Interesting, local TV news weatherman John Coleman here in San Diego (he founded the basis for the Weather Channel and retired in San Diego doing local TV weather reports where nothing ever happens) reports that his super computer predicts hurricane Isaac to travel west just offshore and has not made landfall yet. Travels west before coming ashore on about the Texas and Louisiana border by 6pm tomorrow Wednesday 8/28 according to his computer program this versus what the National Weather forecast service is saying. As I type, the eye is still just offshore wandering west.

If we knew where the surge was along the coast, we would know where the storm was moving. Weather simulators are good for nothing.

John Coleman has being forecasting weather since I was a kid in Chicago. I saw him almost every night on the news. I thought he had passed away good to hear he is doing well in California. I would seriously consider his forecast if I were in the path of the Hurricane. It will be intersting to see who is right.

Also, I clicked on the link you provided for his bio and see that he has a strong opinion about global warming and will read up on what he has to say when I get a chance. Thanks for the link.

Was anybody watching The Weather Channel on Sunday night? A doctor of meteorology had worked out 4 simulations of where this storm could go and then he said, "It all depends on where THEY steer this storm." Who is "they"? Would that be geo-engineers?

Insurance companies are fighting to not pay for damage from man made catasrophies.

AU.. I hate to say I am jaded, but, as I am informed about such trivial matters as radioactive sinkholes, (Obviously, I do not get my news from the main stream) the minute I saw that Hurricane down by Florida, I said to myself.. dilution.. guess that sinkhole is fixing to measure less radiation.. that is how "they" are gonna fix the f up that "they" made in the first place..

I was going to comment a week ago.. guess "they" are gonna turn on the HAARP and dilute this mother sucker as they don't know what else to do.. and everybody knows the solution is dilution if it is radioactive..

Decided I should not be so snarky.. but look how it turned out :(
