grains of sand on earth. But notice the reply. Is this a logical sequitur?

"A big number, but earth is really yuuge
We gain 40,000 metric tons each year from space dust, seems like a lot. better put earth on a pro-biotic diet or will bulge at the middle.

                    • Deadboy

I wasn't even talking about economic methods, mostly. Someone probably told you 0/x isn't definable.

is x/0 the Armageddon day or zero? How does your graphical analysis help explain that a 'rate of profit' or 'rate of growth' ends in catastrophe, and usually unexpectedly because thats how curves are…they dont seem so bad until suddenly they seem very bad and getting worse by the second.

Its probably been calculated; how long will it take before Ted Turner owns ALL the available real estate in the U.S. stock will long have had to sell out, living on the street. He will meet another homeless that coughs out 'I told you so' and he will say 'code, is that you?'

DUDes icon isnt offensive, its a commentary which could open minds if they were able. What kind of a death star could you make with 10 million dollars of death star weaponry coming in per day (U.S. funded)?

But its not offensive to the capitalist either who believes its good business to be an aggressive leader in real estate acquisition, leveraged by robust negotiating machinery. In the U.S. we often call this 'strategic interest' or 'spreading democracy'

So the next time you see a death star, rest assured its your tax dollars at work, spreading democracy and freedom

  • Can we trust our news services to get the facts straight anymore?

I saw a news story a couple of minuets ago about the Kilauea volcano.

I'll try to post it (the original story) when it get's archived.

Dumbest thing I've seen lately… They showed a video of the volcano and said it was erupting thousands of feet in the air but a tree was plainly visible in the foreground that couldn't have been over 50 feet tall.

Here's the camera they took their shot from and it's a live feed too…

Live Video feed – Kilauea Lava Flow Activity In Lower Puna Hawaii:

See the tree in the foreground? 1000's of feet in the air? Look at that tree.

    What a load of crap…

That ridiculous statement was followed by the equally ridiculous waste of airtime statement "the gasses being emitted can irritate your eyes and throat"…

I'd guess the gasses being emitted in that news room can irritate (and eliminate) your intelligence (and obviously any newscaster in that building).

I can't imagine a professional editor that would let that crap get on the air much less a news caster that could say those lines with a straight face.

Wasn't so long ago someone would have been a laughingstock and would have been ran outta the business for letting that kind of silliness on the air.

If something that stupid and obvious can get on the air how much of the (rumor mill) news they are supposed to be fact checking is wrong?

    • Opps correction…

They showed a video of the volcano and said it was erupting "LAVA" thousands of feet in the air…

Sorry just caught that omission, and the lava statement is the ridiculous part..

Well that and the "gasses may cause irritation". That second one iced the cake of stupidity.

The Hexagram is one of the most ancient symbols.

Modern hexagram, like the pentagram, was and is used in practices of the occult and ceremonial magic and is attributed to the 7 "old" planets outlined in astrology.

It's roots are ARMENIAN. Was seen as spirit of the Earth.

The 14th century.. King Charles IV of Bohemia formally adopted the hexgrama ‘the Star of David’ in 1898.

Stole the Earth spirit symbol for some Jewish mumbo-jumbo.

  • Deadboy

So I read about more about tonsils, interesting stuff. I dunno what any of it means but…maybe someone here can mention shit like cancer.

I choose to link those two because, specifically, I have no idea what they're saying, but it mentions interleukin, telomeres and shit.

    • Deadboy

Some guy said they're not sure if t-cells sort of mature in the tonsils or thymus.

That seems to suggest tonsil cells are immature, perhaps maturing elsewhere? Or, signals maturation elsewhere? Or is supposed to be immature for more adaptability? I don't fucking know.

      • Deadboy

        Well that's rather unfortunately named.

The first piece of advice listed, seems like shit to me, though. Maybe not the turmeric or pepper (I dunno), but considering casein inflames and could lead to tonsil infections…what the fuck?

        "1. Milk and turmeric"

"5. Onion juice to get rid of tonsils"

        They'll just, disappear.

