Recent tweets from Fukushima Daiichi workers with summary translation by Fukushima Diary:

Two Fukushima workers commented on Twitter that the previous Typhoon Wipha caused a slope in Fukushima plant area to collapse. The slope faces the main street, and the earth and sand blockaded the street. Also, there was a part to have had a subsidence. […] The worker added there are more slopes in the area and they may collapse due to the next Typhoon […]

  • @Happy11311, Oct. 19, 2013: Uh-oh? I did not press! It was learned for the first time to see tweets of Sunny’s. I’ve had also place the road much would have been blocked, was depressed (> _ <) after law could face there had collapsed …. Next week, I wonder if the public? Typhoon No. 27 is also a worry about next week, and slope is likely to collapse still, and I wonder … I’m worried about.
  • @Happy11311, Oct. 19, 2013: […] I think restoration work is dangerous’ s rain today where it left mudslides after, that it is not doing, but disciple no choice but to pray that the damage is not expanded

At least two typhoons lined up to possibly hit Fukushima over the next two weeks. Dutchsince claims typhoons are being created, one after another, by HAARP pulses. WTF!? Aren't things bad enough? Whoever is sending out these pulses: Please stop! If they are coming from New Zeeland, could somebody there please make sure, on a local level, that this site cannot continue to broadcast? Injunction?

It's nice to see that Dutchsinse is still at it. It's been over two years now. That's dedication.

Yeah, as if weather can't happen on its own. Even weather is a conspiracy now.

      • amberlight amberlight

Mairs, if you follow the connection between radar pulses and storm activity, you will be able to see very clearly the connection between the two. Dutchsinse and others have been chronicling these events for years. Atmospheric manipulation is a military priority and has been ever since humans discovered that loud booms affect storm patterns. From cannon booms to cloud seeding to microwave pulses, weather modification has grown increasingly more sophisticated.

The military has even published a manifesto titled "Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025" dated August 1996. You can download your very own copy from this site: http://csat.au.af.mil/2025/volume3/vol3ch15.pdf Please note that this is not a USDA document intended to aid farmers in growing crops. It is a MILITARY document. Conspiracy, anyone?

+311 weeman; The FACTS speak for themselves without any need to allege "intent" on anyone's part other than the massive cover-up that ensued following the 311 EQ/Tsunami & subsequent nuclear disaster. If HAARP was to blame ,then I'd only speculate that it's impact on Fukushima was unintentional considering what was at stake for the powerful, worldwide nuke industry & govt. leaders their money "installed" into offices to further their agenda & ambitions to export/expand nuclear power. The "known" TRUTH is enough to warrant a unilateral, international shutdown of ALL nuke plants everywhere they're operating or proposed to operate. Why would the military/industrial complex intentionally create more problems for itself than their incompetence & faulty infrastructure already exposed by the earthquake/tsunami of a magnitude that had been seen in Japan prior to current technological advances including HAARP,etc.?? Nope,I'd suggest that the "big conspiracy story" here is the one underway to try to conceal who is at fault and more importantly that nuclear crap is a losing proposition and no matter how much money is at stake for threatened plans to even continue running the death-spewing claptrap NPP's much less their unwillingness to "eat their losses" re;the investments made towards further industry expansion & the building of new NPP's likely to have their own, distinctive,NEW inherent faults in design & construction that we'd learn of AFTER they're built & in…

          • Johnny Blade Johnny Blade

cont'd- in operation THE HARD WAY when the new faults & failed technology also fails & burns and creates yet another source of continuous cumulative contamination! IMHO Fukushima's going belly-up should've been the final nail in the coffin for the foul nuke industry and the real "conspiracy" lies in the way it was handled by "WHO" and for "WHAT" reasons(?)! The event itself was not intentionally triggered, however much of what followed regarding the handling of the 311 ELE is "suspect" and some sub-species of humans who should be held accountable may get off scot-free and never be made to answer for their crimes against man & nature and "speculation, conspiracy allegations & confusion" only serve to add to the confusion & delay getting to the bottom of things & distract focus from what is REAL & IN OUR FACES UP CLOSE & PERSONAL! and that my friends is bad enough!! SHAME ON THEM!!! I just hope Karma makes its way back to the guilty party soon and that they're MADE to see & understand exactly what THEY'VE done and suffer no less than their public victims who have to make do & TRY to adapt & survive with less factual info/data & financial resources than the nuke pukes who did this have at their disposal!! 😐 GOOD LUCK ALL & BEST WISHES for what it's worth!…..

