Until they reach the age of 13? If they reach the age of 13!!

This is like profiteering from the misfortune of others!

    Gleaning information!

Let’s monitor them as they die!

    Lets see how they die!

But no actual help for them???

    No evacuation???

This is fast becoming a very sick and surreal experiment!!

What the fuck is going on guys???

Oh, quick, run! Get those guinea pigs before some other lab does…if they’re anything like Big Daddy USA, there will be contracts flying from hospitals and military installations to be THE research giant that will “monitor” the children till just shy of when any cancers may appear.

See them looking at things like asthma and allergies? We’ll soon hear ADHD and autism added to that list? What about leukemia? There is “rising” public concern? What month is it? April?

Japan will start to observe the plethora of chronic illness, tooth loss, bone loss and rainbow of cancers that the U.S. Currently enjoys, thanks to our abundant radionuclide levels in soil air and water, gifts from burning, enriching, mining, exploding exploding exploding exploding (1,000 more of those…), dumping, shooting-up then pissing Uranium

Unfortunate that we live in the dark here, in the dEnial as millions of Americans need monitoring too…basically everyone currently alive, but more than being observed, the ;apanese and Americans of all ages need to be HELPED and HEALED. That comes from money: for supplements, herbs and fallout free food and water! Keep Your Studies To Yourselves You Dr. Frankenfreaks!!!

With zero credibility and a record of zero honour why on earth would people believe that any alarming finding would be reported by the government?

The Japanese people should get together and set up a private organisation to do such testing and offer legal assistance for the victims.

It is a hopeless situation for the hard struck victims of radiation contamination, I agree. They need help, support and care, not an empty governmental promise to monitor their despair as it progresses.

My point is that there is no point trusting the government to step up to their responsibilities towards the people that need it the most. The “help” they offer is to watch, monitor, observe the victims, while keeping a lid on the truth in regards to the media.

Any real help has to come from a different source. Setting up an organisation to do this will not be easy, but I’m sure that it will gain massive support. I might not need to be built from the ground up, perhaps an existing organisation will assist in building the new network. NGO’s, religious groups, trade unions, political movements, any kind of existing organisation with a network could assist in setting up the new organisation.

There would be so many tasks such an organisation could take upon itself, once it was in existence.

  • Somehow I doubt that the ‘official’ government findings from even the worst hit area with citizens living in the highest radiation zone will amount to a hill of beans. Why am I so pessimistic?

Put it this way… the US government, Greenpeace and just about every other rational, human being with a heart has told the Japanese to get these people the H(#* out of there NOW. There is no doubt in a reasonable person’s mind about the harm and deaths being caused NOW, in Fukushima province, period.

For the government to start ‘studying’ and monitoring this situation without doing anything about it, is beyond words to describe, about how deeply in denial that is (to put it politely).

I will bet that they put special ‘doctors’ on this project, who believe that no radiation can harm anyone, and that smiling protects everyone from radiation, and that testing radiation levels is not needed.. Certainly, no need to communicate to these citizens how dangerous their situation is, so they can get out of there… This is the same ‘roadpmap’ that was used successfully around Chernobyl, all the way up to today.

Nope, my prediction is that it will all be found to be ‘normal’ and ‘safe’ all the way from start to finish.. Then the official government report can state that no harm was done and every disease found was due to ‘stress’ or ‘fear’ or ‘psychosis’. There, that takes care of any lawsuits or upset citizens.. It is all THEIR fault, not the radiation.

Just like around Chernobyl, they will come up with a justification for explaining why in the near future, kids born with no problems will drop from 80% or more to 20% or less. Nope, it was not the radiation, that much is for sure.. It must be the mothers fault, because she had ‘infections’. She is j

The real problem is with women and how imperfect they are, but certainly not the radiation. It is all the womens fault, or the trees fault, or the birds fault, but NEVER the nuclear power plant…

  • I said (to myself), “Look, this is a slave empire. If you never find radiation harmful, [or if] you can find huge doses harmful, nobody worries you. That doesn’t worry [the] Commission. They can see that. But start to find that low doses are harmful and they’re going to fight you every step of the way. They don’t give two hoots in hell that it kills millions of people or billions. They’re going to fight to preserve the empire. The bureaucratic empire and the bureaucrats cannot tolerate radiation to be harmful. ….I’ve written some things down for you on the fact as a polluter or potential polluter, and radiation is one pollutant. If you say that your pollutant is safe when you know it is unsafe someone can get hurt, and thereby you try to get your pollution accepted at some level, you are guilty of random premeditated murder. That’s a crime. If you say you don’t know whether it’s safe, then you are guilty of a different crime, that’s a Nuremberg crime, experimenting on people. So as a polluter you’ve got to come clean. There is no basis for saying it’s safe when you know it isn’t. That’s a lie and a fraud and a crime.” http://nuclearhistory.wordpress.com/

  • So what could we learn from this? True scientists, researchers and doctors want to know the truth, no matter where it leads. Faux scientists and doctors toe the corporate line, and rarely if ever cross over. They ignore the evidence, cover it up, and deny it exists.

