…Butler and colleagues at UHM are now working to determine how frequently great earthquakes along the Cascadia margin of the Pacific Northwest might occur. These events have the potential to devastate the coasts of Oregon and Washington, and send a dangerous tsunami to Hawai'i's shores.
My book on Alkalize or Die, says that to alkalize in a hurry, you can add 1 tsp. baking soda (Arm and Hammer) to 8 oz. of water. Repeat as necessary.
You can also take charcoal to alkalize quickly.

"Unfortunately, President Obama recently signed into law a spending bill that included a devastating provision that puts Monsanto above the law. The provision limits the ability of judges to stop Monsanto and/or farmers from growing or harvesting genetically engineered crops, even if courts find evidence of potential health risks"
From the article on mercola. At least you got Trump now and he's totally done something, that something, nothing to avoid addressing yet another catastrophic implementation in the form of bayer-monsanto hegemony.
Okay, I'm going to paste a full article, translated from spanish. It is obscure and I do not have the original link for it anymore. Excuse my incompetence. I didn't make this shit up, I'm not that good at writing.
These last decades have witnessed a rapid growth of the world population. This has been resolved by placing special emphasis on global food security, requiring special attention from all of the leading nations to some of the poorest states on Earth. Under the influence of climate change, massive famine has also increased.
In the period from 1960 to 2000 the number of people on the planet has doubled, which led to the development of numerous secret / discrete programs aimed at artificial birth reduction sponsored by large international companies. In addition, the need to increase the yield of agricultural crops together with their resistance to different pathogenic bacteria and insects has become the basis for the development of genetically modified products.
As reported in a recent issue of The Age magazine, an Australian microbiologist and Nobel Prize winner Sir Frank Macfarlane Burnet urged the Australian government to develop biological weapons against the "overpopulated Southeast Asian countries" in 1947. During a secret meeting In 1947 it was concluded "to form a research group in charge of creating biological weapons that could be used through the contamination of food supplies in order to control the population of Indonesia and other Asian…
A secret program under the codename Project Costa was established in 1984 in South Africa by the United States intelligence services to pursue more or less the same objectives. Under this program the viruses known as Marburg and Ebola were tested in the black population of South Africa under the direct supervision of the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Until recently, agricultural products have responded to the growing demand for food in the developed world, while numerous experiments based on genetic engineering created new fertilizers and pesticides before 1960 that allowed large companies to slightly improve yields of rice, wheat, maize – which are consumed more frequently all over the world. On the other hand, the companies managed to achieve a 40% drop in the prices of these crops. In addition to the aforementioned achievements, it also allowed daily average calorie intake in developed countries to increase to almost two thousand calories per day over the past three decades.
However, the growth of consumption does not constitute a qualitative positive change in the obtaining of all the necessary elements for a healthy nutrition.
…
Unfortunately, we must recognize that the various secret / discrete programs aimed at reducing the world population driven by a number of developed countries are aimed at modifying the products in a way that a human body can receive up to ten times less nutrients and vitamins than if "original" products of animal and vegetable origin were consumed, without any modification.
Dozens of independent research studies that have been conducted in the United States, Britain and Canada show a dramatic drop in the nutritional qualities of the products we are accustomed to consume. In particular, according to a study by the Worldwatch Institute, the concentration of vitamin C and beta-carotene, along with calcium, iron, phosphorus and other elements that are essential to maintain the healthy life of a human being has been decreasing in recent years. To get the nutritional equivalent of diets in the 1950s in vitamins and minerals, to this day, a person has to eat ten times more fruits and vegetables than they used to take six decades ago.
According to Canadian studies published by CTV News, the drop in the amount of vitamins we are receiving has been so dramatic that we have to eat about 100 apples more than those eaten in 1960, with oranges, today the ratio is 20 to 1.
…
According to French experts, as a result of the aggressive vegetable improvement that has been used by some developed countries, we end up eating fruits and vegetables that retain their visual appeal but at the same time provide little or no benefit to our health. For example, a single gram of broccoli, a vegetable that has traditionally been consumed in several European countries for a long time, would provide a human body with 12.9 milligrams of calcium in 1950, and calcium plays an important role in the formation Of bones and blood clotting processes. However, according to the US Department of Agriculture. (USDA), the calcium content of broccoli had declined to only 4.4 mg / g by weight in 2003.
The dissemination of the aforementioned facts can seriously damage the financial income of the main food producers (especially in the US), since they invest considerable resources to advertise products of dubious quality in the markets, since a "Average citizen" can not afford to buy healthy, environmentally healthy food, and now less because of the rapidly deteriorating financial situation in the world. In contrast, the population continues to consume dangerous foods, which leads to the widespread spread of obesity, various diseases, which can cause half of all children to become autistic in 2025. This is the direct result of practices which had been applied by some US companies, in particular Monsanto. Therefore, even a normal soda can be extremely dangerous for human…
In these circumstances, ensuring food security and establishing control of available food is imperative to save mankind from the impending food shortage and to be able to maintain a healthy population on planet Earth.
Sorry I missed pasting a word or two there.

http://one-simple-idea.com/Environment1.htm
7.5 billion people?
The math is not difficult. Over use the land/water, lose mineral content. Bulk with no value, but plenty of profit if the supply keeps up. Taxes keep programs funded, and the circle jerk motors on at full speed.
We are going extinct, with full bellies in some cases, eating little more than sawdust.
The USA imports 20% of its food supply.
We should stop that, call it the '2017 Fossil Fuel/CO2 Reduction Act'.

So now we have arbitrary comparisons.
The extent of damage from a nuclear waste fire, (no.. they don't discuss the melt downs of the reactors themselves, stating the situation would supposedly be so much worse than Fukushima.
Even with Union Of Concerned Scientists is using watered down results concerning the disaster.
Yet the general public is to go around making comparisons to Fukushima without fully realizing the extent.
The cognitive dissonant mind can remain in this condition permanently, actual conclusions to painful.
Attention deficit kicks in before any real conclusions have been made anyway.
How can a person compare apples to oranges ..if they don't know what apples and oranges are??
"While discussing the potential for a nuclear accident in the US, von Hippel noted: “The Fukushima accident could have been a hundred times worse had there been a loss of the water covering the spent fuel in pools associated with each reactor. That almost happened at Fukushima in Unit 4.”

