What a bullshit "report." Don't they teach journalism in journ school any more? The plant has "enemies?" How about concerned citizens voicing sane reservations about having a bomb in their back yard? Only ONE of the two reactors was examined, not all the pipes were examined, and then BOTH reactors were put back online. This is insane.

  • The last line from the reporters mouth, "…Activists are also concerned about a fault line currently under the power plant, but the NRC says that fault line did not cause last years earthquake and will likely never do any harm."

:( Exact same thing the 'experts' told the people of Japan.

If this one goes, Wash. DC is done. An earthquake doesn't even have to damage the plant. All it has to do is drain the lake and there will be no water to pump through the plant to cool it. This is one of the few reactors that is not situated on a major water way. But they did manage to get it located on a major fault line. Nice job nuke industry.

This nuke risk has been exposed. If you live within 25 miles of a nuke plant move. I live about about 40 miles from a plant and separated by a bay. I wo uld no t live so close you wouldn't even have time to hau l arse i n case of a small leak.
