FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE! June 27, 2011 4:00 p.m. Los Alamos, NM – Group 3 has now been notified to evacuate Los Alamos. NM502 (Main Hill Rd) is OPEN into Los Alamos, however, individuals should only be entering Los Alamos townsite if it is absolutely necessary due to the evacuation now underway. At 7:30 [...]

A post on HP noted after a previous fire in the area they were told not to worry, but the people from the lab were wearing masks! Lots of contaminated land and ash already blowing around.
Just for the record, I’m anti-nuke all the way with the “necklace” to prove it.