Hi Rose
Hi, danger kitty.
Always great to 'see' old-timers ..lol.
Wow, my post didn't fly. Try again—↓
Hi Rose
Hi Rose. The gem in your post is this:, "I’ll use this opportunity to note that my main objection with nuclear is simply that there’s no way to separate it from human nature/stupidity."
That simple but unforgiving truth should be a starting point for any risky endeavor. The PTB, usually folk with no real world/blue collar experience, have a gullible over reliance on words-on-paper. Worship those words, in fact, more than the product or process itself.
And things NEVER get built, or operate the way the words 'command'. Yet no one seems to notice, nor lose appetite for the next shiny new tech savior that's gonna save us from the last one. Sorcerer's apprentices, all.
Thank you, danger kitty.
True to the word. You put 'profit/growth/infrastructure' words down on that paper, and all common sense goes out the window.
That's how we got here. 😉
Case in point: Oroville Dam. It was built with a flaw in one of the headwalls, which has allowed seepage for decades. Instead of building the nearby Marysville Dam as planned, Oroville Dam has instead been operated to drain the entire Festher River Watershed.
Several features of the Dam were built with design flaws.
Oroville Dam is classified as a "high risk" dam because it is an earthen dam, and because of its height.
An Emergency Spillway is supposed to be armored (think concrete) if its slope is greater than 6.5% or something like that. The slope of a Dam of Oroville's size is supposed to have no greater than a 6.5% slope on its emergency spillway (working from memory here). Oroville's emergency spillway slope is something like 8.5% and there is nothing to protect it.
It has been allowed to operate with these structural flaws for decades.
FERC regulations have been ignored in Dam maintenance. Repairs to critical structures have been done on the cheap, or not at all.
Maintenance was postponed or done shoddily because Southern California and Silicon Valley water customers did not want to pay.
In the zeal to control Feather River Flooding, and to provide water for human use, safety and reasonableness were thrown out the window.
The end result is State regulators have been caught with their pants down, and the Dam may fail because of multiple structural failures.
So because Oroville Dam is the only dam draining the Feather River watershed, it has been operated at near capacity, or at capacity, for many years. This causes a lot of wear and tesr on the structure.
It was designed to work WITH Marysville Dam also draining and controlling runoff from the Feather River Watershed.
Fifty years after completion, we see the result of this comedy of errors. Only it's not funny for those of us affected by this perfect storm of incompetence and greed.
Yes, sad state of affairs. Maybe they could raise the price of fruit and veggies, to about $20-50 a pound average, then tax the farmers to pay for it. 🙁
Plenty of water abuse and shenanigans as well.
That project has brought in a huge income over the years, there is no excuse.
Funny, 50 years ago few people were on 'day to day' existence entitlements, and damn(dam?) few had any form of 'health insurance'. We had none when I was a kid, Cali was my home for 30yrs, and it is now whacked out with social/political insanity.
Seems to me our priorities have changed, the cart before the horse, and a very bitter pill is coming.
Bummer.
This is a humorous article.
I don't know where to start.
Something about how Enenews fails to say that, these charts are not contrived and that there is no harmful exposure to the exposed life forms.
I for one.. believe that the contamination from Fukushima arrived years earlier, the admitted surge perhaps serious offshore accumulations.
I don't need charts.
No, I won't say there is no danger..no, I will not.
The situation is still on-going.
See that chart??
"Roll that beautiful footage."
It's not just sitting there ..it is involved in the current.
Forever and ever.

Roof collapses at WIPP raise new safety questions
Dec 16 2016
"At the least, they say, the latest roof fall reduces available real estate underground, including potentially eliminating Room 4. At worst, the inability to keep up with maintenance could threaten worker safety, although WIPP managers frequently repeat that safety is the “highest priority.”
“Presumably all we have left in Panel 7 is Rooms 1, 2 and 3,” said John Heaton, chairman of the Carlsbad Mayor’s Nuclear Task Force. “They have to get the roof bolting done before they can do anything else with those three rooms. You almost have to assume that it’s been willfully ignored. MSHA has been in almost monthly, criticizing the maintenance of the back,” or ceiling."

Climate Activists in Pacific Northwest Fight Construction of World's Largest Methanol Refinery
http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/40900-climate-activists-in-pacific-northwest-fight-construction-of-world-s-largest-methanol-refinery
" A subsidiary of the Chinese government, Northwest Innovation Work (NWIW) has proposed to harness the region's vast natural resources using fracked gas piped in from British Columbia and convert it to methanol, a volatile, flammable liquid alcohol. "
" In this case, the facility would ship tankers full of methanol to China to be used in making plastics. "
" Five hundred thousand gallons of water would be piped from local aquifers and mixed with 320 million cubic feet of gas — far more than used by all gas-fired power plants in Washington combined — to make 72 million gallons of flammable methanol, according to a study by Sightline, a regional think tank. "
" Plans for the methanol refinery emerged after Gov. Jay Inslee hosted a trade delegation from China. "
"NWIW came to Kalama and formed an "astroturf" group called Citizens for a Green Economy in an attempt to brand the refinery as a clean energy project. The group showed up at public hearings wearing green shirts with planets and trees on them "and talked about how much they cared for our climate and why building the world's largest methanol refinery was a good move,""
'Citizens for a Green Economy'
as is Federal Reserve Note 'green'?
😆
I am really worried about the Pacific Northwest. It does appear that radiation can fry some peoples common sense.
Amazing that State in the Union, would want to ship off a non-renewable resource, especially to China. China is the new economic hitman.
I'd almost say that's fair.
I mean it's not like the the US or the UK, colonialists, imperialists have ever exploited other parts of the world, right? Surely you have a clean conscience, I hear bleach works well.
They always want to use up our clean water and pollute it to create energy. I vote no on using air and water for energy except as a passive mechanical device. Such an amount of dumbassery.
Floridians Mobilize Against Sabal Trail Natural Gas Pipeline http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/40880-water-protectors-rise-up-to-stop-florida-s-sabal-trail-pipeline
Sabal Trail Transmission, LLC — a joint venture of the corporations Spectra Energy Partners, NextEra Energy, Inc. and Duke Energy.
Ackerman, a Quaker and former Vietnam War protester, chose Dunnellon as an organizing hub because the town (population 1,700) is a site for one of Sabal Trail Transmission's large compressor stations.
These stations are needed about every 40 to 100 miles along pipelines to re-pressurize the gas. Compressor stations aren't benign.
They release volatile organic compounds (VOCs), particulate matter and other gases. Plus, they're loud.
Many Americans living near compressor stations have reported nosebleeds, trouble breathing, dizziness and nausea, and complain about the 24/7 noise.
At a public hearing in 2014, residents from the town turned out in force to voice their concerns and objections, especially about the pipeline running within half a mile of the town's two public schools.
In October of 2015, before Sabal Trail received a permit to construct, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) outlined "very significant concerns" about the proposed route. In a letter to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the agency in charge of oversight and permitting of the pipeline, the EPA recommended that the pipeline be rerouted to avoid more than 1,000…
A vegan only needs 1/5 of an acre to be self-sufficient.

