“The European Commission [Committee] on Radiation Risk has stated that they believe the risk from internal exposure is between 200 and 600 times greater than the risk from external exposure.”

The Asia Pacific Journal recently noted that the studies used to assess radiation risk fail to account for internal exposure: “These studies are [only] concerned with external exposure.”

Based on the amount of contamination reported, internal contamination is unavoidable, breathe, eat, drink and it is in you.

    • WindorSolarPlease

      Agree Sharp2197

Can't run from it…Can't hide from it…Sooner or later it probably will find you…The monster has been loosen and running with the jet stream.

      • WindorSolarPlease

Since this is in the jet stream, it washes down onto the crops..it soaks it in…we get to eat it…yummmm (not)

Ingestion of radionuclide would be the highest probability for internal exposure. Radiation lays in the soil. Plants and animals absorb it. Then It is ingested by humans in the form of Vegetables,Fruits, meat, milk, etc. air ingestion. This will totally trigger the % of human cancers and mutations. Obviously the governments know all this however I don't know what makes them ignore it. Least to say allow people to go back into highly irradiated cities and villages

    • WindorSolarPlease

      Hi VR

Exactly..Besides crops, it's even absorb in the animals.

It's in the air we all breathe.

Simply: Once inhaled, it will travel down and into your lungs. There, it will be taken up by red blood cells and distribute it throughout your body.

Radiation wins..We can't fight it..We can't even see it or smell it..

Great video, well documented. Thanks, Admin!

Yes this is an excellent video, I posted a link to it awhile back…gives a good summary…

As for Internal vs. External: when we realize the biocycles involved, it becomes spin and semantics to even separate the two…so can we safely say that, over time it ALL is internal? WE think so…now governments must be held accountable…they need to be brought to judgment for the FACTS…

I can get past the swirl of mistrust and fear that led a handful of superpowers to dominate humanity into accepting the reality of the existence of atomic weapons.

The blame REALLY lies with the decision to pursue "peaceful" (GREED-DRIVEN) uses of nuclear energy…

The rush for monetary gain will always push a technology precipitously close to endangering the safety of living creatures. So the attitude of not caring about environmental impact can just be translated into self destruction…

The solution??? Everyone needs to get over their love of money and start loving Kindness, Gentleness, Generosity whether we have a year or an aeon to go…

  • TheWorldIsBlind

I'm no scientist, but I'm going to say internal exposure has to be at least 1000x worse. What abt that article that was saying ONE hot particle can cause cancer? 200-600 my ass.

Must outlaw man-made radiation. Those who make it must be outlawed. Why is this not happening?

Thanks, Whoopie. Today, I feel like I inhaled 75 million plutonium atoms in 4 days. Wish we had all left.

Thanks Whoopie, I am compiling information to take to the specialist in SF next month. I have some questions that stilljill and I would like answered. On the last pulmonary appointment the doctors, 2 of them, said, "we just don't know why you are growing fibrosistic tissues in your lungs". Why do they insist on radiating me further with their CT's, PETs, contrast and so on. Anyway, great info.

Please, let us continue to be kind, one to another, for we are each of us together in our pain! Expose TEPCO for what they are!

      • Whoopie Whoopie

I posted that and left. It IS a good one. I'm glad to hear you and SJ are combining questions for your doc. Let us know what he says.
        Love ya!

SO…..#4 is a ELE red herring?

    • I personally still think it significant but the amount of fuel stored there appears to be far less than what may have been vaporized from 3.

I don't know about 1 but Tacoma thinks it is currently most troublesome

And of course the common spent fuel pool had the most fuel and as commentators here have noted, that area has produced some thick steam/smoke

Hi Whoopie…maybe I can stay in VT afterAll…VY makes me and every other NE resident mad as hell…Entergy is Satan Incarnate!!! Running a dysfunctional air condenser, according to AEC historic studies, surely releases radionuclide dust into the open air…no one talks about it, while Yankee continues to piss Tritium into our groundwater (ends up going south like the CT river so LOOK OUT BELOW, big cities!!!)

So now it's 999,000,000,400 X less than before? Well thats good news.
