Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda arrived in Fukushima, northeastern Japan, on Sunday to inspect the disaster-stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

Noda will inspect the No. 4 reactor of the plant, which was damaged by the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and tsunami in March last year, to see the progress in the decommissioning project for the reactor.

The premier also plans to look at decontamination work and other recovery efforts. It is his second inspection of the plant operated by Tokyo Electric Power Co.

    Is this admission please then you must close all nuclear facilities as they do not fore fill their design perimeters and therefore your operating licence is revoked as of today and all nuclear facilities world wide are to be closed henceforth .
    As per the people of the plant earth,s will.
    Make it so or pay the reaper, you know it is right.

    At the same time, four reactor had no fuel loaded in the middle, so its destruction and disposal do not have any, the safety of the plant .. Only No.4 fuel pool is very dangerous …
    If the reactor was able to open and it is tight, there would need to move the fuel that has been removed from his back.
