California seems like a good place to be now. A few weeks ago it seemed worse in that it’s closer downwind from Japan than other parts of the US. But now at least it’s upwind from Nebraska and New Mexico.

It sounds to me like the local news woman might have misspoken when she said there was a 10 mile evacuation around the plant. All the NRC guy said was that all nuclear plants have pre-existing plans for a 10 mile evacuation zone, not that there was an active evacuation now. All the references on google seem to be people who saw this video or read the hysterical posts from people who misinterpreted it as a giant government cover up, no real news or announcements from anyone credible at all. I think this is a non-story. (Kinda like that acupuncturist expert before).

My impression is that Jaczko DID say something directly about an active 10 mile evacuation zone currently in place around Fort Calhoun, or they would NOT have stated that he said such words!
The ABC news report quotes several comments attributed to Jaczko, yet the interview piece with him (starting 00:54) does NOT include him directly speaking a number of the various comments that the ABC reporter quotes him as having said.
[00:46 - 00:52] “Jaczko says even though there was a 10 mile evacuation around the plant, there is no immediate threat to the plants reactor.”
Then after the part where he is directly shown in interview:
[01:25 - 01:35] “Jaczko says they are doing everything necessary to protect public health and safety.”
So, they quote him throughout the piece, including the comment about the 10 mile evacuation zone. Thus, my conclusion is definitely that Jaczko DID directly talk about the ACTIVE evacuation zone.
Beyond that, the news reporters do not sound like they even believe the words they are saying:
[01:48 - 01:54] Well, despite some ‘seepage’ there at the plant, officials say the Ft. Calhoun area there, the plant, is still safe. [voice tapering off with the final words - not at ALL convincing that it is the truth!]
Then RUSHES on to the part about the visiting Congressman. Here’s some words from further on:
[02:06 - 02:12] Congressman Fortenberry got a ground tour and said: although it was shocking to see the devastation, he’s confident that there is no safety risk [momentary pause] right now.
Congressman Fortenberry interview:
[02:24 - 02:30] “You can never be 100% confident and again, this is a major event, with floodwaters at the door, literally, of the nuclear plant.”
=> That’s saying it. Indeed, “you can never be 100% confident” with ANYTHING nuclear is the real point we are ALL learning.

What is amazing and exemplary of the mass conscious awakening is that you are not alone in saying this. Even Alex Jones mentioned something along this same line today. Everyone Knows!

We are getting lots of smoke here in the four corners region which means the smoke has gone west and north and east. It is a combination from the Arizona and Los Alamos regions and IT IS RADIOACTIVE.
A look at the EPA map shows two things. Rises of radiation measurements in the area, and the fact that many of the detection sites EAST of Los Alamos are not working or recording information. More COVER UP by the EPA/NRC/FDA and all the rest of the USELESS GOVT EATERS AND BREATHERS sucking fat federal pay checks for doing absolutely NOTHING to protect America or the world’s people. They earn those fat pay checks for doing exactly opposite of what they are supposed to be doing and are perfectly kow-towing to the population control (kill off) agenda.

Is it not disturbing to have to suffer the fallout from GE’s crummy design, and TEPCO’s accident, not to mention lies.
Why can’t individual Americans sue both for polluting the milk, the air, the water, the produce? The pollution constitutes real damages, not to mention significantly increased cancer risk, and not to mention, even some mental anguish.
Why can’t these companies, and every other one involved, each be sued by scores of individuals in every federal court district in the U.S.?
They have raised the background level of radiation, polluted the environment and food supply, and are doing damage to future generations.
Whether they can be held liable or not, doesn’t matter. It’s dragging their sorry, lying, don’t-give-a-damn-about-their-neighbors asses into court that matters.
