OFFSITE NOTIFICATION DUE TO PETROLEUM RELEASE TO THE MISSOURI RIVER“At approximately 0125 CDT, the AquaDam providing enhanced flood protection for Fort Calhoun Station Unit 1 failed. This resulted in approximately 100 gallons of petroleum being released into the river after a protective barrier was breached and many fuel containers were washed out to the river. The fuel/oil containers were staged around the facility to supply fuel for pumps which remove water within the flood containment barriers. The spill was reported to the State of Nebraska at 10:45 AM CDT on 6/26/2011.

This condition has resulted in flooding of the burn pits in the fire training facility, with the subsequent release of the residue which includes unburned fuel oil. Any release of this water containing oil to the Missouri River is uncontrolled at this time.

Its all about maximizing profits. Get this. In 2000, the owner of caterpillar diesel flipped during a speech criticizing the NRC. Apparently all the backup generators were small block Chevys converted to diesel instead of using a more expensive and reliable diesel such a caterpillar or even a ford. I dont know how many of you are familiar with Chevy small block diesels, I am VERY. In my opinion it is the worse diesel engine ever made. Best gasoline, but worse diesel. It was a contractor ‘bidder’ thing and chevy was the best price. They ran like garbage when they were brand new! That is why they stopped making them! In 2003 when the east coast grid was dropped, I believe there were around 15 failures of these generators. Some overheated, some kept shutting down needing manual restarts, some would not start at all, some even seized up! Imagine that! When there is a flood, grid loss, hurricane, tsunami, what ever, a diesel mechanic is our only hope! wow…

I have some experience in this field, 30 years, and I do not recall a small block chevy diesel…
I do remember a buick block diesel in the 80′s and yes it was a pile. Used a stanadyne pump mounted between the heads. It had a extreme aversion to water in the fuel, rusting the internals of the injection pump, causing goveror malfunction and starting issues. The erroneous logic was to remove the air filter and spray starting fluid into the intake. This most often caused an immediate rejection of the crankshaft, block webbing and all into the oil pan.
I saw this on many occasions and converted many of these vehicles to a gas engine…

So 100 gallons leaked, but many containers washed away? How many? What was their volume? The multiple (maybe 8) railroad-car sized diesel engine backup generators burn thousands of gallons of fuel an hour from what I have read. So maybe they are going to have to start bringing in more fuel by barge or heavy lift helicopters. The Keystone cops just keep the bad news coming by the hour.

Nuke plant owners have been off the hook, and US taxpayers on the hook, for cleanup since 1957. No wonder they are in no hurry to fix anything. Their liability is limited to a total of $58 Billion. Again from counterpunch:

Except no bank or insurance co will sell it to them. They required builders of the first 100 or so nuke plants to obtain 100% taxpayer subsidized loan guarantees to build at all. And BTW more than 50% of them defaulted without finishing their building projects, sticking our “deficit” with the bills.

Flood Pumps Clarified. With given info, I am quite positive that these fuel canisters were used only for the perimeter pumps – pumpin the leaked water inside the rubber levee protected perimeter.
When the levee was broken, all just floated downstream. (Note that the levee is really tough material and needs intentional hooded nightly attack…)
Totally different issue is what has now happened to the plant and its nuke cooling pumps.

NOW, see some elevation Maps of Fort Calhoun that show that Grade (ground floor) Elevation is approximately 1007′.
Elevation Maps for:
Emergency Diesel Generators – Grade Level – Some flooding of these are probable. Diesels Rooms are Centered on Page and are “Generator Diesel 1 and 2″
Raw Water Cooling Pump Elevation – Also approximately 1007 Feet Above Mean Sea Level. There are several of these but this is typical. If the Motor Floods, then this pump will not run.
Safeguards Room – There are two of these rooms, each responsible for redundant Cooling Functions for Decay Heat Removal and Spent Fuel Pool Cooling. Note that they are on the Lowest Elevations (971 Feet) – Flooding is a major concern.

I say this is BS. NRC law was 7 days backup diesel fuel on site for generators. If they wanted extra fuel, they would need big containers like 55gallon drums, and many of them. Much wiser to fly in a refuel helicopter, which is what they better have rigged at this time.