Once again, you post meaningless bullshit
From your link:
"Precisely! The point I was making is that figures like one 'fifth of an
acre' or whatever are actually pretty meaningless without being placed into
some sort of context about what it is you intend to grow and on what quality
land, or indeed what your personal requirements are…"
Perhaps you could read the drivel you drool over.
Now, tell us all how you, Dr Enlightened, would be able to support 5 people on 1 acre in Denver, Colorado.
With '0' Plastics
Fossil Fuel products
Wood products
Mined products
Virtually anything modern man produced.
You want to be green, correct?
Actually I grew enough food on 20,000 SF to feed about 5 or 6 people for the full year. But I sure appreciate the machinery burning gas, electricity, irrigation system and water supply and pump, etc.
The equation would change a lot without those things.
.09 acres to feed a human for a year? Are we on the same page, here?
What did you feed them??
Not including dairy, eggs, some meat. Organic vegetables grown in a mineral rich environment, given exactly what they need, when they need it, and decent bug control….so much nutritional value in even a small amount of food.
Ya, that is the real deal, I am really doing it.
Possible to feed large nos. of people in small spaces using aquaponics, biodynamic farming, veryical farming, food forests.
The book Urban Homesteading has some great ideas for using spacs one acre or less very efficiently.
Not sure what stock is doing.
Spaces
the world needs a population reduction program. I think shes going to do it all at once
I hope she does not turn her back totally to all the "excitement" she got from allowing life to dance with her for a while..untill we came around and decided rape was a dance too..
I think you're correct, at least a few 100mil to a billion at a time.
We are on a tightrope, we set both ends on fire.
OOps
I'm afraid so AST , and that will be from collapsing economies and empty supermarkets and anarchy and governmental repression and lack of medicins and so on alone already..add increasing toxicity and dissapearing wildlife resources..
But how many dare to bet our PTB will not "help" the proces with the droppings of war here and there..and a few more melting reactors as one of the side-effects of that..
We are hanging in the middle of a tightrope above nothingness..the last one if we may believe the doomsday clock..and just like with all others before that..like you say..
"..we set both ends on fire..OOps.."
The bigger they are..the harder they fall..i guess that goes for species just the same..
Ah hubris..
Ok , i'm out night all..
Sleep well.
We certainly live in interesting times. A bit to interesting for my tastes. But who ever got to choose what they would have to deal with?
We're no different from people who faced the Black Plague, Ice Age, and so on, right?
One thing that has been pointed out by various thinkers is, the earth's populations of creatures always seem to find some sort of equilibrium. Sometimes that entails mass die-offs. Hoping that's not the case for us. But realistically, it may happen. Sooner or later it will happen. The present population pressure and lack of resources for increased population will ensure it happens.
Not to mention our own stupidity in creating things like nuclear energy/weapons, using toxic chemicals to "improve our standard of living".
We certainly deserve the Darwin Award for our achievements since the Industrial Revolution.
But it's easy for me to be an armchair quarterback, since I've enjoyed the benefits of the Industrial Age.
Enjoyed the benefits, and few of the problems, that is.
Hahahah tools make a difference.
Seems like a long time ago, I devoted 1 acre to 'old skool',,,for fun ya know, kids in 4H stuff.
I figured after 5 years of that, with rotation/water issues(not flat) that a guy might get hungry. And dead at 10 yrs, guess that's why folks had a 40-45 yr lifespan. Hard work, a lot of it.
In a place with a 'less than 90 day' season. 😆
At 5600'….see…now your really laughing.
Good Luck on this years crop!
Oh, and the greenhouse….makes all the difference in the world.
Plants are cold blooded critters…the love the heat, up to around 110F it seems.
Warming or cooling, I am ready, lol
Yes, the greenhouse is very important.
Seems like you would need to terrace a bit…..
AirSep, we used to garden in Reno, Nevada. Yes, short growing season at about 4,800 feet, if memory serves. There isn't much time to make things happen with such a short growing season.
One day, beautiful tomatoes. The next morning, tomatoes frozen as hard as rocks. If they weren't picked and thrown away, they would rot on the vine.
The weather was a squirrely as heck.
.09?
43560'sq = 1 acre
"20,000"sq'= (.456) acres, .45/(5) people= .09 acre per person (.09×5=.45)
(1/2 acre +/-.)
.5 acre/(5) people = .10 acres per person.
6 peeps would be .07-.08 acres per person, @20,000sq ft.
Yes?
Yes, it can be done. It might require aquaponics, some vertical gardening. Raising chickens and/or ducks is a good idea if it is allowed. And growing some high-protein crops such as lacinto kale, amaranth.
The trick with trying to raise food in such a small space often is: how do you reduce inputs such as fertilizer, feedstuff.
add compost, use other fertilizers if necessary. I got like 5000 lbs of coffee grounds from coffee shops….sure helps build soil, break up clay, and provide nitrogen.
We need to do that here. The soil is very alkaline, and it's heavy clay.
Every time I go to the gym, I stop at Starbucks, the girls and gay guys and guys are great, they are really happy the grounds will be used for good purpose and not landfilled.
EVERYTHING like 6.0pH, almost everything, free nitrogen and free acid, can't beat that. sometimes the blue bags they give me are 80lbs, sometimes like today, get 2 bags.
And they will come for "open garden", 2 hour window, come, pick, weigh and pay.
The head of the local park system here said to use Biochar to help break up the clay.
SAnd and organic material (compost) will do AWESOME
yes, it is the food value, not just quantity that now matters. Small amounts provide awesome nutrition and you don't get so hungry because your body has everything it needs!
Most of us would die if forced to live by our wits, and with a limited number of resources and inputs. What would we do without Home Depot, the local "do it yourself" stores?
If all the inputs dried up suddenly, most of us would be in a world of hurt, i.e., probably dead.
Even most of the preppers aren't fully prepared. Unless you're already mostly self-sufficient, and living off the grid, you probably don't stand a chance.
Personally, I don't want to see this put to the test.
Otoh, sounds kinda tempting…
Currently, I don't even have a roof over my room. It's kinda cold.
The sky is the limit, they said.
Hope you're not out there long term. What is the weather like in So. Africa? This is your winter, right?
Is that the way your home is built?
Homes in Uruguay usually don't have heating. Many don't have permanent windows. But the climate is pretty mild there.
Still, I always wonder, don't they have any mosquitos or pesky insects there?

Yes, presents a quandary for me, wife says yes to varied foods, I say no to import.
She says it has gone up up up, so it has been thumbs down for quite a while.
It wastes fuel, and when we are moving food both ways, geez, shows humanity to be dumber than a fencepost.
Chicken is under $1 a pound in my area, but we don't buy a lot of meat.
Macrobiotic school says we should eat local , from the same environment our own body's live in..maybe they were on to something there too..
And the more things travel with human "help"..the more pollution it generates..and the more it can pick up..

Break the rules.
The 'rules' won't be broken.

No one ever asks what goes on with all the 'military hardware' up there.
But they should.
No do they don't. They can't even get out of earth's atmosphere. The tyranny of the rocket equation provides suitable grounding. Nice (well, depending on how low your standards are) CGI though.

There are probably better resources out there.
I never found anything scientific on grounding. That doesnt mean I dont think there is validity to it, just that the proponents dont know even as they sell books and stuff
I know 2 people who do grounding and they swear by it, like a drunken sailor, JK
No, they really recommend it "you just feel better"
Yes they do..grounding is just that..electrical protons moving to the Earth away from the body. Balancing the charge of the human body…
Particulate radiation, consisting of atomic or subatomic particles (electrons, protons, etc.) which carry energy in the form of kinetic energy or mass in motion. … The neutron is an indirectly ionizing particle. It is indirectly ionizing because it does not carry an electrical charge.

