Arnie Gundersen, Fairewinds Associates: We’re getting a lot of Japanese sending us the bags from their vacuum cleaner. These people are out at 80-90 miles [from Fukushima Daiichi]. Those bags are so contaminated in the US they would be nuclear waste… The Japanese sleep on the floor… We’re seeing house dust that’s incredibly contaminated… Not a problem that is going to go away in the near future…

sending...
Worried about US mail contamination from Japanese filters? Since the US government is "testing" for radiation in incoming mail/imports,etc..it cant be "dangerous"..right? Sad state of affairs. But until governments confess to the problem, we in USA have no issues with sending and receiving packages from overseas with filters inside. It will be interesting…

Exactly jec…no radiation, No testing.
And yet taxpayers continue to pay the salaries & pay for the equipment for government agencies to monitor radiation around the world. But we are not entitled to that info. Yet they are able to protect their loved ones using that data.
Sucks being us don't it.

We need to take down this idea that knowing the truth will hurt us more than our ignorance hurts us.

There is a way of appreciating the impact of the Fukusima disaster.
Sadly it is to have a view of the slope in the inevitable incurvation up of the count of Japan's deceased people.
And this way of awareness can be applied to any other country ,month after month ( or day after day ? )
Does anyone know where to find these numbers ?
