Nuclear fuel processing firm JCO Co. plans to build an incinerator for disposing of low-level radioactive waste stored at its plant in Tokaimura, Ibaraki Prefecture, where a fatal criticality accident occurred in 1999, company officials said Tuesday.
JCO will submit necessary documents to the Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Ministry with the aim of completing the facility by next March, the officials said.

Not only is Japan exterminating its people, they will be exterminating the rest of the planet.
But, it really doesn't matter that much; because, when SPF #4 ruptures, we're all done anyway.

Its beyond belief! Such intensity of stupidity can only come from people utterly numbed by disaster. These poor people are walking dead. While we can '…forgive them, they know not what they do' we cannot stand by and let them kill their loved ones and ours. Keep up the pressure folks!
