I got me this big ol' stump on my property that's just begging for one of those nukes. Leaves turned yellow last summer after Fukushima rains.

I don't consider this as contributing to nuclear proliferation. I just want plutonium to finish the job it started, dab nabbit!

I'm glad Oliver Stone is doing this series. Maybe it will make more people aware of some of the insano-schemes like Enrico Fermi's plans to excavate harbors in Alaska using nuke bombs. Brilliant, Fermi, thanks to you and your pals I was irradiated by the Chicago Piles for the first five years of my life. Now that I'm older, I'm beginning to wonder if you and your boys did irreparable harm to me and all my siblings.

The original nuke "scientists" were certifiably insane, in my opinion.

Not insane. Just little imaginative kids on Christmas playing with their new toys.

1 being born before testing arrived in Nevada
      3 born after testing began

3 of us are very ill….myself included

As a matter of fact…I was born in one of the worst months for cesium/milk contamination on record.

I watched the program very good, usual Oliver stone everything a conspiracy, the difference this time is he is correct, we were all made guinea pigs and from day one secrecy and cover up was the order of the day and still is to this day, the IAEA is a extension of the armed forces, who do they report to.? Who is their boss? I don't know.

"…usual Oliver stone everything a conspiracy."

Using a brush with a broad stroke, it turns out they're all pretty much true. We might quibble with the trees, but the forest is correct.

Only now the forest is being consumed by a nuclear fire.

When I was 6, my parents dressed me up for Holloween in a cowboy outfit, they had given me the preceeding Christmas. I imagined riding in on a white horse, blasting Indians circling a farmhouse on the prarie. I even got a prise at the costume contest at my school. Little by little, as I grew up, I became aware of the horrible evils throughout US history, perpetrated in our name by what can only be called evil men, those who stole land and resources from Native Americans, who enslaved and abused Africans, and who appropriated natural resources throughout the world for their own economic gain, at the expense of poor people everywhere. Ronald Raygun symbolized for the America of the 1980's a return to a vision of America as a shining city on a hill, a beacon of democracy and plenty, in a world of backward (socialist) poverty. But by then, I knew the truth, and was not fooled by the glib imagery of the actor/president. Now, we stand as witness to the utter destruction of Japan. Not from earthquake and tsumani. But by GE, and their cynical sale of Mark I Reactors, known to have numerous design flaws, to the unsuspecting Japanese. Those aging and dangerous reactors, today send deadly plumes of fallout over Tokyo, bringing death to this great city. Of course, I am bitter. Hypocricy! Greed! No nukes! Peace.

Oh, a lot more unsuspecting countries bought those things. There are a lot of Mark I's out there. And who has shown that the newer designs are any better? Fort Calhoun isn't doing so well.

    From the Oliver Stone video:

== Eisenhower ignored "scientists' warning about the dangers of proliferation" with the Atoms for Peace program.

== Prime Minister of India Nehru (1947-64) said American leaders were "dangerous self-centered lunatics who would blow up any people or country who came in the way of their policy."
