Renewal after nuclear disaster impossible without sound foundations, The Mainichi Daily News by Takao Yamada, Expert Senior Writer, Jan. 9, 2012:

[...] So why have disaster victims been slow to apply for recompense?

“Because the crisis hasn’t ended yet,” an acquaintance of mine from Fukushima who’s evacuated to Yamagata Prefecture says. “We’re still in the midst of it.” [...]

“The disaster hasn’t ended for us,” the aforementioned man repeats.

His family has been torn apart. Not only must he go through life with fears about his well-being, so must his children and grandchildren. How is anyone going to take responsibility for that, he wonders. [...]

One of the worst thing going on now for people in Japan is the very old fashioned, fascist, almost from the ancient time, very mean and closer to animal than human practice of “throwing stones” to all those who try, even as little as possible, to avoid unnecessary internal or external irradiation.

They are being ostracized, isolated and heart as much as possible with with a public humiliation twist into how they are being nailed down.
I am comparing it to anti-Nazi trying to reason others in Germany during ww2. They are slamed and the public takes great plaisure to release anger at them.

I am sure, so many people now deeply need psychological care and are just being stoned throwed at.

It is obvious that the shock this disaster left on people’s mind will take decades to get faded away. Proper rehabilitation facilities should be provided to the victims.

The Japanese people are not happy.

Many realize a significant portion of Japanese soil is not suitable for habitation. Just last October a leaked Tepco documented indicated the total amount of plutonium and neptunium emitted from the plant. This stuff sticks around for millions of years…

If you haven’t seen the dispersion maps for plutonium they are published here:

Japan on the brink of extinction. The nuclear holocaust unfolding
Uploaded by illdietryin on Sep 19, 2011 [Video]

“The world’s greatest tragedy is unfolding before our eyes and Japan is on the brink of extinction, but the people are still being lied to and kept in the dark by their government as to the true extent of the catastrophe they are now facing, and which is escalating by the hour. The truth is that the Fukushima prefecture is totally contaminated to a level that exceeds Chernobyl by more than 400%. Radiation equal to that which could be produced by several hundred Hiroshima atomic bombs has saturated the entire area, and far beyond, yet the government is encouraging those who were initially evacuated to return to their homes, assuring that it is perfectly safe to do so and that there is no longer any radiation danger or health risk, when the facts prove beyond any shadow of uncertainty that lethal levels of highly radioactive elements permeate the ground and continue to pour from at least three of the stricken plant’s reactors.

“One report has surfaced showing that the plutonium contamination up to the end of August had been understated by the government to the tune of 23,000 times lower than the 76 trillion bqs that it actually is.

“Thousands of tons of treated sewerage is piling up at sewerage plants all over the country. Prior to the disaster that was used for the manufacture of building materials and fertiliser, but since it was discovered to be highly radioactive that market has dried up and now there is no feasible alternative method in place to dispose of it. …”

Got the login permission for the datapoke site. Is there some information there on how to build the models? Am having a bit of difficulty with that. A brief explanation would be helpful, thanks.

I was asked what advice to give a family in Japan, not long after the disasters. I sent them an email saying “leave Japan”.

The father was European and his wife was Japanese. They had young children. The father got a job overseas and could have left. They would not allow the mother and children to go with him. He stayed. I have since heard that the young boy is in hospital for tests, and it looks like he has Leukemia.

So it is not that easy for people to leave, even bureaucracy is against them.

Now I aim uncertain about is whether the Japanese bureaucracy stopped the wife and family from leaving, or the country where he had the job opportunity would not let them in. I will see if I can clarify this.

I know a lot of you have been frustrated trying to convey how bad the Fukushima nuclear disaster is. I know I have. This is a method I came up that will allow you to communicate the message easily.

I have created a handout which I email, or give to people when I go on my morning walk, plus I put a few in some local letterboxes each time.

You don’t need to explain anything just distribute it.

      http://members.ozemail.com.au/~vital1/lifesaver.pdf

Use my handout, or create your own. I know there are thousands of enenews users.

Reading the posts here as things get worse will not change anything. We need to act as a collective to create a mass awareness change in the world wide community, on the dangers of nuclear, plus the seriousness of the Fukushima disaster, before anything will change.

      Feedback welcome
