Many Fukushima evacuees remain reluctant to return to homes near nuclear plant – The Mainichi Daily News

According to a survey conducted by the local government in June, 80 percent of the evacuees from the village said they wanted to return to their homes. But a senior local [Kawauchi] government official said, “If we conduct a survey now, 80 percent of them would say they do not want to return.”
