Sunday’s devastating tornadoes in Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures were caused by a rare situation attributed in part to a winter that went on for some weeks longer than normal, and a recent sharp rise in surface temperatures, experts said Monday. [...]
“Tornadoes rarely occur in this season,” said Yasushi Fujiyoshi, professor at Hokkaido University. “It is rare in the first place for cold air to form in the troposphere in May.”
Fujiyoshi said such frigid air is more a feature of the fall and the extended period of freezing weather earlier this year helped create the atmospheric conditions conducive to tornado-formation. [...]

An expert on violent storms says the tornado that ripped through northern Kanto on Sunday may have been one of Japan’s most powerful. [...]
[Professor Fumiaki Kobayashi of the National Defense Academy] estimates wind velocity topped 250 kilometers per hour. Cars were overturned and some houses completely uprooted.
The expert is urging caution against more tornadoes, as atmospheric conditions can turn unstable in days to come.

It sounds like a request to STOP making tornados by the authorities. GADs..if we could stop tornados–we would! Wonder if this wording is to excuse any damage from weather features that are unusual–tornados do happen and can happen anywhere.
So the design of having RAISED fuel pools..gets more and more an F grade for safety…

The GE sales pitch to sell the boiling water reactor and save utility costs by using an elevated SFP had to involve taking the small calculated risk of the raised pool being hit by a tornado.
All it will take is one instance of a tornado (or a terrorist aircraft) ripping apart an elevated SPF and permanently contaminating a multi-state area, and the 33 or so U.S. elevated SFPs, listed below, will become a concept whose time has past, not to mention the lives and health of a few million nearby and downwind residents:

I am having trouble here. After studying many weather reports, dutchsinse.com tracking chemtrail, HAARP circle and scalar squares and radical weather event sequences and the human efforts that went to creating the Fukushima plant 'self destruction', why am I not to believe the Bush/Rockefeller white supremist cabal is not behind these radical weather events in Japan? I can at this time believe nothing else. I got high marks in college when I paid attention.

Big question is: are the consequences of these HF emissions deliberate, or a 'side effect'. If the latter the originators need to be alerted urgently that people are being killed and injured. If deliberate…well, why? And what can we do about it, before there is a compound catastrophe of a magnitude that all here can calculate from the info that we've gleaned…a slow motion death wreck accelerating and intensifying.
