FOCUS: Little progress made in cleaning up radioactive soil, gov’t criticized
More than 15 months after the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant disaster, municipalities affected by the release of radioactive substances are struggling with how to dispose of all the radioactive soil collected through decontamination efforts.Prime Minister Yoshiyuki Noda vowed when taking office last September that he would lead the decontamination effort. P.s.
Whatever you sent on its way…
… In real life it just gets picked up on the next gust of wind and delivered back to you.
Then, you're back to square one.

Decontamination is impossible ..as everyone knows by now.

Decontamination is impractical until the nanorobot sweepers which run on radiocontamination are developed. Japan is toast. No effort to get people away from sputtering coriums, "support by eating" campaign, resettlement in heavily contaminated areas (get evacuees off the government's dime), no treatment for children's swelling thyroids, reactor restarts. Time for another government to go. The people of Japan will live on and in a radioactive environment, until the day that only the wind disturbs the silence of empty streets and fallow fields. Our hearts break for the future you will face.

All politicians are alike. Everything any of them say
"…has proven to be an empty promise…"
What was that perfume commercial several years back?
"Promise her anything, but give her…" garbage!