with regards I dont think this is correct 'grounding is just that..electrical protons moving to the Earth away from the body. Balancing the charge of the human body…'
Notice the signal receiving, electron voltage/current flux function of a big radio antenna works because its grounded. I did try to read up, and my analysis is that they dont really know. Note that living inside a faraday cage is unhealthy. Zero flux is not the desired state.
Here is a good, straightforward explanation on how to ground one's self w/o having to spend a lot of money to purchase grounding sheets:
http://www.normalbreathing.com/e/how-to-ground-yourself.php
Here are my browser search results for "grounding" :
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=grounding+techniques&t=hz&ia=web
There should be plenty of information if one copies & pastes, and follows the links.
Plowboy Grown Up and I both practice grounding. I like to do it by sitting and walking barefoot in my backyard. The inside tile floors in my kitchen and living room are grounded. I'm able to be barefoot inside the house, and still enjoy the grounding effect.
Taking a bath or shower has a grounding effect, as the water is full of negative ions. The key is exposing the body to more negative ions. That's a very simple explanation, see the resources for more detail.
Grounding is very calming. It's especially good for a person prone to anxiety, or who feels stressed-out.
The author of the book Earthing mentions that primitive people were more grounded because they walked barefoot. The wearing of rubber and synthetic materials on the soles of shoes, the author said, prevents us from benefitting from the grounding effect of contact with the earth.
Wearing leather-soled shoes can help a person to stay grounded. I bought a pair of leather-soled cowboy boots for this purpose. They are something I can wear all day.
I'm not thrilled to think when the soles get wet I may be sucking up a bunch of radioactive isotopes. So I don't wear them when it rains. Once in awhile, I give them a quick soak in water with baking soda in it, and carefully dry the boots so the baking soda doesn't stain them. (Actually, I clean the soles of all my shoes after wearing them. They sit near the door, and outdoor shoes are not worn indoors.)
Doing some deep, slow breathing into the belly (not the chest) while grounding is just great for breaking a cycle of stress and/or anxiety.
My work gets me stressed out sometimes. Had also recovered from a bout of very serious illness. My functional medicine doctor was the one who suggested grounding to me. It works!
A person can purchase a simple device to test one's home and surroundings for grounding. Amazon.com may sell them. That's what we used to determine our tile floors are grounded.
Now that I'm more aware of the effects, I notice grounding feels very soothing. Things just feel less "charged," literally, when I'm grounded.
Dr. Andrew Weil has some great information on his website about some breathing exercises. The 4-7-8 breathing technique is also very calming. I do it when I'm in a situation that is very stressful. It helps a lot. Just be sure not to hyperventilate when doing it.
https://www.drweil.com/videos-features/videos/breathing-exercises-4-7-8-breath/
It has been argued many people nowadays live in a perpetual state of oxygen deprivation. The natural response to stress is to hold one's breath, and to breathe less deeply.
Doing a lot of these holistic things was necessary to recover from health challenges. I'm convinced that had I not done a lot of these things (grounding, eating organic and non-GM foods, detoxifying my body, replenishing healthy gut flora), I'd have been dead 10 years ago.
I had to take antibiotics for over eight (yes eight!) years to recover from Lyme and tick-borne diseases. Antibiotics are very toxic to the body, and they also disrupt healthy bowel flora. That causes further compromise to the immune system.
It took almost five years of intensive effort to re-establish healthy gut flora, and to get chronic systemic candidiasis under control.
Being on an extended round of antibiotics is like being on chemotherapy. It's just brutal, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
So stay safe, and don't get Lyme disease. Do self-checks after coming in from outdoors. If you live in the desert, and it's hot, you're probably safe.
Not advocating spending a lot of money to buy a program to teach people how to breathe. But this does mention what shallow breathing does to the body, in terms of oxygen deprivation:

