“When the princess will be discharged from the University of Tokyo Hospital has yet to be decided, although her fever has gone down and her symptoms are now stable.”

Nine….she is nine and seemingly left wide open to exposure with no chance of escape. Walking into my living room and watching my nine year old step daughter watch the flinstones made me cry, how can anyone do this to a child, who would want to take the smile from a child’s face?

I guess when a nation becomes a technology/manufacturing giant and one of the worlds biggest exporters it is OK to treat your people like pewp? Looking back was it worth the trade?

But, Akio, is serving Japan. What higher honor could be bestowed on someone than to serve their country?

Isn’t that what you’ve been told? That’s what I was told in America.

Yes, she will be married to somebody with a noble ancestry, thereby keeping the bloodline of the nobles ‘pure’. That is also ‘serving the country’.

Japanese princesses marrying foreigners or those not in their level is still an anathema. The only two instances of Japanese princesses (not ‘real’ princesses, but daughters of the Emperor’s relatives) occurred during earlier 20th century, when they were married to crown princes of the defunct Korean kingdom and the puppet state of Manchukuo respectively. They are the only Japanese ‘princesses’ marrying foreigners, ever.

Radiation poisoning starts with the weakest individuals in society developing symptoms of suppressed immune systems. These cases will become far more widespread as the weeks roll on.

No mention of Hisahito, the Imperial heir, at all.

In fact not too many mention of him since the quake.

Wake me up when they talk about Hisahito.

Prince Hisahito Marks Passage From Infancy to Childhood
      Report By Sonjapearl on Nov-3-11
      nice family picture

“At the Akasaka imperial estate Thursday, Japan’s future emperor took part in the Chakko-no-gi ceremony which marked his transition from infancy to childhood.

Prince Hisahito, who turned 5 years old last month, dressed in traditional Japanese attire as he went through the ancient ceremony. During the Chakko-no-gi, prayers are offered for good health and growth while the participant is dressed in a kosode (short-sleeved silk jacket) and hakama (culottes).

His parents – Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko – and his two older sisters, Princesses Mako and Kako, were present for the event.”

mycoplasma is the most common form of pneumonia of those over 18yrs, second most common in children up to 18yrs.

when people start getting conditions associated with a compromised immune system, then its worry time.

granted, the radiation is surely hurting their immunity, but mycoplasma is pretty typical.

Mycoplasmal pneumonia is really bad stuff. There is no definitive cure for it. I had it 2 years ago. She will be dealing with the residual effects from it for more than a year. Once she has recovered from the acute infection it is important that she get in lots of cardiovascular exercise every day breathing in clean air. Even then it may still take her a year to recover.

Time to say goodbye to Japan Imperial family! I wish you could take the rest of the people with you when you go. If I was governor of Texas I would invite you all to come here…you didn’t ask for this horror.

Soon xdrfox will be saying this about the children of the West Coast. All that needs to happen is:

          X – Building 4 falls
Y – One of the reactors hits ground water and explodes into a nuclear bomb the likes of what Chernobyl was going to do before the Russians stopped it.
Z – Enenews hits 20+ articles a day, over half of them of prominent people getting very bad sicknesses in Japan.

I found myself with a sense of dejavu reading the developing fuxunews even though I had not dared to create any predictions – not having the foundation knowledge to start with even though having more than a familiarity with the details of nuclear physics.

Well, we did say there were going to be cases of illness from this calamity, and here they come.

I don’t want to think about the future, but we are here as witnesses and that is a kind of duty in the absence, abdication, of responsibility of those who should be managing the public response.

Better have a generator for the microwave, cause when the missiles start flying in the middle east they will have to frack Oklahoma to death to get enough oil and gas for the power plants.

Wait till those little frackers grease up the Madras fault and you can watch the Mississippi run backwards…

    http://ex-skf.blogspot.com/2011/07/japans-crown-prince-and-princess-taking.html

Also, the Imperial family gets their food from a farm in a highly-radioactive part of Tochigi prefecture. See here (red circle):

Is her current pneumonia sickness just a coincidence? Or did that trip and continuously eating radioactive food from Tochigi weaken her immune system? Or perhaps her lungs now have hot particles in them. Maybe we’ll never know…

Thanks for the great map, Digilert.

I happen to love maps, and I believe that map is amazing how it shows how the radiation essentially follows the wind and is blocked by the terrain, often settling in the lower ground, rarely breaching the mountains, except when it does crest mountain tops and settle on the other side. It will be grotesquely interesting to see if the radiation spreads west from Kitikata to Nigata.

Dear Windsor: One would think that very salient fact (radiation does not discriminate) would have some effect on the worldview of the richest in their lack of appropriate, humane, public empowering response to the Fukushima cataclysm that their profiteering has caused. However, never underestimate the endless fascination the wealthiest (not in any material need themselves) have for money over sane, in the present, action. Their psychosis over money and power will blot out all sanity. The billionaire humans are the most aberrant of all humans and must be subdued, to put it mildly.

“Imperial Family”…Crown prince and princess?- Emperor?…So if they are subject to radiation poisoning just like any other common person, it sorta makes you wonder about the whole idea of this “royalty” thing.
There is no “royalty”. Am I to bow to another man or woman? Why? ’cause they say god said so?
    Bullshit.

    • jimbojamesiv

I think what you’re missing, NoVictim, is that even the royalty are tools of the State. It’s not that we bow down to royalty, but that we, humans, bow down to the State.

An important, but subtle, difference. No disrespect, by the way, because I totally agree with you about bowing down to others. I wonder if you’ve ever heard Bob Marley talk about taking on the powers that be, and, while I’m bastardizing the quote, Bob says, “What makes that person so special? Weren’t they a baby just like me.” If you ask me, his point was that we are all the same, no better, no worse, and basically no more intelligent than anyone else.

50/50 that it could be another fake-news.
to keep the troubled parents under control.

remember that the world had seen the blasting reactors and that they said:everything easy

radiation doesn’t moves like the map shows.
the radiation dust is too light to went out in a flowing “blobing” like liquid.
it is the strucktur of a surface that hold the dust on a place or not.
of curse there was some high-toxic clouds running out from the plant, but all the rest of radio-stuff comes and goes kreuz und quer .

and:if i think to long about what could be the trigger for the quake….it looks like 2011er version of a 9-11.
why should the goverment don’t help the people?
only if the gov had done it and want to bring the folks in these situation.

in 1-3 years the life in the sea will going down, worlwide.
so japans gov take a choice.
waiting so long and have then a hungry folk, that will rebells against the gov…or kill the sealife now, kill the most fishermens…before they go workless.
