Title: Protesting nuclear power
Source: Japan Times Online
Date: Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012

Organizers of the Global Conference for a Nuclear Power Free World [in Yokohama] claimed 6,000 participants from some 30 countries [...]

The conference shows all the signs of turning into a coherent, focused movement. [...]

The conference’s call for “full transparency, accountability and responsibility by the Japanese Government and Tokyo Electric Power Company” is just as important. Without complete disclosure, progress toward grasping the causes of the problem and finding solutions cannot gain traction.

The conference’s calls for ongoing data collection about the safety of food and materials will also be close to the hearts of all consumers. Already, consumers have been demanding basic information about foodstuffs and potentially contaminated materials. Last week’s discovery that radioactive gravel in concrete used to build a new condominium in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima Prefecture, is one more reminder that problems will continue for a very long time. Nuclear issues have come to home to roost. [...]

it is clear that a practical consensus towards a different energy future is well underway. Now that is a weekend well spent!

Kan sat on this Document and thereby spelled his fate as history will show him to be one of too many in Japanese Government that FAILED to protect the Japanese people in their time of need!

Where are Japans true leaders, or have they all been already absorbed by the Utility Gangs?

I believe that Japan’s future is now dependent upon its Women since they can either continue to bow down to corruption and lies from their Leaders or takeover meaningful positions in Japans Government and make the “Old Boys” Rule a thing of the past!

    A couple of points -

    1. Every effort will be made to CAPTURE/SUBVERT any and all anti-nuke groups. (to gain control of them at top levels and turn them into ‘false front’ movements.) Of course this is done quietly and surreptitiously.

A very good example is how the whole environmental movement has been ‘captured’ and the whole false meme of ‘anthropogenic global warming’ has been created.

    2. Women really aren’t all that different from men. Look at the women currently in politics, crooked as a dog’s hind leg, like Hillary Clinton and that recent PM of Great Britain. Actually, look at the Queen of England – evil personified.

    No easy answers, guys.

Also – ‘protesting’ alone is of limited utility. As long as movements have no ‘teeth’ they are not that powerful. The elites really don’t give a rat’s ass what we the sheeple want. There’s gotta be some kind of ‘clout.’

About the only ‘win’ I can think of is the(for now)defeat of SOPA, the attempt to control de-fang the internet. There were not just the sheeple but also some pretty powerful entities organizing and very aggressively opposing that and for now the evil ones have gone back to the drawing board or are biding their time on that one.

What exactly do you mean by “the whole false meme of ‘anthropogenic global warming’ that has been created”?

      Curious, the bread

@Break: my take on bleep’s statement is that global warming’s been used as justification for certain facets of the globalist agenda. If this was his inference, than I would agree.

Having long been in agreement with the potential threat from human-induced-climate-change, I became very suspicious when a plethora of multinational corporations began to support actions against what is commonly referred to as, global warming. My take on their active support was that they may have been privy to foreboding reports that hadn’t been made public. Then, I saw that nuclear power was being rehabilitated as an answer to global warming! Accounts of support from the nuclear power industry joining with ‘grass roots’ environmental organizations against ‘global warming’, confirmed my suspicions.

Bleep is right: all must come into question!

    BreadAndButter -

There is a lot of info to the effect that there is NO anthropogenic global warming – that this has been disinfo to give the elites an excuse to limit and tax us and further other ‘total control’ agendas of theirs (btw at one time I was a ‘global warming’ ‘true believer.’)

There is evidence of global warming and cooling cycles that PRE-DATE this ‘industrial age’. Also it seems that other planets like Mars have also experienced warming recently.(!)

So moral to this story is BEWARE OF ANY AND EVERYTHING (until you check it out) that you read in the MSM, mainstream media.

The elites are attempting to further many false/phoney anti-populist agendas in their quest for global monopoly govt. – and control of the masses and of info is essential to their success.

You probably have heard that old saw ‘everything you know is wrong,’ or words to that effect. To a very large extent that is true because we all have been subjected massive brain-washing and dis-info from infancy (TV and other MSM and schools, too) on up.

So humility (being willing to revise/re-examine one’s opinions in the face of new evidence/research) is really called for.

And always ‘consider the source’ – if you got the info from a mainstream (and/or govt.) source, it is – alas – suspect. Guilty until proven innocent, you might say.

    …revelation will rain-down,
    as deluge upon parched field…

For those of you who have patiently awaited the awakening over these many decades, you have been vindicated for having held to righteous truth. Be not pride-filled, but know that the goddess has been honored by your intent to protect her creation. Do no harm to those who’ve done wrong; such justice is in her hands. Resist poisonous pride in having won this long war. Take them by the hand and together work towards healing love. Do justice to the wisdom of the goddess…

yes some posts are way off, and I mean way off topic but to each their own. I just don’t understand why they post here about subjects not pertaining to what is being discussed but perhaps it brings them pleasure at least I hope that’s the case as I tend to zip past such post, no offense but I’m here to find out about the current nuclear disaster.
