At 4:00 in

Right now [Daini's] plants are not safe, so we use emergency power supplies.

Unfortunately they refuse to supply fuel.

We said, “We supply fuel then.” Then they said we cannot let you do so…

[Daini] doesn’t have water. We don’t have enough water to decontaminate exposed people…

We prepare emergency rooms for Unit 4 of [Daini] and people from [Daiichi].

We prepare emergency rooms for each. So Head Office, please think separately. That’s all.

    Everybody knows Tepco is broke.
Maybe the solution will be to have workers pay their decontamination themselves.

About the treatment of the iradieded humans living close to the plant right now: I just read a very interesting and shocking article in french from the criirad about the project ETHOS. Do you know about it?

    ETHOS.
I will be very simple because my english is not precise.
ETHOS is a project, where the nuclear industry infiltrate projects of radioprotection and devour the public money. They were /are active around Tchernobyl… in the staff of ETHOS we have the association CEPN, created by edf (french electicity, very nuclear…), CEA (Commissariat à l'Énergie Atomique) and Cogéma, all three biggest actor in nuclear france. Cogema is in the group AREVA, active in Japan Fukushima and selling MOX.
    You see?
Now ETHOS will be present in Japan. It is important that the japanese people get informed about this scandal.
here is a link for a video in french with japanese subtitle.

No cameras at Daini so we can only suspect that the massive fallout in the environment came from at least two different megaplexes. The nucleocrats knew publicizing two big accidents would have spooked Tokyo residents and drove a stake through the heart of the world industry instead of just a nail in their dirty coffin.

But bad news and especially suppressed bad news has a way of making its way to Big Brothers and their bankers. They will hush up the gradual wind-down of a toxic industry to try and stave off economic losses. This is already happening in America, eventually to be emulated in the other mega powers. Unfortunately it may take another big blowout to convince the Eurasian nations. My personal opinion: the nucleocrats are much more vicious in China, India, and Russia. Very repressive governments to any form of public protest.

Is this a released version – these beeps in the video, they are censored parts.
It is however clear that the communication is not flowing, probably because they think of a lot of things.
There was saying: As long as we can ventilate, its ok. This means letting out radioactive smoke from the reactor through the towers.
This tape and more should be studied by all workers at dangerous plants.
They should always be aware of that situations can get far beyond what they normally train for.
Now they were even denied fuel, and even denied to get fuel on there own. Bureaucracy or what?

While waiting to be decontaminated, bring your own lunch.