A good technique for opening the chest and expanding the ribcage (which can be constricted and prevent normal chest movement) follows. Lie on your back, with a hand towel rolled up and placed under the middle part of your shoulder blades (side to side). Allow your arms to fall to the sides, at a 90 degree angle to your torso. Breathe deeply. You may feel some pulling in the front part of your shoulders. This is good. It is elongating the pectorals and shoulder muscles. It will help restore normal breathing, and will help posture, too. (My osteopath taught me that one.)
A sante, 'Ho.
On second thought, place the towel where it is comfortable. The goal is to stretch the shoulders and chest. So do whatever works. If the towel is in the center of the spine under the shoulder blades, and doesn't extend far down the back, it's OK to place it so that it runs along the spine (lengthwise).
The Spineworx device works well, too, but that costs $$.
Place the back of your hands on the floor when doing the exercise. Spread your hands open. The more contact the back of your hands make with the floor, the better. Try stretching your arms out to the sides, away from your body.
You'll know when you're doing it right.
I'm very calm and not anxious. But my doctor says I have squamous cell cancer on my face. And I live where there are many huge trees, and they have to turn the power up for wifi and microwaves to get through the trees. And I can hear it in my house. It is absolutely awful. Of course, I'm old enough to remember when we didn't have all this electromagnetic pollution. We didn't have all this pollution when I bought my house 20 years ago.
I'm trying to heal the cancer [it could be shingles instead] before I see my dermatologist to have it removed.
Wasn't implying you are anxious or stressed. There may be other people interested in grounding and relaxation.
Anyway, thanks for all the info. I am doing deep breathing whenever I remember because without it my oxygen intake is only 86%. But with deep breathing it is 100%. I go barefoot much of the time.
That's good.
So sorry to hear that. I had SCC on my nose in 2014.
Yes, the trees damp down the wifi and microwave signals. It's awful that they are turning up the signal.
Have you contacted any groups to see if they can help you? There are a lot of activist groups out there now.
They are not supposed to turn up the signal like that. But they apparently do it a lot.
That is just awful. I'm EMF sensitive, and the wifi and RF signals give me migraines, insomnia, body aches etc.
I'm doing everything with supplements and diet for both cancer and shingles. I should have been doing it all along, but it is rather expensive for my budget.
I have everything I need, it just takes time and I just save for when I need it.
But I haven't done anything for grounding yet except buy mylar blankets for my windows but am trying to get everything planted in my garden first because the growing season is rather short here.
living in a shielded enclosure is a potential risk
Code, reckon we should try explaining how an underground bunker and a vast network tunnels isn't going to save them from some "tremors". Porous structures and all that.
So much for their "security" spending.
Code, the shielded enclosure is what I don't know about. So thanks for that info.
Anne, I have measured radio frequency, electric and magnetic fields. Distance is everything, if you are thinking in terms of field intensity. Thus, sleeping next to a clock may give far more of an electromagnetic field than even a nearby cellphone tower. If you are sensitive, you may be able to feel it, especially after prolonged exposure. Sitting at the computer is one possible source of EM pollution, although I can tell you its almost too low to measure. Personally, I would NOT put up aluminum sheeting on the windows or around the bed.
you might like to make a shatnez, a healing vest described in the bible. Follow the instructions of Philip Callahan only
I don't have anything using electricity in my bedroom except for my phone which is a land phone.
The worst noise is in my computer room, but there is no wifi on my computer, and I sit 4 feet from my hard drive and monitor. And my monitor is LED. Also the electricity comes into the house and the fuse box is outside another room. My neighbor's electric lines are near my computer room. Also, they have 2 other lines, one for the phone and perhaps one for Comcast. The city's wifi is on the electric lines.
Maybe I could just shield that side of my house.
In my estimation, chemical and possibly radioactive toxins are your larger threat. Although you do interfere with your biological cycle by posting to the wee hours. Age is a factor. Your best bet is to live as naturally as possible, spending time outdoors, eating your garden foods. Definitely go see your dermatologist, but if you didnt, get some black salve in lieu or in addition to your crystals and aluminum screens! I have played with electric fields for decades. Mainly, health is determined by eating an organic diet, getting exercise, reducing mental whakyness and getting out into nature. If the disease has struck, then electrotherapy has a place. EM shielding, in all but the most brazen insults, is going to be a lesser factor, in my opinion. I rather doubt your neighbors electric lines contribute much to your ill health. But SOME, since everything has an influence.
I added radioactivity above…but frankly, it may also be the smaller of factors. Sun exposure, as good as it is, can also contribute to skin cancer, especially in conjunction with chemical co factors.
Please be sure to get the SCC checked out and dealt with. It can metastasize.
Are you using Maple Bicarb, lemon juice to alkalize? I'm sure you are, since you wrote a book about it. That's good, too.
I used CBD oil on my nose to help kill the SCC. It was on my arm, too. The oil literally pulled the cancer out by the roots, out of the biopsy sites. It was pretty amazing. You are in Colorado, so you could get it easily. Maybe you can get it for free. Many of the dispensaries have "compassion" programs for people who cannot afford to pay. A lot of the producers allocate a certain percentage of their product to compassionate use.
Personally cannot recommend the CBD oil highly enough. There are now scientific (medical) studies documenting how CBD oil kills SCC.
I used to hate the stuff and wanted nothing to do with it. But then my doctor kept recommending it to me, so I tried it. Also great for pain control.
I have my appointment already. I saw my dermatologist once before. But it was just a sunspot.
I had the appointment before I saw my doctor Friday. I went to her to get renewed my protection for the Dept. of Agriculture against my neighbors throwing glyphosate all over my yard as they threatened.
I suspect it is just shingles, but my dermatologist will know for sure. He is Asian and he also examines by hair to help make his diagnosis.
I don't use bicarb for alkalizing, but eat everything raw. For example, sprouted lentils are not only alkaline, but the sprouting has enzymes and the vitamins are increased like B-17, C, etc. Also everything is much easier to digest, so one's body can spend the time on getting rid of the cancer, instead of spending energy on digestion.
And I eat a lemon everyday with avocado for salad dressing. I put everything in the food processor including the skin of the lemon (pectin) and the seeds. Avocado is a good source of glutathione. Anyway, I have a book with alkaline values, and sprouted millet also has B-17 and is alkaline. Amaranth (I have both grain to sprout) and immature seeds and greens to eat that I grow. It has squalene.
Then I'm taking chaparral and other things. I have a lb. of spirulina ordered that should come tomorrow.
To alkalize, my book, Alkalize or Die, also says that in a hurry that you can take cream of tartar which is a source of natural potassium, also lemon water, and also just bicarb.
I tried making lentil hummus with just soaked lentils (more than 12 hours soaking), and it worked fine.
The squamous cell cancer place is on my cheek under my hair and I have a few tiny places above that also under my hair. I suspect it is shingles because I wasn't taking my B-12 like I should have and also I was getting a lot more arginine than lysine. Anyway, my dermatologist will know what to do.
I have very good credit and credit cards aplenty because of my house. So I can get whatever I want.
I dont know how much good grounding inside the house does. Also, the effects of showering is probably a different thing, although probably related in some ways. Arent lineman's gloves made or used to be leather? Even if there is some truth here and there, its this kind of casual presumptive pseudo science that turns science minded people off. A box of diodes and resisters, shaken while reciting good intention does not make a functional radio.
The body has an electromagnetic aspect to it. The acupuncture meridian system is related to the grounding effect. There is a -+ 1000 hz electrical field, the Schumann frequencies and some high frequencies that are natural to the body. The body is supposed to be in a dynamic flux state. The 'energy' may not be measurable with conventional EM machinery. See the Correas and aetherometry for more information on that. Probably everyone knows the caduceus medical symbol represents the three major energy currents, sometimes called ida pingala and shushumna, crossing at endocrine centers and related somehow to chakras. Randolph Stone goes into this polarity system to a degree. The electric flow is partly a DC current, as elucidated by Becker, often but not always associated with nerves. He gives a theory of ionic flow but it is limited. Conventional electromagnetism probably fails to show the true nature of some of these energies, as Chi Kung masters demonstrate.
Earth, sun, magnetic field, atmospheric voltage gradient, lightening, earths ionic cavity resonance…all of these are intrinsic aspects of land based life and to a large degree oceanic life as well. 99.9% of the available new age type information is not reliable. Yet some people are easily satisfied with simple, albeit often wrong explanations..
we need electromagnetic fields and maybe ionizing radiation
using the ion cyclotron resonance of different elements, i.e., calcium (7 Hz 9.2 micro Tesla), it is possible to induce neuronal differentiation, reducing the carcinogenic phenotype
data analysis supports three main effects of electromagnetic fields on the wound healing pathways: 1) an antiinflammatory effect, by modulation of cytokine profile that induces the transition of the healing process from a chronic pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory state; 2) a neo-angiogenic effect, by increased endothelial cells proliferation and tubulization and production of fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-2; and 3) a reepithelialization effect, by stimulation of collagen formation.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22082478
Only recently has the critical importance of electromagnetic (EM) field interactions in biology and medicine been recognized. We review the phenomenon of resonance signaling, discussing how specific frequencies modulate cellular function to restore or maintain health. The application of EM-tuned signals represents more than merely a new tool in information medicine. It can also be viewed in the larger context of EM medicine, the all-encompassing view that elevates the EM over the biochemical. The discovery by Zhadin that ultrasmall magnetic intensities are biologically significant suggests that EM signaling is endogenous to cell regulation,

I put crystals hanging in all my windows at one time.
They have crystals that you can buy and hang around your neck.
What do you think of this necklace?
https://www.amazon.com/Healing-Crystal-Necklace-Set-Pendants/dp/B01N23QCV8
I hung crystals in my windows because of fung shei.
I really need to start demanding royalties on 3/4ths. So much quartz.
How about hematite or magnetite?
I wonder if quartz singing bowls are good. Apparently quartz is a neat oscillator.
Anne…I wouldnt discourage their use, and they will have SOME effect, somehow. But you should be aware that they wont ameliorate your electromagnetic exposure in any way that a scientist could measure. Im somewhat familiar with the concepts behind those healing pendants. Most of it is wishful or stab in the dark hopefulness. But there can be measurable effects. You can make a test….grow some sprouts and place a stressor, say grow them next to an electric appliance or line. Place the crystal in one pot and have a control pot of sprouts. You will sometimes see a difference in growth

