Now, how could I possibly know this?
This spider's support web reaching the post was exactly 6'3" high and I am the tallest person walking through this gate each and every night and I am 6'0' tall. He knew I was there and he knew exactly where to attach his support web as to not disturb me. He understands the rhythm of the force.
We must pay attention to such natural rhythms as they exist all around us and these harmonic rhythms are in everything we see and all around us and that is the beauty of the gift we have been given in the form of life on this planet.
Most of mankind has either lost or has never been taught the natural force and harmonic dance and rhythm of life.
Thus most of us on Planet Earth are now simply bat-shit crazy and its all been based and created on a very clever ancient Zeitgeist design.

I love watching the spiders on my balcony. They finally learn where I walk and where they can build. Every year it's the same learning process. Nature is just this testing and producing. That which doesn't work should be abandoned. We are in the process of that now.

"Autonomous Being"?
Not really sure what that means, but I do know that most, if not all, of what we humans are accomplishing and doing on this planet is not natural or even within the known parameters of the force.
Our constant disruption of this ancient force's natural rhythm and energy patterns including our planet's ecosystem, just like all the clutter now found inside all our human brains, has not been healthy for the planet we live on and/or any of the other life forms that reside here with us.
Thus, most of us human's are now simply bat-shit crazy by a cleverly created design and we are all living inside a constant perpetual driven fictional lie.
It is what it is and why I give our current scholars and educators little if any credence about their theories or thoughts regarding our human progress or why we are all screwed up.
I threw blocks and laughed at the teacher, because at a very young age I could see the mental games she was playing on me very clearly inside my mind. I did not like it.
But alas, I conformed to this pushed in my brain mental insanity over time.
Just look out the window the next time you drive through any city or town and you will find our taught mental insanity everywhere… staring right back at you.

We need a ban on oil drilling in Arctic waters.
Previously classified government documents say dealing with oil spills in the freezing waters is “almost impossible” and inevitable mistakes would shatter the fragile Arctic environment.
We need a ban on unsustainable industrial fishing in Arctic waters.
As the Wikileaks cables show, the US has spoken of “increased military threats in the Arctic” and Russia has predicted “armed intervention” in the future.
There is no government or army to protect the Arctic, only countries and companies looking to carve it up. Help us plant a Flag for the Future at the North Pole.
Together we have something stronger than any country’s military or any company’s budget. Our shared concern for the planet we leave our children transcends all the borders that divide us and makes us – together – the most powerful force today.

"Should this stunning recommendation be enacted, not only would it be the first time in world history that insurmountable credit is used as a weapon of retaliation, it would mark a clear phase transition in the evolution of modern warfare: from outright military incursions, to FX wars, to trade wars, culminating with "bond wars" which could in the span of minutes cripple the entire Japanese fiscal house of cards still standing solely due to the myth that unserviceable debt can be pushed off into perpetuity."
"The immediate outcome would be soaring inflation as the BOJ is forced to monetize debt for dear life, buying up first hundreds of billions, then trillions in the secondary market to avoid a complete rout, matched by trillions of reserves created out of thin air which may or may not be halted by the Japanese deflationary gate, and which most certainly could waterfall into the economy especially if Japanese citizens take this as an all clear signal that the Japanese economy is about to be crippled in all out economic warfare with the most dangerous such opponent, and one which just defected from the "global insolvent creditor" game of Mutual Assured Destruction."

Rustling the leaves of the ti plants
Like a perfumed whisper scenting the air
Ever calling to me
Beloved, beloved indeed!
Beloved is the sweet remembrance
Beautiful, beautiful indeed!
Beauty embodies that seaside home
The mind wanders freely in the dark of night
Wakeful from the spirit-like voice of the sea
Precious images drift through my thoughts
Always bringing a sense of peace
The shade of the coconut grove is like family
Embracing me like the morning glory
Those who are gone become a thing of beauty
An everlasting adornment to hold dear
The spray of the sea recounts the story
That perfumed murmur of the deep of night
The pathway lies before us that we tread
Beckoning us ever forward'

It amazes me that we are still here.
We are getting continual fallout from Fukushima, can't forget the debris coming in from Japan, Louisiana sink hole plus the gases, Three Mile Island along with other plants that are spewing, large active fires with a cocktail of radiation, wars with who knows what's in that mix, economy, people starving-losing everything-struggling, we still have the gulf disaster, earth quakes, earth and it's axle is changing, animals dying, the environment
food-water-air-soil contaminated, people strung out, crime, and corruption. Did I forget anything?
No wonder why people ignore what is happening.
Time to get the good stuff rolling and make this a better place for all.