        • PurpleRain PurpleRain

I'm with Mairs and Weeman. Please don't let all the many conspiracy theories cloud out the science and facts that are on this site. While I can't really comment on HAARP .. I can say that Hurricanes are much more prone to develop in hot water…and Japan is probably on a weather pattern of attracting this stuff to it now.

      • HoTaters HoTaters

mairs, do you know anything about HAARP? Really? Do you understand the connection between the atmospheric testing (above ground nuclear tests) and studies on the effects on the troposphere, and current HAARP atmospheric weapons testing?

If not, you seriously need to have a look at that. It's science, not voodoo conspiracy theory.

I'll not go so far as to say HAARP can cause earthquakes, although I think it is possible.

And are you familiar with the research of Nikola Tesla? If not, you should have a look at that, too. He was causing earthquakes in his hometown in Pennsylvania in the early 1900's, which made him quite unpopular with the locals.

And yes, the weather usually doesn't happen on its own anymore.

Have a look overhead at cloud formations. Are they at high altitude? When storms come into your area, are they preceded by normal squall lines (winter storms)? Do the cloud systems come in at high altitude, say, 30,000 or above, as they should?

These are all questions you should ask yourself. Maybe you're too young to remember what "normal" weather used to look like?

Haven't seen Dutchsinse's latest on this, but think there's something to what he's saying.

Watched the heavy cloud seeding in California in 2008. It led to thunderstorm systems which basically ran the length of the state. The storms caused massive fires & billions of dollars in damage. It was a man-made weather event.

Why is it so hard for people to understand man made…

        • HoTaters HoTaters

mairs, have a look at this:

"Owning the Weather in 2025," put out by the US Air Force. And while you're at it, read the DARPA website on ionizing the atmosphere to study "global warming,"

People need to wake up and smell the coffee, IMO. Not your fault if you aren't aware of what's being done to ionize the atmosphere & why. But be aware the actual objective is likely 1.) national defense and 2.) surveiilance.

I promise you, you'll never look at the weather in the same way again.

Also — try to learn how ionization of the atmosphere would work with HAARP. Then you'll be well informed.

        • HoTaters HoTaters

BTW, I got much of my "education" on this (nuclear testing & how it's related to HAARP, ionization of the atmosphere, tropospheric studies) from people here on Enenews.

The DARPA and "Owning the Weather" stuff are things I figured out on my own, through my own research.

Philip, the ones responsible for the storm manipulation know EXACTLY what they are doing. Asking them politely to stop is like asking the DC politicos to uphold the Constitution.

That they are experimenting with the weather and climate is no secret to anyone who is even half awake. That they are deliberately causing one crisis after another, however, may come as a shock to honest souls.

The program is genocide and world domination and the soulless entities responsible wear masks of concern but have no principles. A quote from Hamlet comes to mind: "…villain, villain, smiling, damned villain!

Correct Amberlight. The very rich feel they deserve it all while the rest of us deserve very little if anything. They deserve better healthcare, quality food, education, living conditions and police/military protection. Most of the money they now have was robbed/stolen or obtained through slavery or modern day slavery by them or their ancestors. It has been and is currently happening right before our eyes while the mass majority does nothing to stop them. Wall street and government corruption is ruining america as we know it – Wake Up! Einstein said something to the effect of (don't have the quote right in front of me) that splitting the atom has changed everything except for the thinking of Man. That everything has to be put to selfish advantage, or as a weapon. Gandhi said that if we keep on with an eye for an eye, mankind will go blind.

Technology in the hands of the greedy and power-driven is always a dangerous thing. Like if something bad happens weatherwise and a technologically advanced culture wants to make it WORSE, they'll mindlessly make it worse for personal gain. If they fail to do it some one particular time, but that it what they are prone to do, it still puts us on a human decline because the pattern is there and so are the means.

        It's a flawed, violent species.

Well, I have to say that I'm learning quite a lot here with all these links. Fascinating stuff for sure. I'm wondering now after reading some of your links posted here…just how much this other new phenomenon called "Dark Lightning" might have to do with that stuff.

    • It is one thing to say that the typhoons are being generated by HAARP. I believe that they are. But not by the USA HAARP.

