@anne, Do you see any sign of extra flashes at Daiini? I see a little under the TEPCO Blur bar. Under the edges and over the top edge you can see lights..flashes…but no webcams there..sad to say.

plutonium 239 and 240 .019 mBq/kg. in japan anchovies. this of course may or may not be curren data, mere fact of publishing = increasing levels. my bad about the politics, sorry.