Cancer row over GM foods as study says it did THIS to rats… and can cause organ damage and early death in humans
“Rats fed a lifelong diet of one of the bestselling strains of genetically modified corn suffered tumours and multiple organ damage, according to a controversial French study published today.
“Scientists said the results raised serious questions about the safety of GM foods and the assurances offered by biotech companies and governments.
“The first lifetime trials involving rats fed on GM corn found a raised incidence of breast tumours, liver and kidney damage.
“The French team has released shocking images of tumours in mice caused by exclusively eating GM corn.
“Dr Michael Antoniou, a molecular biologist at King’s College, London, and an expert on GM foods, said: ‘It shows an extraordinary number of tumours developing earlier and more aggressively – particularly in female animals. I am shocked by the extreme negative health impacts.’
“The research was carried out by Caen University in France, and has been peer reviewed by independent scientists to guarantee the experiments were properly conducted and the results are valid. “

American medicine focuses on symptoms rather than causes. Behavior can be a result of causes: radiation exposure increase, GMOs, toxins, BPA in plastics, pesticides (which are built right into GMO foods and GMO fed animals), transfats. E.G., radiation exposure and GMOs damage the thyroid, which then contributes to obesity and depression.

Hi Anne , thank you , that's very anticipating of you , lately i'm thinking about a development regarding solar that i think is crucial in the long term.
We need not only to stop the atmosferic clogging by co2 and therefore go green with solar , wind etc.., but also get rid off the absorbed heat by the earth crust.
So , we need to restore the reflecting properties of the planet that we lost with the melting of everything white. But need to surpass previous natural reflecting levels to allow the crust to vent the excess of cumulated energy back in to space, so the increased tectonic activity has a chance of coming down to normal levels in 100 or 200 years. The problem with solar panels is they are black and therefore absorb a lot off heat.
A possible way to counter/neutralize this would be to make the bottom side of every panel a reflector , as soon as the collective grid is saturated to meet our energy demands , the panels start switching upside down to reflector mode .
This can be automized. Imho I see no reason to wait untill an observation can be made and then figure out oh oeps , all that black is not so good . What do you think ? Maybe you can check if the academic world of solar development is already there , if not , maybe launch the idea , because i think it is somewhat mandatory (again)
One panel 2 opposite functions , reflector of heat and solar power collector !

~Please Sign no matter where you live. The EU has cut back on renewables while continuing their huge handouts to Big Oil and Coal. Now that they're losing the solar market share, a few companies are pushing the EU to slap tariffs on China – a move that could kill the clean energy revolution.
http://www.avaaz.org/en/a_ray_of_hope_on_climate/
Today, the EU Commission initiated an investigation into tariffs. Many in the solar industry and Chancellor Angela Merkel are against this move. Now, if we build a 500,000 strong petition, Avaaz will make a formal submission to the EU that could tip the balance. But we only have days before the EU makes its final call. Sign the petition to the Trade Commissioner calling for talks not tariffs.
Report Comment
As a result of protectionism the price of renewables become so high that governments cut subsidies that would help families install solar or entrepreneurs build affordable energy companies. This would help to decentralise power production and encourage competition.
Large Oil & Coal companies are Not going to push for renewable energy..that would be a conflict of interest for them becasue of its currently low cost. And they need to keep it under their control. So they push for tariffs in order to increase the prices to prevent its growth.

Yet I bet he will not say a word about radiological contaminants (whether from Fuku or from the domestic nuke industry) in this report. Those who are single-mindedly concerned about global warming have willfully turned a blind eye to pollution generated by nuclear since they've bought into the absurd idea that nuclear is a "clean," "carbon-free" energy source (though, in order to believe this, they also must turn a blind eye to the tremendous amount of carbon that goes into mining, milling, processing/reprocessing, disposing of the nuclear fuel itself).
If Gore doesn't speak honestly about nuclear's contributions to the dirtiness of our air and weather, he has no credibility whatsoever.

