Tweets by @minorucchu, journalist and former secretary to the prime minister of Japan, translated by Fukushima Diary:
Tonight, a diet lawmaker asked me to take a contact with a Tepco manager who whistle-blew about the situation of the SFP of reactor 4. He is from an engineering department. I took contact with the whistle-blower immediately. More people are concerned about the situation of reactor 4.
A Tepco manager from engineering department showed this map of the fifth top floor of reactor 4. This is confidential. When 311 happened, it was in periodic checkup, large cranes or other heavy facilities were gathered too much. The weight constitution is inverse pyramid, very unstable and dangerous.

If the US was not completely complicit in this, Japan would be forced to admit the truth. The fact that the US economy would collapse again if the truth got out is why the US is enabling this. It is not just Japan. Israel and the US should be attacking Japan for having WMDs all over the place. Focus your anger on the bigger picture please. I think the problem is twofold
First the industry, the regulators and therefore the media have been flat out lying about nuclear energy for so long that people actually believe them.
You have to mentally break the images you have about things – first you have to break the image that’s been drilled into you that this stuff is safe and clean and efficient – that’s hard enough – but you also have to break the image that says “they” wouldn’t really lie to you about something this important, and that one is nearly impossible to break – because once you break that one the foundations of your knowledge become suspect.
I’m convinced the liars have actually created “traps” for people in this situation. HAARP, Chemtrails, even UFO’s and stuff like that – they’re all mental traps to catch and categorize the people who are onto the misinformation, but have lost their scientific bearings.. Traps that can be used to label you. Traps that will take you down deep into the rathole. You have to avoid the traps and keep your bearings.
The second reason, and it’s admittedly related to the first is that the vast majority of public doesn’t care. As long as they have pizza and beer and the super bowl (or the world cup, depending on where you are) as long as they can live their lives – they just don’t care, about anything outside their “bubble”.
They may say they care about starving kids – Even Bill Gates can say he cares – but they don’t really. If they really did care, they would pay attention, learn something about it and do something about it – really do something. But the vast majority of people want to sit back and expend their mental energy on the latest movie, or reality show, and soak in the propaganda.

James, I think that is a really good explanation of the adaptive task. I’m not completely sure that Chemtrails, HAARP, etc. are outright propaganda to seduce the unwary amateur scientist into tinfoil-hat territory– that is the function they serve, absolutely, I’m just not sure they were created by malicious design. Human beings tend to “split” — we go fight or flight, all good or all bad. Thus, there is a tendency to either believe EVERY crackpot story on the Internet, or think everything is FINE, to be either a crackpot or an upstanding citizen. There’s even a new word psychologists use to describe the phenomenon of people fixating on bad news online: Disasterbation. The trick is to be able to make bloodless, measured assessments. My assessment is that Chemtrails seems completely bogus, it seems like there likely was a HAARP program, but it’s doubtful that scalar warfare is actually being used… and Fukushima is the greatest industrial disaster in human history.

The average person will ignore this until it bites them in the ass. But by then it’ll be so bad, they’ll go along with anything that sounds like it might work. And that’s probably when the powers that were will try to push that NWO crap on us. It’ll probably go on for a while, but will ultimately fail for one reason or another. Then, if there are still any of us left, we’ll finally be able to seriously work on cleaning this mess up (although we’d better start planning now). We’ll have to find relatively uncontaminated areas to live in. We won’t need as much space as we do now, because there will be a lot fewer of us because of higher death rates, and lower birth rates. We’ll have to constantly monitor for problems, and be ready to move if necessary. And slowly, over the next 500 years or so, decontaminate the planet the best we can. And somehow we’ll have to find a way to keep all those deepwater oil wells from leaking, and creating more disasters like the Gulf of Mexico thing. Either that, or I may finally wake up and find out this was all just a bad dream.

Here is my take on it:
1. If they halt the cooling then the water that remains starts to increase in temp!
2. Since the POOL is jam packed with SFR’s the temperature will rise “quickly” Since the more SFR the more decay (or residual) heat.
3. As the pool water heats up it tends to get hotter faster
4. If another big quake “struck” during this period, it might even physically “slop”
water out of the pool, in which case the rate of change of the temp in the pool would then dramatically change!
5. If the water started to boil off then a SPR pool meltdown would be much more serious since it is not a “hardened” structure and it contains a huge number of SFR’s and some of them also are the MOX type, which is yet another concern!
I suggested months ago the they remove as many SFR’s as possible to yet another site, but I don’t know why they have not done so YET; my guess it that TEPCO wants to restart #5 and #6…
The Japanese love to GAMBLE and they are betting yet another Trillion Dollar Eco-Disaster will not happen, which is N☢T a safe bet; Ask The Japanese people!!

What I am still struggling to understand is they are saying the other pools onsite are too full to take the fuel from reactor 4; so why not move that fuel to a different location so the fuel from reactor 4 can be off-loaded? Oh wait there is no place to take nuclear fuel, anywhere, in the world. There is not a permanent disposal site anywhere, as I would guess permanent storage of 65,000 year half life material is oxymoronic.