Maybe that's what he meant with getting rid of tonsils.

        • Deadboy

Ok now here's a classic case of bullshit.

"In a separate paper, published online in June in Clinical & Experimental Immunology, Johnston and his team confirmed that people with psoriasis are more likely to have strep infections in their tonsils – about 40 percent compared with only 18 percent of people without psoriasis – and that their tonsils have a much larger number of skin-homing T cells. Or in other words, their tonsils carry more of the white blood cells that affect the skin."

So basically, psiorasis is a symptom of toxic overload, which your tonsils tend to deal with. So, get rid of the immune system stuff. At least you can be pretty and fabulous in the dark.

          • Deadboy

However, make no mention that other parts of your system, not quite as suited will now have to deal with that toxic shit your tonsils used to deal with.

  • Don't Kill Me, Hear Me Out, Why is the Democratic Party A Failure to the Left?

I have watched and wondered how so called leaders of the Democratic Party have been so dysfunctional, so weak in their arguments, and their simpplistic method of taking arguments against them, and they simply flip them around in some orwellian echo chamber and direct the same arguments or memes against their opponents.

The incompetence is "incompetent". They want corporate cash and they want to avoid a "freedom free for all" like the 60's or 70's, can't have that.

stock out. Want to hear your opinion on this.

      Maybe it's shit either way.

    • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

well I agree. the liberals are dysfunctional. Greedy, stupid.

I think it goes beyond that. I think they are more deceptive. Republicans, who have lower intelligence, actually believe in their simplistic world view, a very indoctrinated view. Democrats, who by the way get the most jewish votoers, are more shrewd. They have a nuanced view and this makes them more corrupt.

In simple, easy to grasp republican speak; the conservatives believe they are right. They believe everything is a nail which can be solved with a hammer. Where the liberals have a multifaceted view of life. They play the angles for personal gain. Conservative corruption is more unintentional, Liberal corruption more intentional. Some people, like Trump, play both sides of the fence

Which side ends up doing the most damage? Ive studied this..the answer; they BOTH do the most damage

A 2010 study using data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health, for example, found that the IQs of young adults who described themselves as "very liberal" averaged 106.42, whereas the mean of those who identified as "very conservative" was 94.82. Similarly, when a 2009 study correlated cognitive capacity with political beliefs among 1,254 community college students and 1,600 foreign students seeking entry to U.S. universities, it found that conservatism is "related to low performance on cognitive ability tests.

      • Deadboy

"very liberal" averaged 106.42, whereas the mean of those who identified as "very conservative" was 94.82

This reminds me of the psychology tests. When context or consideration is lost and you get heavy polarization, pretty sure that correlates well with "unreasonable" "stupid" "fuckheads".

Unfortunately, I also IQ tests are kinda 1,2,3…

        • Deadboy

          Something I often fail at.

          • CodeShutdown CodeShutdown

deadboy, of course IQ tests are stupid, culturally skewed, anthropologically skewed. However, conservatives think Trump is the best president ever, whereas liberals werent so sure about Hillary. This is strongly suggestive of the greater stupidity of conservatives. Examples abound…

For example, conservatives think that Trump did a great thing by selling out U.S. coasts to international oil exploitation. Whereas Obama at least tried to make it look as though he was not doing that…the gulf of mexico tragedy and so on. Obama is smarter, and therefor shrewder…whereas Trump is like a blunt instrument

            • Deadboy

"For example, conservatives think that Trump did a great thing by selling out U.S. coasts to international oil exploitation. I'm not sure this is entirely true, consider trump used to be a democrat/liberal, I'm paraphrasing but "he loves the gays and uneducated" or something like that. Anyway, considering his associations, yeah that's fucking obvious.

Not all republicans were particularly fond of Trump. That is, until their continued lobbying convinced him.

            • It seems the people that couldn't pass a simple IQ test will always try to poke holes in it, like 100 percent of the time…

Is it the test that most can pass without problems? Or is it those with problems that can't pass the simple test that find it to be a problem…

Some of the brightest people cannot answer the questions because they find logical fallacies and bias introduced by the test designers. For those people, there is no "right answer" for many of the questions.