Interesting monologues.
Yes, it is pretty ironic that, here we are flying through space on our, used to be ionizing radiation free, relatively safe habitat, and we can't seem to figure out how to create an ionizing radiation free, relatively safe habitat, to fly through space…
but it was never ionizing radiation free. Walking around with 60,000 becquerels per cubic meter since we grew limbs
relatively.
I moved it around in the sentence a couple of times, knowing…
Does not even come close to the boulders out there.
Basicaly zero resistance before they strike.
I'm pretty happy H2O exists here in our electric atmosphere…
haha…sorry, couldnt follow your shorthand there…what does not come close to what boulders of what and what has zero resistnace to what before who strikes? Anyway, I like the gist of your two liner about space ship earth. But the radiation part is a potent message; nature provided much more radiation than man, but only mans radiation caused exclusion zones
and thus…
🙁
and thus we just arent getting it. Scientist, pro and even anti nuker. Cant change the vision or the actions until its too late…thus the earth was lost
There are more particles, mass, and things not known, yet, traveling at almost light speed, flying around everywhere, in space, than man has ever known. Big one's relatively.
And this Earth somehow symbioticaly created a very effective shield for life against MOST of that, while she cooled off a bit herself to support life. Earth has been round awhile.
Everyone gets it. Radiation, ionizing. It's everywhere. Always has been.
What changed?
What was created?
relatively short half life radionuclides with high specific activity and alien frequency signatures wrapped in a toxic heavy metal nuggat? I dunno, just a guess
What changed? Man created "radionuclides with high specific activity and alien frequency signatures wrapped in a toxic heavy metal nuggat"
Well, that seems to be stating the problem pretty succinctly.
A species hellbend on excluding itself out of life as fast as possible ? Just guessing..
lol..Code's guess was first..and more On Topic..;)
It really does suck, considering we were just starting to get it. People were starting to organic garden in mass and purchase organics, we were heading back to nature…
Now, the land of milk and honey, the west coast of North America is blasted…contaminated…
The creatures in the ocean that we were beginning to understand are our lifeblood and we were FINALLY starting to protect and appreciate and honor, what has happened to them and is happening is a horror that none of us can appreciate, we don't live in the ocean, we don't breathe the water…
Our differences as people, we had begun to accept and appreciate these…what happened? It's so easy for people to be manipulated by fear…
Reject social media pressure, toss the tech, ban politicians from decision making, disband all corporations, fire every journalist; any and all of these things would be beneficial.
Like we all have to play ..Buck Rogers!
Cue Star Trek intro…
If we are here by design, it seems to be the logical extension of that.
If we are just here as the highest intelligence(?), amongst the rest, it seems to be the logical extension of that…
Have decided to just scan comments here in off-topic forum. Trying to avoid getting drawn into discussions on politics, religion, etc. Pointless & fruitless from my perspective.
Am ashamed of my nasty behavior & apologize for any & all unkind comments.
Need to rise above what may be perceived as untrue starements, personal attacks.
And just be big enough not to respond in kind.
Gotta own my stuff.
(((HoTaters)))
Your OK HT, like a barking fi-fi dog or a spoiled child, some crap and the incessant repetition of it gets on ones nerves.
Probably is an indicator of something. 😉
Yeah, it's an indicator I'm human and I'm being a jerk!
I value love and kindness, and when I don't demonstrate it to others, I suffer with a guilty conscience.
For good reason.
My dear mother raised me to first and foremost live by the golden rule. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
It's easier not to take the high road in life. Being kind and loving (as my mom was) is really something to aspire to. I want to honor her memory by doing what I know is right.
I fall short. We all fall short. We are all works in progress.
You're more than OK, HoTaters. You're authentic and honest and truly care and that comes across. I may disagree with you on minor points but on the important ones we are definitely in agreement. I appreciate your insight.
I've been drawn into fruitless argument lately as well and vow to do better.
And a lot of this IS perception. If we go looking for offense in others, we are sure to find it.

you can always sprout seeds indoors and eat as sprouts or hummus. You can easily grow wheatgrass or millet grass indoors.
I soak millet overnight and then dehydrate it at 105 degrees or less.
It then stores well. Just rehydrate to eat.
Sprouted lentils or garbanzo beans can be fixed the same way. Rehydrate to make hummus.
Among other things, I'm growing 4 sisters this summer:
Mountain painted corn, sunflower seeds, pole lima beans (Sieva is supposed to be very productive), and pumpkins with hulless seeds.
You can also sprout indoors green peas for raw hummus.
I forgot the url for the pole limas:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aWvOdczC0co
Here's a recipe for raw hummus:
http://www.myhdiet.com/Fall-In-Love-With-Food-Again/recipe-items/raw-garbanzo-bean-hummus/
Here's another recipe. Some people like to cook the sprouted beans for 1 minute.
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/72926/raw-hummus/
Here's a recipe where the lentils are just soaked and not sprouted.
http://www.sprinklewithlove.com/raw-hummus/
You can also just soak garbanzo beans, but probably do it for 2 days in the fridge and change the water every 12 hours. I use Eldorado Spring water for soaking, then just sprout with tap water.
Chinese long green beans are very productive, almost ridiculously productive. The plants get huge, and they have to be trellised. They also tend to grow for a very long time during the season. One plant will produce ample beans for one or two people.
Yes, that is the book! I couldn't remember the title. It got buried somewhere when we moved last fall. Backyard Homesteader, not Urban Homesteader (thought that sounded odd).
The Foxfire books are great, too. They're rather hard to find, these days. We also have a book called, Preserving the Harvest which is very useful. These books are likely out of print now. The Foxfire books came in a series. Rodale books are good, too.
So little time, so many good books to read….
Getting ready to can apricots and peaches here. Will try it w/o sugar this year, and will see how it turns out. The peaches here are very sweet when they are ripe.
Does anyone know if melons can be preserved? Can they be candied w/o using a lot of sugar?
Wondering, too, if it's possible to can using coconut sugar, as it has a lower glycemic index than cane sugar.
It's always possible to experiment, so some of these questions will be answered after this season.
Will likely go back to preserving veggies and fruit by drying them this year. It's great having dried veggies and fruit and not having to buy them, esp. around December-March, when most things aren't growing.
stock, are you able to grown winter veggies in your greenhouse?
If you are in Alaska, you need to use grow lights, right? I'm assuming you have very dark winters there, being at a high latitude.
Hey!
Plankton finally getting some respect!