Hi everyone, first post here. I’ve been here a few times and read quite a few posts. I don’t recall seeing anything about HAARP weather modification technology. Weather modification has been around since at least the sixties and there are numerous weather modification businesses around the world and easily found on the internet. The US government/military being listed as a big customer on some of their websites.
For about 2 months I have been viewing “HAARP RINGS” and “SCALER SQUARES” and other anomalies on internet weather radars, mostly Intellicast.

These HAARP RINGS and SCALER SQUARES(tecnology) are resposible for the flooding that is going on. I saw this comming more than a month ago as I saw the massive HAARP RINGS over Montanna almost every day for weeks in May and first of June. Record amounts of rain and snow are the results, as designed.

Last night (Sunday) from 11 to 12 midnight I saw massive HAARP RINGS in the midwest again. What happens is, 24-48 hours after the HAARP RINGS, the epicenter of a storm (up to a tornado) will center up on the center of where the Haarp ring was. Due to the HAARP RINGS that I saw on Sunday evening, in the next 24-48 hours the following locations will be hammered with the epicenter of the storm and/or tornado that will pass through the area. Windsor Kansas, Canton and Beresford South Dakota, Aurora Nebraska, Westfield and Packwaukee Wisconsin, Goshen and New Market Ohio, and possibly Sandwich and Hinckley Illinois (also possibly the hardest hit). When I named two towns it looked like the center was between the two towns. When one town was named, the center looked to be near the town, but not necessarily centered exactly on the town. It’s hard to be that precise in most cases. These HAARP RINGS were still there at 4 AM. Could mean really massive storms.
You can go to the link to Intellicast where you can see the HAARP RINGS for yourself as they occur. The center of the rings is where the epicenter of a storm will hit 24-48 hours later. You probably wont see the entire ring, but will see sections of the ring/circle and or sections/straight lines of the Sqaler Squares as they occur. Down at the bottom of the picture you can start the “loop” feature and put it in motion. Go to the You Tube link provided above

Saturday night there were massive Haarp Rings over the midwest also. 24 hours later and massive storms, although I didnot pinpoint the centers like I did Sunday night. They are not going to let up on this flooding period. Those nuclear reactors are doomed. I don’t think that it will be needed, but if TPTB are unable to destroy the nukes with the rain and/or snow by shear amounts alone, they will use Haarp (earthquake machine) to destroy whatever dams that are necessary to finish the job.

Update to my previous post(June 28- 3:56AM). The following HAARP RINGS were visable at 6:30PM and/or 9:30PM on June 28, 2011, via Intellicast Weather Radar.
Between Franklin and Red Cloud Nebraska, Seeley Lake, Sheridan and Great Falls Montanna. Scaler Square was also seen north of Great Falls at 6:30 AND 9:30PM.
Cheyenne Wyoming, Vale Idaho, Fountain Colorado and a Scaler Square centered up north and south between La Grande and Elgin Oregon.
Vail Arizona, Keller Texas, Fritch Oklahoma, Goodland Kansas, Fort Smith Arkansas and Stonewall Louisiana.
Golconda Nevada, and it appears as if something that was not natural was effecting the storm in Califoria, something off the coast and over the Pacific. Instead of the storm tracking north to south,it went south to north with part of it going back out to the ocean, apparently for round 2. Same thing happened with the last weather front that moved through, and this time of year there should not be any storms, especially the size of and the abnormal low temperatures with each storm. What TPTB are doing in this regard(west coast) is causing the storms to rain out the radiation in the sky from Fukushima. The rain, hale and snow brings the radiation down big time and is the most effective weapon used with a nuclear bomb/dirty bomb and/or radiation war/attack. It contaminates the water, ground, air and the food.
In the midwest, they get all the above and will use the floods to take out the Nuclear Reactors so that we have our own Fukushima.
And yes it is INSANE! TPTB are PSYCOPATHS! You cannot use logic to explain their actions, because there is no logical answer for their doing this. Their goal has always been depopulation and this is an extermination event.
Nuclear anything is insane and is an exterminating means. This is why it appears as if the nuke workers/contractors are so inept. These reactors were designed to fail and are managed to fail. They do absolutetly nothing to end Fukushima, same as the Gulf of Mexico. Fort Calhoun is going down. The continued use(daily) of HAARP RINGS/TECHNOLOGY over the Missouri River Watershed is all the proof needed. They could use the same technology to stop the rain, as they do use it to create droughts when it serves them best.

They are not natural and in no way would these rings/circles and squares be turning up on the radar without manmade interfering period.