True journalists explore an issue and show BOTH sides in depth. Then people can decide. Long ago, in the US, Republicans got rid of the equal time rule, which was in my opinion, the death of true journalism. Now we have a lot of Faux news and Faux journalists. Often only one side is presented or the truth is given short shrift, while corporate spin is given the most attention and praise.

None of this is new… Very old folk tales talk about people selling their soul to the Devil. Money is the thing… It is a very attractive bait used to hook many a fish. Come over to the dark side.. sell your soul for some pieces of paper.

Once you cross over, the deal is done and the hook is set. It will be much harder to get out, once you are in the net. Now you can be used to increase the suffering and number of deaths. Your work will satisfy the appetites of the dark side hunger for more souls.

Do you believe this fairy tale? Does it have any truth in it for anything going on today?

      Scientific ORTHODOXY resists change.
“Science advances one funeral at a time.”
(meaning old guard defenders of entrenched theory)
      Happens in many disciplines.
(Added to AGRs’ statement re: false science.)
They aren’t the new high priesthood and “science” is less objective than they would have us believe for many reasons.

Re: fairy tales – I’ll add “and other mythic stories.”
In any story of a human “dark side” we could ask two things -

is someone under the illusion they can have ultimate “control” ?
(money, power, influence, ego defense and gratification, often fear-driven “needs”)

is the tale referring to the tiny subset of humanity that act as predators on the rest of us – psychopaths?

More and more I wonder if the very old (and continuously recycled) stories with a “good vs evil” theme are not based on an old awareness of this predator subset.

    Outnow at HP:
“US childhood cancer rates had climbed in the 1950s and early 60s, but scientists were stumped as to why. A 2002 U.S. Centers for Disease Control report calculated that fallout caused 15,000 U.S. canjcer deaths, a figure that many consider a gross underestimate. The following year, a blue ribbon European panel reported 61,600,000 (sixty-one million, six-hundred thousand) cancer deaths worldwide from fallout.

Hi Guys, please tell me if there are better places to post this sort of slightly unrelated statement. But “Scientific” (yeah… right) American has just posted another puff piece slamming the idea that Fukushima’s radiation caused a spike in infant mortality. (of course that entirely ignores miscarriages and infertility, that is harder to capture statistically)

I made a posting there based on the very good work that both Joviation and Captain Dave did the last time Scientific American wrote on the topic.

Counterpunch ran a very good analysis of Mangano and Sherman’s intial report showing that while the report had plenty to criticise about it, when looked at in more depth by a statistitian they hired, the situation was worse than Mangano and Sherman had indicated. Furthermore, the analysis made more sense. Counterpunch of course has not axe to grind in this saga.

I’ll repost the comment I made to “Scientific” American below this comment. If done properly, a statistical analysis of still births, birth rates, death rates, deformities and heart disease pre and post Fukushima in the USA would be very interesting.

Note on this forum information has been posted from a University professor studying birds in the USA that showed areas affected by rain when fallout from Chernobyl came over the USA had huge mortality rates for baby birds. Mangano previously wrote a book about the same effects on infant mortality in the USA after Chernobyl and how after major radiation releases, the US govt revises statistics, adding births in to cover over the sudden drop in fertility.

    Anyway, comment posted below.

Congenital abnormalities could very likely be increasingly screened for, and mothers “encouraged” to have abortions.
(possibly under a new gov’t “health” program, reducing the chance of an evidentiary link to Fuku)

The trend is declining birthrates in Japan anyway, and the growing bulge of old folks won’t be having babies. It won’t be hard for them to manipulate this aspect.

But I wonder how they will hide the effects on kids already born ?

DosDos, infancide is practiced already–as you said. What is not highly advertised..those children of Fukushima or any radiation exposure who want children–and have thyroid cancer..its going to be hard to do. The MALES -well that not as difficult-they can be fathers unless the high radiation makes them chemically sterile. But the girls, its very hard to get pregnant..and then carry a child to term when you are on thyroid replacement therapy. So even if a woman becomes pregnant and the fetus is free of disabilities and not aborted–then the risk due thyroid causes miscarriage. Thyoid cancer is NOT a easy and curable disease, its life altering.

Where are the scientists on all the figures about thyroid cancer, surgery, treatment, daily medications, continuous testing for med levels and for cancer return, and then..day to day life. Sad.

“congenital abnormalities”, arn’t these happening when the chid (fetus) is still in the mother’s womb? What is the use of testing in children? Shouldn’t the governement tests while the fotus are in the womb and either at birth or when the fotus is lost at or before birth? Not including these in testing is equivalent to almost not testing at all.

Japan still has a dozen facilities, built during the 1920s to house lepers, capable of holding at least 10,000 total with room to expand.

In Okayama, there is an entire island secured to do that, something not too many people know about even though it is in the web page of Japan’s Ministry of Health. Korea also has a similar facility, which housed as many as 5,000 just after the Korean War, as well.

Before 1950 most of the residents soon expired due to TB. A few who were resistant to that disease lived out their entire life; in Japan and Korea, there are still a few hundred who came to these places before 1945 and never knew life outside of the facilities.

These are the fate of the children selected by the government to be ‘treated’. In Asian culture, disabled children are encouraged to be sent away, never to be seen again. Walk through the streets of Tokyo, Seoul or Shanghai, and you won’t see too many disabled people.