I live in central Alaska, where I've also noticed changes in insect and bird populations. Because of its relative isolation and small human population, industrial agriculture is unlikely to influence my observations.
https://nukeprofessional.blogspot.com/2017/05/destruction-of-bottom-of-food-chain.html
However, there is a culprit that has yet to be widely acknowledged. Ionizing radiation from nuclear bomb tests, leaks, releases, accidents and explosions such as Three-Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima.
Correct stock..soo many culprits created..can't see the forest trough the trees anymore or something..all manmade..best thing to do is stop Everything we are not 100% sure its beneficial to the planet as much as it is to us..
yep, just like insects in the garden, if you are NOT 100% sure that a particular insect is damaging, then do nothing to it.
What ever happened to "first do no harm"
I read that the higher elevations and remote areas are experiencing high levels of contaminants and those levels are more measurable and more significant due to the pristine environment.
http://www.coolantarctica.com/Antarctica%20fact%20file/science/threats_pollution.php
"Antarctica is particularly sensitive to the effects of pollution as the environment is near pristine to begin with meaning that any pollution is often more obvious, the cold temperatures mean that the natural processes that help remove pollution in other parts of the world happen far more slowly so it has more of a chance to build up.
Antarctica is however the most stringently protected part of the earth, there are strict guidelines under the Antarctic Treaty Protocol on Environmental Protection about what can and can't be left in Antarctica, unfortunately though, despite being so far from the rest of the world and not connected by any land mass, pollution from elsewhere does also find its way to Antarctica. As Antarctica is one of the cleanest, least polluted places on earth it is an ideal location for measuring the spread of global pollutants. Minute traces of man-made chemicals used in other parts of the world can be detected in the snow that falls over the region. They become concentrated in the bodies of local wildlife such as fish and then seals and penguins."
Alas.
If you look at the wind patterns of the earth you see that they dance around the poles. Literally, dance.
http://økoko.no/massive-ozone-hole-found-in-earths-detergent-layer-over-the-pacific-scientist-warns/
Some vortices? Maybe just a little disruption.
Maybe, they were votices but too regular to be manmade, they were beautiful and as if Mystic Maidens were dancing around the poles.
However, it appears they objectively distribute everything planetwide despite the permeable equatorial wind divide. Like a fan in your livingroom.
I was kinda suggesting shit like pollution, nuclear tests maybe even fukushima probably "contributed" to that.
But then again, the less obvious bit (which I'll mention now) is vortices in the ocean there. Factor or consequence? Who knows.
You can probably find some info if you search for that.
I thought too that perhaps the negative influences of radiation may have agitated the wind patterns just because it's heat, right? Wind patterns are affected by hot and cold so it made sense to me.
All of that shit was planned, pretended to, so to say. Order in reverse.
I've killed so many, I don't care to count.
what do you mean? "I" means man in general, or nature at large, or radiation, or vortexes, or is it a delusional grandeur thing like imagining you are the incarnation of thoth. How many, if any, do you expect to understand?
FMs narrative is to confuse, to make "everything suck", just like the overall NWO plan.
OK Farth…I tried out your line on some girls; i.e. "Im the lord of darkness and Ive killed so many, I dont care to count"
This was definitely not a good pickup line. Lessons learned;
Dont use any humor that is either self deprecating, or overly self aggrandizing. Save the dark stuff for a different occasion. For example when you are with your drinking buddies and one of them asks you to kill the light on account of his headache. Now is the time to stumble toward the light switch, muttering "Im the lord of darkness and Ive killed so many, I dont care to count", but mind your volume.
Girls like a middle road type humor. Next time, try something like this;
"there once was a man from nantucket
who kept a grand of plutonium in a bucket
there was no cause for alarm since there was no immediate harm
until one day he kicked the bucket"
If they giggle, its a sign you can slide in a little closer. And remember, now is NOT the time to say you are the prince of darkness who slaughters all…
Hope that helps
Interesting perspective.
Well, my fallback plan was saying I'm Jesus. Getting a stroller, putting a couple of boxes of wine in the stroller and taking my dogs for a walk.
Maybe some eyedrops or chloroform?
no, the stroller will be a turn off, but the dog is a good babe magnet…totally. Give a bath, and while youre at it…you too.
Listen to me, totally skip the jesus name and use something more like…oh I dont know, Robert Downey or Brad Pitts cousin or something. Whatever you do, dont tell them you are Dr Holmes and have some bottles of chloroform on hand. Dont discuss Youth in Asia. Wine without chocolate or flowers or something…especially in the box, is going to be a narrow pass, especially if youve already been drinking it. "I brod you some hic! boxes of wine bud I drang them already…OK? Definitely not suave enough
My name already means Free One Herd Royal Buccaneer, I don't even think I can improve that.
An anagram for it is Bung Shag-like Fragrance.
Frank says he is a DeBeer. Probably talking about diamond blood money and other mining deaths. And then under apartheid there were also many people killed.
And then, related to Bush, there are all the other deaths from the Iraq War, etc.
Yeah something like that Mrs Maziar. I really am quite directly related to DeBeers, Bush, Oppenheimer.
It would be great if it wasn't true, but hey.
Frank, you're not responsible for what others have done including all your past relatives.
well Obama and Bush are cousins. Dont know how closely Farth is related to DeBeers but Im sure he drink de beers.
Openheimer was blackballed for being a communist sympathizer…[same thing would happen today if our two doctors were in charge]. Went into cattle raising. Oppenheimer was diagnosed with throat cancer in late 1965 and, after inconclusive surgery, underwent unsuccessful radiation treatment and chemotherapy late in 1966. on February 18 1967, aged 62. It wasnt a total catastrophe though because the treating physicians and drug manufacturers made a considerable amount of money.
Bush and Obama cousins…dont let the shoe polish fool you
https://kristof.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/03/21/obama-and-bush-are-cousins/?_r=0
'Frank, you're not responsible for what others have done including all your past relatives.'
dont be so mean Anne, Farth LIKES being the PRINCE of DARKNESS who wields the power of death. Its an added coolness factor when you are blasting death metal music
Fuck yeah. I may be a hopeless romantic too, which is exactly why I'm going to kick some ass.
Though I'm not quite as lowly as just a "Prince".
a demi god maybe? Great! You can like sink ships cause tornadoes and freeze blood? lets see the magic, cant wait…hold on….OK, Ive got Hillary on the screen, now give her a handlebar mustache.
did you know Code was the god of all gods? Some prostrations at my feet would appropriate, oh little dark one
"You can like sink ships cause tornadoes and freeze blood?"
Pretty much.
Regarding the Hillary thing, that would freak people out too much. Kinda pointless. Instead some of my minions have been delegated the task of retributive warfarin', knowm sayn? I hear it "helps" her condition.
Do you like earthquakes, though? Then we can talk serious.
you cant do it without my permission…Im the God of a zillion Gods. Some call me Zillagod. Others just say Gods! in time of awe
I've never had to ask for permission before. Why start now? Besides, I wasn't born to compromise.
'I've never had to ask for permission before. Why start now?'
Because you are a falsely self aggrandized pipsqueak whereas Im the God of Gods. You cant claim that because I said it first.
Here, I will open a window of opportunity for you to prove yourself. Cause an earthquake in Israel in the next 24 hours. You have a good chance because of the earthquake in Mytilene.
startiiiing…….NOW!
"Here, I will open a window of opportunity for you to prove yourself. Cause an earthquake in Israel in the next 24 hours. You have a good chance because of the earthquake in Mytilene."
It's not THAT easy, I have to focus and keep track of the phase to be able to know roughly WHERE it'll be. Didn't you know, the watchmaker is blind?
Besides, I haven't kept track of the phase for a while.
if I gave you a hammer, I bet you could smash a watch. That ought to give you some feeling of power
As long as it's named Mjolnir and I get to use it do deconstruct https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elizabeth_Tower.
Quite a few eartgquakes above ground in the western US today. That's probably normal.
ha…if you could smash big ben with thors hammer, the uranium queen and her men would be after you. I can see you reciting incantations as they pick you up in a squad car, wrists held tight with a zip tie.
Just minutes ago I was really into ahrimanic trance.
Luckily they can't prove it.

Anyway, since I can't find the research (japanese researcher) talking about the influence of previously "unknown" oceanic vortices affecting climate. I guess you'll just have to take my word for it.
These stupid frenchmen have no idea what the fuck they're talking about, either.

I call BS on the author of this statement (first sentence):
"This newfound hole occurs naturally over thousands of kilometers in one of the most remote places on the planet (which accounts for its having gone unnoticed until now) and one of the main spots where air is sent up to the stratosphere. The stratosphere is the layer of Earth’s atmosphere above the troposphere, the layer where humans live and in which most weather occurs. Having air shooting up to this layer without first being “washed” of all the junk that humans and nature put into the atmosphere has uncertain implications for the health of the planet’s protective ozone layer and its overall climate."
In the first place, how can it be said this "occurs naturally" ?
In the second place, there is no reason, given extensive remote sensing and satellite imagery, that this atmospheric hole could not be detected sooner.
Satellite imagery and remote sensing is very sophisticated. I'm not buying it.
They're going to try to convince us the atmospheric hole wasn't noticed because of its remote location in the Pacific, in a largely unpopulated area? Really?
I'm also VERY sure since the ozone hole over the Antarctic was discovered in the late 1970's or early 1980's, that scientists have been monitoring atmospheric ozone very closely.
This sounds like a BS story. Either that, or the writer has not done adequate fact checking.
You're going to tell me National Geographic has been publishing stories for decades on the atmospheric ozone holes, the problem with CFC's and ozone depletion, and they simply DID NOT NOTICE this?
Naaaaah….