So then it's another thing altogether to ask "Who's HAARP?" Apparently, China and Russia also have the same weapon and they are constantly battling with the US HAARP array on a daily basis. I would not doubt that for one minute if it is true and all three nations have it.

Just imagine all the radioactive concrete dust being washed from the ruins of the reactor buildings by the never ending rain and collecting in puddles all over the site. NHK has video of the poor workers walking through ankle deep rainwater runoff in rubber boots.

Subsidence has been and is one of my main concerns as Typhoons keep slamming this region and with Fransciso and Lekima (I think) predicted to hit later this week the situation is quite alarming. As if there is not enough to be alarmed about. BTW if you did not read the article "The Ocean is Broken" I highly recommend it as it is a short but powerful read on many levels. IMHO but be sure to have a tissue handy as it brought tears to my eyes absolutely heartbreaking of course this entire fiasco is horrific.

  • It is amazing that the whole site is still standing what with 30 inches of rain in one day, multiple huge storms hitting the place, and groundwater near the surface…

Wow… never would have thought that place could skate through all that unmarred.

    • Sol Man

I can't imagine that quantity of rain in any place but a rain forest. Parts of Colorado got 4-20" along a 130 mile stretch of the front range that flowed east over gas/oil country.
A terrible mess with all of the chemicals that flowed out over fields, streams, rivers & reservoirs.

    • HoTaters HoTaters

Yes, it's amazing anything is left there. Wondering what the real damage already is ….

I'm the praying type, so I'm praying about this, too. Very disturbing. Radiation levels (airborne CPM counts) for S.F. Bay Area and CA Central Valley about 2 1/2 times what they were two weeks ago.

No longer feeling it's safe to go and do a lot of outdoor activities. And rain may come to the SF Bay Area on Friday. Heads up, Californians and for anyone under the jet stream later this week.

      • HoTaters HoTaters

That's the CPM counts per NETC. They recently doubled or tripled. Sacramento readings were averaging about 106 CPM to 109 CPM. They haven't been below about 246 (lowest?) in at least a week.

This just after Bobby1's prediction another plume was coming. He reported this after there was a steam release, or some sort of release. I think he said it came from Reactor 3. He said sometime around 10/7 to 10/10 for the U.S. and Canada to watch radiation levels in five to seven (5-7 days).

        His prediction was spot on.

        • Johnny Blade Johnny Blade

Hi HoTaters; I just found your replies in my email and unfortunately right before I have to go back home where I don't yet have internet access so I can respond/interact appropriately, but thank you for the info & links that I'll be busy looking into sometime today or tomorrow. 🙂 Yes I've also been nervously alerted to the increases in detected radiation via my GM counter as well this past few days and last night's "spike" has remained above alarm level threshold where it's remained and seems to have been peaking more frequently than I've seen previously(?)…And this is BEFORE they'd actually started playing "hot potato" with the fuel rod assembly removals & crane grappling attachments that dropped a big I-beam into SFP#3 awhile back??!! The "wave" or "spike" hitting the US/Canada coast now hasn't even arrived here the 2,000 additional miles from the Pacific Ocean, but will be BAD when it does I'm betting?!! I had 15 uSvt/hr last night with 970 CPM Beta and certain passing clouds seemed to send my GM unit off the scale & swipes of the rain off my Jeeps hood are even higher and haven't gone down like Radon does even 24 hours later! The recent flurry of emergency vehicles & busloads of Tyvek-clad personnel visible in the Tomioka traffic cam exudes a level of activity & concern I've seen before just before they broke more bad news describing another FAIL and also ALWAYS followed up with a flurry of official lies, disinformation & PM Abe's bullshit…

        • Sparky Sparky

HoTaters, The netc readings for Fresno, CA avg. 310 with a high of 536 CPM per gamma, apparently the highest in the US. Whether due to jet stream, geography or persistently poor air quality, the CA Central Valley seems to trap radiation. Between Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose and Fresno, the netc rad readings have been consistently rising for the past few weeks. The jet stream forecast for the coming week seems to miss CA, but no telling what problems Typhoon Francisco has in store. As noted, should we expect spikes in radiation 5-7 days after a known/reported Fukushima event? (I know, Tepco/Jpgov are deceptive.) Also, can radionuclides "bind" to general air particulate matter/pollutants causing further health/environmental risks? Its getting difficult to manage day-to-day as ever increasing rad readings are becoming the new norm.