Nuclear energy is the ultimate form of control, dependency and slavery…
Nuclear energy makes those of us not involved in the nuclear industry dependent upon those who are….forever.
Because none of us knows how to run a nuclear power plant, or how to put one in cold shutdown, or how to decommission one;
So the industry will always have control over us and we’ll always need them.
The $$ we work for will always go to pay people to work at power plants; to keep power plants running; and to store and guard nuclear waste.
It’s a sick agenda they’ve sucked us all into, and we’ll always be at their mercy.
Even if every npp was shut down today, we’d still need “them” to store the nuclear waste and they’d still take our $$ to do it.
Their hands will always be in our wallets, and our children’s wallets, and generations of our families until plutonium degrades 1/4 of a million years from now…
Control, dependency, slavery. Forever. That’s nuclear energy.

Just a theory, but if nuclear power plants were shut down,
The profits would shift FROM the stockholders, lobbyists, and owners of nuclear power plants/uranium mines TO governments tasked with storing nuclear waste/building domes over decommissioned plants.

“Assuming, then, that we are capable of learning as much from Hiroshima as our forefathers learned from Magdeburg, we may look forward to a period, not indeed of peace, but of limited and only partially ruinous warfare. During that period it may be assumed that nuclear energy will be harnessed to industrial uses. The result, pretty obviously, will be a series of economic and social changes unprecedented in rapidity and completeness. All the existing patterns of human life will be disrupted and new patterns will have to be improvised to conform with the nonhuman fact of atomic power. Procrustes in modern dress, the nuclear scientist will prepare the bed on which mankind must lie; and if mankind doesn’t fit well, that will be just too bad for mankind. There will have to be some stretching and a bit of amputation–the same sort of stretching and amputations as have been going on ever since applied science really got into its stride, only this time they will be a good deal more drastic than in the past. These far from painless operations will be directed by highly centralized totalitarian governments. Inevitably so; for the immediate future is likely to resemble the immediate past, and in the immediate past rapid technological changes, taking place in a mass-producing economy and among a population predominantly propertyless, have always tended to produce economic and social confusion. To deal with confusion, power has been centralized and government control increased. It is probable that all the world’s governments will be more or less completely totalitarian even before the harnessing of atomic energy; that they will be totalitarian during and after the harnessing seems almost certain. Only a large-scale popular movement toward decentralization and self-help can arrest the present tendency toward statism. At present there is no sign that such a movement will take place.”

Tepco admitted they can not stop water leakage from reactor4, SFP, and pool for the reactor facility which are all connected to each other.
They assert those facilities are all full but water decreases twice as fast as usual from the pool to accept water overflown.
The leaking water is contaminated. It is assumed to flow into the basement floor of reactor4.
Tepco analyzes it’s because pipes are frozen and damaged, had their employees find the leaking part.

Some people believe that this thermal image shows that the reactor core is hotter than the SFP, and that it show that the reactor had been loaded with fresh fuel before the earthquake (Mar. 11, 9.0). This then implies that the fuel in the reactor may have had a nuclear explosion and has melted down.

1. Tepco is one the “GANGS” that runs Japan.
2. What is good for TEPCO is good for Japan.
3. The Japanese people MUST OBEY TEPCO for the “GOOD” of the Country.
4. The financial health of TEPCO is more important than the Physical health of the People!
5. Only TEPCO knows what is best, all others must BOW to TEPCO’s rule.

People in the Western World, need to reexamine the “way” they view Japan and that includes not only how that Country is governed but what actual “say” the Japanese people have in their Governments process!
It has taken almost a year to realize that Japan is actually being “run” by its Powerful Utility Companies and this “business” relationship extends in a “Control Continuum” that extends at one end, from actual Utility direct financial support of the highest Government Leaders in the Country, to the widely known use of organized gangs to keep citizens in line at the other!
The idea that individual Japanese people actually have a say in how they are governed, much less the way their Energy is generated, is just a well publicized fantasy that the Utilities uses to put a nuclear “smily face” on the grim reality that ever facet of Japanese life is less important than what is good for these Utilities! These Powerful Utilities ARE Japan, and the Japanese people are only “forced” customers of these Utilities since they have no other choice of providers when it come to basic needs like electricity, at lest until now! Solar panels have allowed many to get the electricity they need and this is a huge threat to these Utilities, that must be “crushed” ASAP if they are to maintain their complete control over the Japanese people!

Ever since 3/11, the rest of the World’s attention has been focused on the Trillion Dollar Eco-Disaster at Fukushima and Japan’s response to their triple melt down. What we have learned is that the Government has allowed TEPCO to not only remain in Control of this debacle but they have actually enabled the Utility to place huge numbers of Japanese citizens at risk rather than demand that the Utility think first of human health instead of Corp. shareholder profits. The fact that radioactive pollution has now spread Globally and is affecting the rest of the Planet is hardly mentioned in MSM which points to an even greater problem for the rest of mankind; we are helpless and as yet unable to demand any “better” treatment from Japan because our own Leaders are for the most part are in full support of the those Utility backed Leaders in Japan.
Kudos to Germany and many other Countries for pointing the finger at Nuclear Power and the Trillion Dollar Eco-Disaster RISK every nuclear complex now represents! People globally now are becoming informed and starting to demand answers to basic questions and once people start asking questions perhaps change will occur, even if not for the Japanese themselves… one thing is for certain, the Japanese people will be affected by their Trillion Dollar Eco-Disaster for much longer than the estimated 40 to 100 years that it will take to “tidy up” after Fukushima…