Study Busts Myth Corporations use to Justify Skyrocketing CEO Pay
CEO pay has increased 725 percent over three decades, while worker pay has essentially remained flat. A new study challenges a conventional practice corporations use to justify skyrocketing CEO pay, which is that without it, CEOs would leave for competitors.
A recent example may include Best Buy, which offered its new CEO a three-year compensation package of $32 million, after laying off 2,400 employees this summer. A company spokes woman defended CEO Hubert Joly’s pay as “in-line with best practice for Fortune 50 companies,” and “is squarely in the mid-range for a CEO of a company the size of Best Buy.”
“It’s a false paradox,,” study co-author Elson told the New York Times. “The peer group is based on the theory of transferability of talent. But we found that C.E.O. skills are very firm-specific. C.E.O.’s don’t move very often, but when they do, they’re flops.”

New Zealand Grants a River the Rights of Personhood
In a landmark case for the Rights of Nature, officials in New Zealand recently granted the Whanganui, the nation's third-longest river, with legal personhood "in the same way a company is, which will give it rights and interests".
Under the settlement, the river is regarded as a protected entity, under an arrangement in which representatives from both the iwi and the national government will serve as legal custodians towards the Whanganui's best interests.
And, while it may seem an odd extension of rights, in many ways it harkens back to a time when mankind's fate was more readily acknowledged as being intertwined with that of the rivers, lakes, and streams that sustained us — a time in which our purer instincts towards preserving nature needn't be dictated by legislation.

Receivers of flu vaccine more likely to catch H1N1 virus
Dr. Danuta Skowronski from the Canadian equivalent of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently observed as part of a comprehensive analysis that individuals who received an annual flu shot during the 2008-09 winter season had a disproportionately higher risk of developing H1N1 infection than individuals who were not vaccinated.
Presented at the Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy in San Francisco, the study included evaluating 32 ferrets, half of who received the 2008-09 seasonal flu shot, and the other half of who received a placebo shot. The researchers did not know which ferrets received which vaccine until the end of the study.
Upon conclusion, all the ferrets ended up developing H1N1, but the ferrets from the vaccinated group were the first to get it. The vaccinated group also became much sicker than the unvaccinated group, and appears to have very likely infected the unvaccinated group. These findings match up with those of five other Canadian studies conducted in other provinces outside British Columbia where elevated rates of H1N1 infection were also observed among individuals who had received their annual flu shot.
"The findings are consistent with the increased risk that we saw in the human studies," said Dr. Skowronski to the Vancouver Sun.

Two songs by Leonard Cohen perfect for our time: I posted these on a different thread as a comment reply but they're so perfect for me at least that others may find them so also:
"Everybody Knows" http://youtu.be/mEQldSi-heE. Descriptively acknowledges where we find ourselves.
"Anthem", http://youtu.be/_e39UmEnqY8 (aka "Ring the Bells that Still Can Ring") A call to follow up the acknowledgement with holding course, doing what we can, and may make you cry.
(First, "Everybody Knows" version shows 7 min or so but actually is only 5:30 followed by silence, not sure why. I checked lyrics a couple of places, the song seems complete and the performance is completed properly.)
I could listen to Cohen "forever" – Have not checked what is on Tom Wait's mind these days. He's another favorite bard of mine, and no doubt he, also, has some lyrics/performances that speak for many.

"How could it come to this?"
"Then there followed days of kings, empires and revolutions
Blood just looks the same
When you open the veins
And sometimes it was faith, power or reason as the cornerstone"

world's top sweetener aspartame made with GM BACTERIA. this is from UK's Independent dated 1999 ! link from WRH. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/worlds-top-sweetener-is-made-with-gm-bacteria-1101176.html …This toxic shit is in Everything! uninformed/misinformed people are feeding this stuff to themselves, families and their children,..its in their yogurts, fruit squashes, most fizzy drinks anything sweet (and savoury) most ketchups and most products labeled as sugar free: icecream, jams, jellies, cereals, biscuits, cakes, milkshakes, drinking chocolate, sweets.. all the things children don't like! http://www.naturalnews.com/037315_Monsanto_GM_corn_breakfast_cereals.html Aspartame is also used in childrens medicines and vaccines "Donald Rumsfeld who, back during the Reagan administration, was the head of Searle Pharmaceutical, who told his associates that he was going to push through and get the government to approve the use of Aspartame, which is a carcinogenic that the government up until then had refused to certify through the FDA. Thankfully there is a new awareness and a growing outcry against the use of Aspartame, (soon to be called Neotame) when it gets into your body, the body heat changes it basically to formaldehyde. There has been study after study showing these problems". http://www.ukfoodguide.net/e951.htm

Cem Özdemir: why German industry is thanking the Green party
“One of Germany's first senior politicians from an immigrant background describes how environmentalism went mainstream
“The key realisation was that we live on a planet with limited resources, on which you can't have unlimited growth. To sum it up in one image: the Greens had a poster at the time which said: ‘We've only borrowed the Earth from our children.’ That single sentence still sums up the philosophy of my party for me. We need responsible lifestyles: we need to make sure that we don't use up the resources that belong to other generations, but also that we don't use up the resources of other countries. Fairness shouldn't end on Germany's doorstep.
“The nice thing is that the idea of sustainability translates very well from ecology to economics. It's in the DNA of my party that we aren't just OK with the idea of a balanced household budget, but that our very founding philosophy tells us that we shouldn't burden the next generation with mountains of debts….”