'Not as much of an issue with the straight mathematical questions, but it does become problematic when there is verbiage involved.

The tests are only as good and as accurate as they are designed to be.

                • HoTaters HoTaters

So the test taker is left asking himself, "what could the person who wrote this question have been thinking?" In this case, it becomes more a test of psychological insight than a test of intelligence.

                  • Kinda HT…

It's more of a "are you paying attention and then will you study it before answering" it thing when under pressure?

This is the true intelligence quotient…

If you jump without understanding and then get it wrong will you drop out?

Is the test wrong or devised to see if you can function under a fictitious pressure? It's fictitious because nothing happens when the clock runs out man…

Your score depends on your ability to decipher the information that's not familiar to you…

And a 1+1 test just wouldn't do it.

Gotta work against the clock? Yep we are all on the clock every day of our lives.

Does it make you uneasy? Do you jump instead of think? Well there ya go…

No great time travel conspiracy there, it's just a clock ticking.

The truely cool part is you can take the free test above as much as you like until you get over the clock…

Then in learning how to be composed under pressure you can learn no matter what.

                    That's a true intelligence quotient…

WTF do they put any mercury in?

From what I can tell, the adujvants facilitate particularly improper antibody development. This is like, getting me to do brain surgery. It's a fucking bad idea.

            • Deadboy

But no, I'm not just doing brain surgery. What I'm doing is replacing part of your brain with dead rat brain, so that you don't get mad cow disease.

              • Deadboy

Also, that dead rat brain, contains mad cow disease, in alow sort of inactivated modified quantity (because like doesn't cure like), along with all that shit you normally WOULDN'T get when your immune system actually produces functional antibodies and resulting immunity.

                • Deadboy

And this is why you should pay me to do brain surgery.

Mere foolishness about how much power, control, wisdom and even confidence I actually have.

I can fuck with you that much. And seriously, there's something totally wrong with you if you don't trust me.

            • HoTaters HoTaters

Yes, vaccines can trigger a severe inflammatory cascade or "cytokine storm" in the body.

          • HoTaters HoTaters

Physicians and medical personnel administering vaccines in the U.S. are required to record the lot number of the vaccine in your medical chart. You can now file a VARS (Vaccine Adverse Reporting System) report w/o charge. Your physician is required to disclose the lot no. and manufacturer of the vaccine given to you upon request.

I got a flu vaccination in 2006 and suffered horrible neurological effects. It was a lot like having Guillian-Barre syndrome, except my lower body was not affected too much. When I requested the vaccine lot information, the PA in my doctor's office provided it. Upon contacting the manufacturer, I found out the particular vaccine I had contained over 500X the maximum recommended dosage of Thimerosal (mercury).

You might consider getting the vaccine information and finding out what your vaccine contained.

I NEVER get vaccinations anymore. After two horrible reactions (flu and TDaP vaccines) with several weeks of neurological problems following, it's just out of the question. The TDaP nearly killed me. Never figured out what did it, but that was that.

If you listen to all the vaccine hype, it's clear there is a major effort underway to sell product and yet more product.

He said it was the sickest he had ever been.

Was around 50 when that happened to him, after that he stayed away from shots and pills and lived another 50 years…

I'm thinking the flu shot causing flu is not a now thing and it's still happening…

And by the way if you get a good flushot it only reduces your chances of getting the flu naturally by 30 percent…

That's a good flu shot. Not sure there is such a thing…

They grow that tripe in animal tripe literately.

Forget aluminum and mercury, the crap is animal parts run through a high tech blender.

Ground up animal kidneys? What animal? Were did the animal come from? What kind of animal was it? Or they culture it in eggs. What eggs, From what animal? Where did the eggs come from?

And then they want to inject it into you on the off chance they got that one or two strains that may (or may not) be coming to your area?

Roll the dice? Hoping it come up 7's?

            Too stupid to believe.

Instead of getting a flu shot just juice and eat right and build your immune system up naturally!!!!