    My favorite quotes:

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves. So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts."
    – William Cohen, former U.S. Secretary of Defense, April 1997.

"Now where there are the weather and earth shaking technologies, or some circles call these weather and electro-magnetic weapons, used insidiously unfortunately by our military, our intelligence apparatus, and perhaps our military contractors for purposes contrary to that to which our public servants take their someone else holding the bag in the event destruction produced by, and where so-called ‘natural events were produced by military contractor technology in the guise of 'mother nature'.

Consider Rep Denis Kucinich as well as former Senator John Glenn attempted to have our Congress prohibit the use of spaced based weapons. That class of weapons includes the 'weather weapons'."

Nuclear industry had been and continues to be a conspiracy.
I think most on this site would agree that this conspiracy is not a theory, it is a fact.

I'm not decided on the other 'theories' but I think it is natural to ponder and discuss the possibilities here.

  • I think posting long haarp related info should be posted in off topic discussions. They are two separate issues. I admit I do not know lots about Haarp and weather control and the main reason is that studying radiation issues is time consuming enough. As Haarp is a military installation, you will never get rid of that but as nuclear power plants are civilian installations there is a possibility and it starts with educating the public. This website was built out of concern of the worlds largest nuclear disaster/accident/melt through of containment. Long discourses on Haarp do not further the cause but distract from the important work being done here. IMHO, it does not matter whether the storms are caused by Haarp, God or Martians, the fact is Tepco will use these storms to cover discharging more radiated water and why do we have this meltdown to deal with in the first place? If the original Tsunami was caused by Haarp or a nuclear detonation in the sea those issues are a distraction as we will never know for sure but Japan always has had earthquakes and tsunami's way before Haarp and the plant any NPP should never be built by the sea in an earthquake zone and it was known that Tsunami's have hit that area before and a study was done recommending to build a higher tsunami wall years ago and went unheeded.

Mark, why do you think that nuclear power plants are "civilian institutions"? They have always been the handmaidens of the defense industry. The people using nuclear plants to enrich uranium and the people controlling HAARP may well be interlinking sets of people and interests.

They have been manipulating the upper atmosphere for generations.

"Operation Argus was a series of nuclear weapons tests and missile tests secretly conducted during August and September 1958 over the South Atlantic Ocean by the United States's Defense Nuclear Agency…Operation Argus was conducted between the nuclear test series Operation Hardtack I and Operation Hardtack II. Contractors from Lockheed Aircraft Corporation as well as a few personnel and contractors from the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission were on hand as well. The time frame for Argus was substantially expedited due to the instability of the political environment, i.e. forthcoming bans on atmospheric and exoatmospheric testing. Consequently, the tests were conducted within a mere half year of conception (whereas "normal" testing took one to two years)…

The missiles were to be detonated at altitudes of 200–1,000 mi, and also at 2,000–4,000 miles. Both detonations should occur near the geomagnetic equator.

The tests were first reported by the New York Times on March 19, 1959, headlining it as the "greatest scientific experiment ever conducted." Approximately nine ships and 4,500 people participated in the operation. After the completion of testing, the task force returned to the United States via Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The tests were announced the following year, but the full results and documentation of the tests were not declassified until April 30, 1982.

    Interesting conclusion to this dialog.

I too appreciate the tweets of the workers on site at FU. They are really one of the only legitimate on-site insights into the working conditions at the site.

    Mark-Agreed, advanced weapons off topic.

Weeman-moles? Don't think otherwise. I believe the nucleoctrats and possibly our duly elected governments regularly monitor posts from this site.

NP proponents rely on a population ignorant of the resultant trash by-products and the myth it is a clean and affordable energy. They not only want information, but to read what everyone else might be thinking.

The worst outcome for this industry is a fully enlightened and engaged populace which understands the net negative cost benefit analysis of nuclear energy and its 250k year storage requirements which to this day cannot be technologically addressed, resulting in the inheritance of unknown cost and consequences to future generations.

On the off-topic advanced earth terrestrial and atmospheric weapons theme, they exist to an extent greater than those listed above.

Personally I would find more value not in the what "they are" conversation, but a rational story behind why they would be used superimposed over the chronological sequence of known history.

Don't have any opinion on the why, but am open to evaluate credible hypotheses in the off topic segment if anyone has information to offer.
