○The accumulation status of the radioactive substances on the ground surface significantly change due to the influences of rain and storm, etc.
>> It is necessary to confirm the status on accumulation and migration of radioactive substances continuously.

Even if the 'cold shutdown' were a reality, Japan would still have to deal with the constant movement of radioactive particles.
There is still hope. It's not going to be a pretty future for a lot of people in Japan, but it isn't 'the end.'

everyday the winds are blowing south, they bring addional particles. February 2012 brought more particles than June 2012 for example.

And when I write "bring", I want to highlight that these particles come from Fukushima reactors that are still emitting lots of radionuclides particles.

You state, "but it isn't the end". You optimism is based on what hard science? We have multiple cores ex-containment. One reactor exploded and we have plutonium on the ground up to 3 miles from the reactor complex. Untold and unfathomable amounts of radiation have been dumped into the ocean and air resulting in world wide contamination of the ground used to grow the worlds food supplies, world wide contamination of fresh surface water supplies, radiation is everywhere and getting into every living thing. Yup, it isn't the 'end', yet, but it may well be the beginning of the 'end'…..

Plutinium hs been found in Shikoku, about 1000km from Fukushima, as well as in Haawai.
That is much more than 3 miles.
Many schientists have stated that Plutonium can be emitted as dust in the atmosphere in case of explosion. And as dust, plutonium can fly very far away.

Cold shutdown is a myth.
I spent most of the night trying to wrap my head around the combined radioactive releases.
I have watched Daini in the distance in the TEPCO cam and have noted many atmospheric disturbances..
I have noted plumes of smoke passing the Tepco cam that can come from no other… than the area of 5 and 6.
Tokai experienced a roof fire… a roof fire?
The area surrounding Onagawa suffered severely by both earthquake and tsumani.. as did the many areas along that coastline.
Onagawa Npp was reported to have been damaged ..the silence.
Abundant earthquake activity has been noted offshore and occasionally inland from all these sites.
