I do believe the hot fuel is in the pool. #4 was shut down at the time of the quake. I don’t know for sure but seems when they take fuel out the new rods are nearby for refueling. When this happened the new hottest fuel was not in reactor yet. That is what makes #4 the worst case scenario. Lots of action at 4 today. Looked like they had a water pumper over there. Now there is another earthquake. How are they ever keep those pools in the air for twenty years? 2012 who knows
TBS cam shows a few workers on the ground. The green thing on area seems to be slanting seaward now.

I heard noise on the TBS cam today that reminded me of a portable pumping machine when I worked in a shipyard.
