It’s useless to check fish using ordinary Geiger counter, they should use spectrometer to test radioactive isotopes in fish. What they are doing is fake test just to calm their customers.

Maybe they are doing a smell test for Isotopes !
In the Gulf The FDA, NOAA had people smelling for PHA’s hydrocarbons in fish, you can’t smell hydrocarbons in fish but many felt safe to eat it seeing someone of authority smelling it !

Geiger counters do NOT pick up plutonium well at all.
Let’s hope reactor 3 stays ok
