Apparently he is Canadian (Google him). As far as I can see, he has been pushing “don’t worry about radiation” views for some time and has been involved with Canada’s Chalk River nuclear project. Do your own research though, as mine has been very superficial so far.
This report might explain my mother’s liver lesion, or my father’s osteoporosed spot in his back that resulted in a break followed by death from a blood clot 4 days after emergency surgery.
We lived 18 miles downwind (winter prevailing) from the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant.

Senseless waste of life is senseless no matter who loses their lives. On the other hand I share your sentiment that these criminals should be brought to justice.
But it is curious that according to their own statement it wouldn’t even be a crime to serve them a radioactive meal along with the water you mentioned, even if you knew it was radioactive. The absurdity of this shows how wrong they are.
They knew that this was going to happen. The government and industry + collusion made stories up about how they could just raise acceptable levels of exposure. Problem is that once a certain amount of radioactive isotopes are ingested there is an inevitable health deterioration that happens concurrent with the bq/kg eaten. The denial of known science is nothing new for the nuclear industry and the people of Japan will suffer from “low dose” radiation until it accumulates into high dose which causes death. The population will decline at a rate so horrific once critical levels of radiation builds in the blood of the people. The extermination has begun with TEPCO.gov leading the charge.
It really is extermination because Japan’s government is intentionally doing what it’s doing with the help and cover of the beloved international community, including protocols signed between Japan’s government and the US by the wonderfully fantastic peace and freedom loving, Hillary Clinton, etc. & etc., to not only protect the media blackout and disinformation but to sell the US their nasty products, perhaps through S. Korea?
I don’t think it is just linear either, at some point overall health is diminished and then when the bad cells want to take a cancer pot shot…they succeed.

Oddly, i think Americans, like so many people of the world, actually think that their leaders will tell them when to start worrying. And, of course, since America is sinking trillions of dollars into grabbing the last of the oil reserves around the planet before China can get it, many here believe we need to go nuclear to heat our homes and stretch the oil out for our cars, global warming be damned. So, my conversations about radiation and/or Fukushima receive polite, if tepid responses from my neighbors, and no follow up questions accept from my close friends who share a worldview, who see me as doing the leg work to get the info and keep them inform, which is why i visit this site everyday, and then some.
Could someone explain to me how 50 Bq/kg is dangerous when we eat bananas which contain 3000 Bq/kg of naturally occurring radioactive potassium, without apparent ill effects?
I’m sympathetic with Prof. Bandazhevsky, I know he spent time in prison for his views, so he is sincere. Just curious.
