There will be some revealing, eye-opening testimonies.

The concern [over Unit 4] is spreading even amongst the Fukushima workers.
I’ve been hearing some rumours since last year that the spent fuel pool itself is a lie and the building has some degree of slant.
That’s why when there is an earthquake which I can feel, first thing I do is to check the reactor 4 building.

Leaning and bulging but the water is level so the building is sound? I hope they are preparing to remove the spent fuel which should be tricky as some of the rods are probably damaged.

You have to wonder about the current mindset of these poor workers. They signed on mostly for money and when this non-volunteer bunch gets faced with the spectacle of Unit 4 on the ground.. Sayanora baby!
Tepco better get the Diet to mobilize lots of troops because the civilian mercenaries didn't sign on for a certain death sentence. Most will flee after a new massive radiation event.

I wonder how reliable that TEPCO webcam is or will be… I mean if SFP 4 goes down what would stop TEPCO from pulling the live feed and looping some older recording? Or from shutting it down completely saying it has malfunctioned and will be back soon.

FUKU THEORY:
The water is level with the duct TAPE that they put on inside walls SFP #4…
Water is level with the plastic floating on top of pool.
Water is level with all other water levels.
Water level is level when seen from space.
They did NOT promise is was level with the ground below.. or with the top of the tank, or that they were even leveling with YOU.
One may have to think in very convoluted ways when anything FUKU is spoken.
It is not just double speak, it is quadruple quillion speak, turned upside down, inside out and backwards.

I have a torn sense of morbidness. We have a slow death from food or if they can't help 4 we have quicker death. Am I just being negative?

No, Bubbha, you're not. We've all here been through the same stages of emotions, trying to find a sense of content within this disaster.
We are all facing the same thing. It's time to work your bucket list, and find meaning in what time we have left. Be with your loved ones, find peace with ThatWhichIsGreaterThanUs, and hope it's all better on the other side. Help where you can, as there is going to be a great need for help soon. This is a disaster where our government has already shown no interest in helping whatsoever. It's all up to us.

Many will get sick and die. Many will not. That's the nature of radiation, the immune system, happenstance. Those closest will become the sickest faster and more violently. Those receiving low doses risk many illnesses over a longer period of time. Many will be unaffected. Once radiation is dispersed, it becomes random. It all depends on where you are standing. People have survived lots and lots of manmade radiation. Me for one. Too many have not. And, the needless suffering it creates for countless years is the reason it should be banned immediately. It should be feared and understood both. There are things you can do to reduce your exposure. This website has that information. But, make no mistake, the food we eat and the water we drink and bathe in with its herbicides and pesticides and plastics are sickening and killing more people and the environment than all the manmade radiation released thus far because there's simply so much more of it being released, and many will persist for decades, most plastics for longer than many radionuclides, and beyond in the soil. They are all dangers, all toxins, all unnecessary, all madness cloaked in the garb of "progress" and "improvement". But, in agreement with Time Is Short, I would add that time has always been short and that life should always be lived each day to it's fullness. Work to end these poisons and so live, not just for yourself, but for others.

The level water lie – the structure is level because the water is level. Well, all water is level no matter how slanted the container. Now, they are probably saying that they are measuring the water level from all sides, but, well, we know they can't reach down to the sides with any certainty given the obstacles to reaching the pool. But, they can probably get an estimate with a string and weight on the end that they lower down from the overhead gangplank – 30 feet from top on this side, 30 feet from top on that side, so all good and level. But, of course, the level is constantly changing as the water evaporate. Recall that they were surprised at how low the water level was once they checked. Hmmm..surprise, certainty, assurance…do these all go in the same sentence?

VFO, the top floor and the pool can remain level at the same time as the building seems to lean. its not actually leaning, it has been distorted from a rectangular section (walls and floors are at right angles) to a parallelogram section.
this is possible for small movements of about 5% of the height — in this case the top floor of the building could shift about 5 feet latterally relative to the ground floor with the top floor remaining relatively level. after that things will start binding and coming appart…

Interesting point, gotta. In your parallelogram model, someone standing under one of the non-ninety-degree walls would definitely perceive the building to be leaning – the wall would slant toward or away from them. Someone standing on a floor could correctly say the floor was level.
I take some comfort in your suggestion that a 5-foot shift from vertical might work as a threshold before things come apart. On the other hand, looking at any of the photos of the rubble tends to make me forget about parallelogram models.
We'll find out, one way or another.
