Irina Makovetzskaya, Journalist (Voice-over Translation):

With the results of his research [Yury Bandazhevsky] succeeded in reaching international public opinion.

But his opinions contradicted the official position of the President of the country who said everything is just fine with us.

Then here is the director of the Gomel institute announcing to the entire world that things were not so great and the state did not sufficiently protect its citizens against the radioactivity and it has thus put into practice a kind of genocide.

    Hah…history repeating itself.

Stating that they dont accept "Hasty and Unverified Solutions" Requiring "Very in depth sudies" and "Not the studies of one doctor"

Funny how they did some In vitro testing to push the dosage levels higher. In depth my a**.

Sad. I know it might cause panic, but why is that such a bad thing?

I live in oklahoma, one of the most dangerous states in the us. We get slammed by tornados hundreds of times a year, but they warn us. We take the necessary precautions to hide or be near shelter. This is very small in comparison though.

The only question is…What happens when millions of people panic? I almost dont want half the world to know.

More than likely instead of wearing masks, they will act out in violence. We seen what happened in Katrina.

Noone understands the effects of radiation, and that is why the goverment is silent.

Nope, StPaul…Maybe we can't say X #s of Beqs/xkilos will produce x# of cancers. But all of us here understand the effects of radiation. And not just us, others understand also. But our governmental leaders are like stuck in concrete.

i would go one step further, if they admitted to what they know and a panic ensues then keep peace and calm in the chaos will be almost impossible. it is actually safer for everyone involved to keep calm and yet react in an appropriate manner, rather than run around chaotically.

also, they know from their own human tests and those done by the governments around the globe what radioactivity does to adults, children, animals and plant life. best place to study the long term effects is still chernobyl.

the powerful have access to all those reports, they have teams that can tell them exactly what the findings were.

so the governments (all states) understand very well what the implications are and what will happen to living things when irradiated over a long period of time as much as the short term effects.

the problem is, is that nuclear power industries is incredibly powerful, to the point of dictating to the government as to what to do … and it is a world wide organisation.

People did not behave as badly in New Orleans in 2005 as the lying mass media would have us believe. Six people died in the packed Superdome, four by natural causes, one by suicide, and one drug overdose.

The city had been a murder capital for decades due to intense poverty so Katrina just opened up some looting opportunities temporarily. The 500 police who fled the city with their families accentuated the post-storm problems as well as the 3,000 hapless Louisiana National Guard troops stuck in Iraq.

At least people in New Orleans knew death was coming for them and most fled the storm surges. Virtually no warning to evacuate was ever issued in the first week of Fukushima other than the adjaceng towns. People 20 to 60 miles away were just as affected from those first deadly plumes as indeed even were millions in America.

Americans never got a single warning and our leaders flew away to South America to wait out the passage of the first and most deadly emissions that blanketed the Northern Hemisphere. Nice job Obama! You saved your family!

PS. Both EXSXF and Fukushima Diary are have current stories concerning Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital refusing to test for or treat radiation related illnesses.
I think this a very important story..as radiation effects women and children to a greater degree.
    Another example of willful genocide.

It is the mothers' fault that they have infections and their birth defect rate is over 80% in Chernobyl contaminated areas.

The above will be the legacy of FUKU; same as Chernobyl, TMI and too many other nuclear accidents to count.

Millions of casualties, and quite possibly a life extinction event…

No single accident has ever released 400 to 600 pounds of nano particle sized plutonium all at once high up into the air..

Of course, no one is studying this either, much less admitting it, or even talking about it.. just like all the other accidents..

    Abysmal baloney, coverup and denial

Unfortunately no one will be around to read these legacies…let's at least be kind to one another. The effects of radiation are well known it is the extent of radiation that is known only by a few, and a few of us here, who try to warn the entire populace, not just NORTH Amerika, but the entire world.

It wasn't an accident but a deliberate subterfuge that released a great deal of tritium and cesium into the air at the WTC in 9/11. I have not been able to get anything on the plutonium which was released that day, but no doubt it may have been present if the buildings were demolished using preset mini bombs able to vaporize its target…way too similarly to Hiroshima or nagasaki or the Islands of bikini Atoll.

you know.. this get's tiring. there is no depopulation going on. this is an out-of-control meme fluttering around the 'net.

for friggs sake, this was triggered by a friggin sizable EQ.

sure, what has been uncovered in the process is negligent/criminal corp.guv behaviour. but they are not deliberately trying to kill everyone. this concept just flies in the face of what world capitilism is all about – consumers – more and more consumers.

i just wish this meme would stop – it's a distraction, probably started by pro-nukers to confuse the issues and make the rest of us look like lunies.

It isn't population control. It is decimation [i.e., killing] of every living thing on the planet, rendering the only universe we will ever know completely uninhabitable..

i agree anne, it's decimation. by accident. (ignoring the mismanagement of nukes for the moment). this was not a deliberate 'hey, let's wipe out all life' kind of thing, unless someone thinks the lizards started it all.

I think it would qualify for criminal negligence. There were many warnings that the plant was unsafe and there was corruption and cover-ups for many years prior to the meltdowns.

Anyone who presently supports nuclear energy or nuclear weapons is deliberately supporting mass genocide and it guilty of premeditated murder, i.e., a homicidal maniac.

i'm 100% on the criminal negligence. It's also a crime that approaching 18 months and still no charges have been laid, anywhere, anything.

it reeks of corruption across many levels of corp.guv

the stench of is gut wrenching. the injustice is insane.

it has trully shown that it's us versus them. the people versus corp.guv

they've got to be brought down before they kill us all (well, they are holding the gun to our head).

there have been different types of genocide all along.. one type is the type that we read about in history books and learn about year in, year out in school. the other type is the genocide committed by countries that are able to cover it up. essential reading is the genocide on the Ukrainians by Stalin, which was committed by removing all food from people who died in droves.

then there is sanctioned genocide… much like countries delivering weapons which then get used for genocide… essential reading on this is about the Armenian genocide.

Americans effectively committed genocide on the natives partially by killing them directly, destroying important food sources and forcing them to retreat to barren areas.

we read a lot about type one and not enough about the other types

i will tell my doctor from now on that all my health issues come from stress and i have not laughed enough. i am sure this will make my doctor laugh a lot!

in conclusion, if stress by fear of radiation is the number one killer in the vicinity of a destroyed atomic power station, then it is only fair to demand to reduce that stress by removing people from the area and to give them "stress free" food, let them breathe "stress free" air, give them "stress free" water. i think it is safe to substitute the word "stress" with cesium etc

let me make a wild speculation based on the assumption that we are all getting too old and not enough young people are there to support the old. now if only we could find a way to shorted people's life so they cannot claim pensions unless they got an iron constitution… oh wait… we got something that effectively lets you die very young, some even make it to reproductive age, who's children will make it to reproductive age.

    lets call it "stress" :D