The girls went camping together, swam in the Ruffinos’ spacious backyard pool and Jacuzzi and enjoyed an idyllic childhood as their mothers hung out – but tragedy struck in 2014, when Liz woke up to prepare for a family photo at Niagara Falls and found she could not move.
A hospital visit revealed a dozen tumors on her brain, one pressing and hemorrhaging on her brain stem. The prognosis was dire and, despite aggressive treatment, terminal – though Liz, who was very spiritual, refused to accept it.

worshiping radioactive fallout induced mutations as divine. Man is a cultist fool. Thus the earth was lost
You ever wonder how when something was lost and then found, people express "It was in the last place I looked"
I guess that implies hope for humanity, far worse if they kept looking, lol
stock, the trick is to look in the last place first. Then, you're done!
Ya, found my keys like that, this AM, by looking in the most unlikely place. BRILLIANT!
Does anyone have good information on hazards to humans via electrical field/wireless pollution?
stock out
Well, I did read a study (local university) of a few microwatts of ~3g radiation inducing blindness in rats and small mammals within an hour or so.
There was also an extended study in canada on the effects on girls/women. It wasn't good.
I'll see if I can find the links again, but unlikely.
To get a better idea about the hazards to (of?) humans I think you should take a look around.
what is '~3g radiation' ?
Oh sorry, I'm used to using ~ for "roughly", so, roughly 3g frequency.
what is 3g frequency? Like gigahertz or something else?
Yeah a couple of ghz. With 5g approaching about 100ghz.
Oh sorry I typed microwatts, iirc it was milliwatts.
Lost half my books, but 'Cross Currents: The Perils of Electropollution, the Promise of Electromedicine'
by Robert O. Becker is about as good as you can find all in one book.
What I learned; there are the knowns, the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns. Scientists usually dismiss the third group with a snobbish disdain. The take-away; default to natures standard. This may include reinforcing low level schumann waves, establishing a 200 to 300 volts per meter DC atmospheric voltage gradient (careful of the the potential for a capacitive buildup of lethal current though, depending on the design), wearing the right clothes and shielding the electropollution. Dont let any snob scientist tell you the levels are too low to do anything. Research from decades ago showed that signals even below pristine environmental noise can induce changes. There are power windows and frequency windows and effects, such that a low level can do more than a high one. Man gets a little knowledge and then thinks he knows it all.
"What I learned; there are the knowns, the known unknowns and the unknown unknowns."
And also the unknown knowns. You know, like "consensus" and denial.
grounding without the voltage gradient may not be (as) effective. The earth is not a neutral ground. The slippery pseudo-science of dowsing and radionics can potentially bring you closer to a healthy grounding system. Buildings and natural formations also have paramagnetic resonance signatures which are not insignificant. An electromagnetic meter, even broadband does not measure all there is, and that is a fact

the ley lines…yes there is something to it. So much to discover, so little time. That opens the door to radionics…might as well start with Ruth Drown and Abrams. Seems to die out with each research pioneer, thats the problem. One guy had the entire periodic table worked out in very interesting ways. Very impressive. But the top dwellers eventually turned into ineffective Eloi….thats us. Thus the world was lost? Dr Hulda Clark was the most famous recent radionics investigators. Some good stuff in her books
thousands of years before Sadie discovered the earth was flat, Pythagoras discovered it was round. But thousands of years before that, the Egyptians had the sphere measured, and a ruler based on subdivisions of the earths circumference. The sacred cubit was also very nearly related, coincidently or not, to the ubiquitous 21 cm interstellar hydrogen wavelength…my own observation! Now look at the Egyptians today. Proof we are devo, we are stoidi. Those ancient egyptians also had a command of radionics. Also they had electric batteries and so maybe even electric light bulbs

well that is pretty good riffing around the 2:30 mark. They put a lot of effort into it! How much cost to make? An album like that, even with DIY studio is going to cost 20k to 50k. The mix alone…how they slaved at it till their ears were blue. They didnt mix it, can tell you that…then off to mastering, then the album art, BMI and all that stuff. Now they have to recoup the cost…and that means promotion and concert tour. Hope they can do it before the band breaks up! The secret? Hire a jew… I kid you not. The music biz…it can be pretty ugly, but its always better if you give at the synagogue
I mean to say they took it to a pro for mixing, even if they did their own tracks. How do you fund it? Rich dads? Day job? good gigs?
Lol..smart guy 🙂

Corbyn and the Jews

What Theresa May needs is divine intervention…
"..Rubin is kind enough to enumerate Corbyn’s ‘crimes: he has been “a public opponent of British and American foreign policy for some 25 years, and so his record and his views are impossible to hide.” He has “made a career of attacking U.S. foreign policies time and again.”
Rubin misses the point. Corbyn was supported last Thursday by more than 12 million Brits, in large part because he has a clear record of opposition to Anglo-American Zio-con immoral interventionist wars.."

"While genetics and environmental factors such as diet both contribute to type 2 diabetes, the exact cause remains unknown. However, new research suggests the chronic condition may also be linked to bacteria attacking the mucus lining of the colon." http://www.ibtimes.com/diabetes-linked-invasive-gut-bacteria-2547563 So it might be preventative to take a wide selection of probiotics.
Wait a minute Plowboy, I'm gonna speculate a bit here.
Crappy starches/carbohydrates (more so than sugar), imbalance with fats and proteins, since the insulin response and inflammation is exaggerated that way (from what I've read). Also maybe some fungi, other than just bacteria.
Maybe I could even suggest (excess) water retention, damaging the kidneys and heart.
Then, obesity, diabetes as precursors and then…maybe some cancer.
I'll check if I can find some info about some of that.
That is to say, I don't think trying to say it's just a singular factor is at all anything deflective.
At the very least, what does that bacteria use as energy?
I dunno.

Maybe throw in some glyphosate/roundup and other causative toxic factors?
Personally, I don't think the ACA, ADA, AHA, FDA etc are *quite* looking to prevent disease, if you know what I mean.
But hey, I'm a fucking nutjob conspiracy theorist.
"Although many women experience yeast infections, women with type 2 diabetes are at a greater risk, especially if their blood sugar levels are higher than normal."
“No one knows exactly why yeast infections are more common [in women with type 2 diabetes], but there is a definite association with how well a person's diabetes is controlled," says Vincent Woo, MD, endocrinologist at the University of Manitoba Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Canada.
http://www.everydayhealth.com/type-2-diabetes/yeast-infections/
Yeah, noone knows. Probably just some woo.
Just to be clear. Yes, maybe the carbohydrates (in combination with "clean" fats and proteins) and sugars didn't pose a proble until relatively recently.
However, consider much of modern promoted fats, proteins and carbohydrates (dairy, bgh, vaccine fed animals), consider their feed, consider the pesticides, etc.
Sucrose/fructose imbalances in "sugars". Nutrient deficient, bastardized proteins, fats and carbohydrates, never mind the animal products (which of course require those vegetables AND have many other toxins related to it.
So let's take a look shit like, rice, sugarbeet, soy, corn, wheat and animals that are kinda mutated.
Reckon those could play a factor?
How about throwing in say, magnesium, iron, boron, calcium channel blockers, some fluoride perhaps?
Sorry.
*fluoride and aluminium
There's way more I COULD mention, too, irradiation, plastics (much of your vegetable oils are basically plastics, btw).
Many factors nowadays no doubt.