Where the Money Lives
“For all Mitt Romney’s touting of his business record, when it comes to his own money the Republican nominee is remarkably shy about disclosing numbers and investments. Nicholas Shaxson delves into the murky world of offshore finance, revealing loopholes that allow the very wealthy to skirt tax laws, and investigating just how much of Romney’s fortune (with $30 million in Bain Capital funds in the Cayman Islands alone?) looks pretty strange for a presidential candidate….”

5 burning tax questions for Mitt Romney
“Now that Mitt Romney has released his 2011 tax returns — following his release earlier this year of documents related to 2010 — there are still some important questions he should be asked on behalf of the American people. I wish Gov. Romney would sit down for a live TV or radio interview with me. We would have an informed, direct and enlightening conversation. Unfortunately, Gov. Romney and his staff seem unwilling to chat with yours truly. So I offer this question guide to any broadcast and print colleagues who get the opportunity to talk with Gov. Romney and/or his aides one-on-one.
“1. Gov. Romney, did you pay any taxes on your 2009 return?
Information for follow-up question: The market tanked in 2008, and a lot of wealthy folks who make their money from carried interest and capital gains took losses so big in 2008 that they owed "zero" on their 2009 returns. If Romney made enough money in 2008 investments to "owe" something on his returns, I'd love to know how he did it (and which funds he parked his money in). If Romney did not pay taxes in 2009, I'd ask him if he believes the write-off system for carried interest and capital gains — while legal — is "ethical" given the income tax rates paid by "salaried" Americans.

“2. Gov. Romney, did you receive amnesty from the IRS for your account in Switzerland?
Information for follow-up questions: Romney's 2010 tax returns omitted documents related to his account at the Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS). This is intriguing because as part of an IRS investigation into abusive tax shelters, the UBS was forced to identify 4,000 Americans who banked with them under numbered accounts. The Americans, in turn, were offered amnesty by the IRS for tax evasion if they closed their Swiss accounts, recalculated and paid all back taxes, and paid a 25 percent penalty on the largest amount. Romney closed his UBS account in the time required by the IRS. He did not close his other foreign accounts. If Romney says he did not seek or receive amnesty from the IRS for his Swiss account, he needs to be pressed about why he closed down the UBS account at the time he did and why he withheld Swiss account documents from the 2010 return he released to the public.
Watch Eliot Spitzer dissect Romney's tax returns
“3. Gov. Romney, you said in a primary debate in January, "I pay all the taxes that are legally required and not a dollar more. I don't think you want someone as the candidate for president who pays more taxes than he owes." Does that mean Americans shouldn't vote for you because you paid more in your 2011 returns than required?

Information for follow-up questions: According to Romney's just-released 2011 returns, he claimed a charitable deduction of only $2.25 million despite having donated more than $4 million. The action made his effective rate for the year 14.1 percent, which meant Romney stayed in line with a statement he made earlier this year that he's paid at least 13 percent in each of the past 10 years. Sure, Romney felt it was more important to boost his rate above 13 percent than to keep his pledge not to pay a "dollar more" than required. Still, I would have a field day with this kind of contradiction in a Romney interview.
“4. The U.S. Treasury Department requires Americans to file Foreign Bank Account Reports. Did you file all FBARs on your offshore accounts by the legal deadlines each year?
Information for follow-up questions: Romney hasn't publicly disclosed any of the FBARs, including those that would have been part of the 2010 and 2011 returns. So we have to take it on "faith" that he actually filed the reports as the Treasury Department requires.
“5. Why was your 2011 income, as reflected on the 2011 return you just released, $7 million lower than you estimated it to be this past January? How did you overestimate your income by $7 million?

Conjecture: It took Romney this long to post his tax return because he had his accountant firm amend it from the original return, which was a lower tax rate, to the current return. And when the election is over he will amend it again to pay the lower amount of taxes.
