Radiation hampers efforts to restore power to nuclear plant in Japan, Los Angeles Times, March 18, 2011, 11:39 am EST:
Efforts to try to restore power to reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi complex are interrupted as high radiation forces the withdrawal of workers. But it’s unclear whether a return of power will help. Spent fuel rods remain the biggest concern.
Engineers at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant worked all day Friday attempting to connect a newly restored power line to reactors No. 1 and 2, but their task was repeatedly interrupted by the need to withdraw workers because of high radiation levels. The team said they hoped the task would be completed sometime Friday evening or in the early morning hours Saturday.
It is not clear yet, however, whether restoring power to the two damaged reactors will help with cooling. Some engineers believe the cooling pumps were irretrievably damaged by the hydrogen explosions that wracked the reactor buildings in the first four days after the March 10 magnitude 9 Tohoku quake, or by corrosion from the seawater that has been pumped into the reactor. At the very least, however, restoring power should restore many of the control functions at the reactor. …

And get a load of this. It’s not just workers that can’t go into the plant. Remember the gama radiation issue congress has been warning us about with a high altitude EMP weapon shutting down cars, gas pumps and everything else with electronic control systemss? Well, that includes the robots that have been sent in to clean up Fukushima. Shuts their little control boxes down right quick like. So you just leave em where they quit because no one can go in after them.
Oh, and those who are concerned about not being able to inhabit a world that has been nuked? Well it seems that the Illuminati think they have a solution to that one as well. All that barium oxide they are chemtrailing us to death with? Well, it not only steers their radiation in the atmosphere to the population centers they want to destroy, but it seems they also believe that the barium will reduce the lifespan of the radiation so that when they come back up from their Deep Underground Military Bases DUMBS they can inhabit those places again shortly. Personally, I don’t believe they are going to make it back out of their underground facilities, but if they do, I think there will still be plenty of radiation for them to deal with.
