Following the publication yesterday on this site [...] I was contacted in the early hours of this morning by the author. [...]
The Author [Dr.] Yuri Hiranuma, pointed out in his communication to me that the medical report dated back to January 2012. He told me that since the release of that report, he has not had the time to release an update. The following is lifted directly from his message to me and details exactly why no update has been forthcoming:
“We have not had a chance to do more reports simply due to an overwhelming number of reported cases. In other words, current situations in Japan are worse than in this report. In addition, medical information in Fukushima is sealed, which means we have no idea what is truly going on there. What’s in our report is from the rest of the country”.

And someone needs to report what the current health situation is in Japan even if it is only a report on health problems outside of Fukushima.

Hey Johnny- Nope, not new. My kids actually had to prove they had the "Pertusis" vaccine before returning to school this fall. Don't you remember that disturbing commercial they had running for quite some time with the sound of a baby coughing in the background? I believe it was a PSA. Anyway, it talked about how adults could easily spread Pertusis (aka Whooping Cough) to little ones and was encouraging them to get the vaccine so they would not acquire and spread the disease. …sign of the times, eh?

Simply this means – administration do not tell about the situation on purpose – so they can cover up and lye.

I think it is always important to remember that 25,000 people were lost in the tsumani and that the real numbers of those exposed will be never be correct.
Hiding the statistics from Fukushima covers up those that undoubtedly are beginning to suffer the effects of radiation sickness.
How can this not be correct..considering TONS of nuclear fuel uncontained distributed through explosion and ongoing emissions from the reactors?

After the tsuami, a mayor of a small town of about 13,000 reported that only 6,000 survivors were found for that specific town. 7,000 were never to be found. But tens, if not hundreds of towns and several cities and even more villages have been swallowed.
It is very unlikely that there are only 25,000 who lost their live in the tsunami. In reality, the number is much higher. This is what this mayor explained.

Medical information in Fukushima is sealed! Well it has been ever since little man and fat boy(data from beyond 1950 on only)! Look at ICRP Health Risk recommendations. They are framed ignoring genetic risks with internal irradiation which exist even at the lowest "doses"(A single Cs137 ray gives a dose to a DNA molecule of 100000 Sv! Poor DNA. BUT ICRP Risk recoms state ICRP dose of 1 mSv gives zero infant mortality during the nuke activies period after 1945 . And thus they ignore 22.6 million infant mortalities in India alone due to nuke activities since 1945 till 1989. Is it not so painful to read J Nevinger's translation of Yablokov et al's work on Chernobyl Consequences? And now this behaviour from the Japanese authorities. I think honesty is the best policy. It will help all life, considering the mammoth control the rulers have on info. How stupid.

From the outset (of 311), I stated that they should be advising the global public on what measures could be taken to minimize the impact of Fukushima emissions (radiological toxins) on their health. But if we're to be honest, the scale of this catastrophe is so great, such blatant disclosure could result in destabilizing effects.
It's difficult to predict how people would react, knowing their food and water is severely compromised. Within this very forum, some have become severely depressed; often resulting in their completely dropping off the radar; some flagged for violations of site protocol (irrational behavior?); others for deteriorated physical condition (physiologic or psychosomatic?).
From I've seen so far, it takes an extremely well tempered mind to take-in this ongoing event. Some are blessed with stoicism. Others are deeply invested in protecting those about them. Is the general public equipped with the psychological and spiritual fortitude to maintain an even keel?
Suddenly knowing you've been moved into the thirty-three-percentile of those who – may – experience premature life-path termination (early death), is extremely disconcerting. It's akin to being put on death row, without-ever having seen the death sentence. And this awareness cannot be limited to ones personal fortune, but the fortunes of all those about you and to come!

It is really very sympathetic of you to comment regarding the preservation of the good life and its health and welfare. I really meant that the rule of honesty must have been from the begin and not just change over to honesty in a flash. The governments even now are in a state of deep stupor regarding the points you have made. Should not they govern? Look at the sinkhole, the history of the Gulf and everywhere else.

Almost as I was responding to CB above, the swarms occurred preceded by the severe rains and the storms and presto the El Salvador quake occurred as I foretold that there would be a MAJOR quake somewhere on the Pacific Rim; what if it had happened in Japan? Tokyo? Thats why people should not only be aware in Govt and other secretive circles, but they have a duty to prepare the people. If they were really serious from the beginning, they would not have let this all happen.

The same sort of thing happens all over the world. Withholding key info to the public. Things like not labeling GMO foods, OK its not radiation but it is pandering to minority industry interests. And the masses just accept it. A woman I know went into a Vancouver area hospital for a routine procedure and caught a super bug that pushed her chronic but controlled disease over the line and now she lives in a care home. A nurse told us "off the record" that she caught a super bug from the hospital but that nobody will officially admit it. On the record her symptoms simply worsened. It happens right? The government (no private health care ) had recently got rid of all its unionized cleaning staff to sub contract the work to a company hiring minimum wage workers. There is so much to fix in this world many feel overwhelmed and give up before they even start.
What makes you think just because they are having a nuclear crisis in Japan that the lying stops? Japan's "democracy" was set up by the American government. I'm sure most high radiation readings in America are locally sourced, not from Fukushima. Democracy requires eternal vigilance

Even community health workers say don't bring your kid to emergency unless warranted as kid could get sick from superbugs in hospital. Secondly: The 3 interviewees can not be the youngest and probably have one or the other health problem. And we cannot really be certain where those problems come from, because we all know – when you go to a doctor in Japan or anywhere else – no doctor will tell you (because he has no way to find this out): you are ill because you swallowed a few uranium atoms 67 years ago. What he will tell you is: you are ill because of your heart/lung/liver/blood/overweight/cholesterol/alcohol/anxiety…
Personally, I think it is good these students try to do some research on this topic, despite it being badly reported about in the media. But far better for them would be living somewhere else, I suspect.

I've mentioned this with a video link before but the guy in the video says generally the official geiger in Koriyama, Fukushima is showing 60% reduced radiation value. The population of Fukushima is about 12 times of Chernobyl and people are still not evacuated even though they have requested the government time and time again to evacuate the residents since the radiation level is at international standard set level for evacuation but government refused. I think it's criminal.

Hello All, As usual ALL of the responses & additional comments,links,etc. to this topic and everything admin. chooses to post has much to offer those of us who've been focused on the issue & the threats to ALL of us on every continent,and to newcomers who only recently became aware that a potential ELE had occurred at all(?!)-I won't go overboard with my keyboard like I have in the past when I become overwhelmed and try to deal with everything in one 1500 character space to respond to and interact with all of what I've read-(like now). I have had to deal with hospitals and Dr.'s about my 39 yr. old wife's cancer that appeared since 3/11 and truly is my worst nightmare come true aside from our daughter's unexplained miscarriage last year. I watched the cancer care center at our hospital become flooded with so many new cancer cases since she began her chemo in March that they'd had to add dozens of new seats and are overwhelmed and short-handed and have a sad,lost look in their eyes now.They get very uncomfortable when I question or mention anything about possible causes being linked or related to nuclear incompetence here or abroad(perhaps "orders" from above?)due to "funding"(?)issues or their sources.So I've been making mention of my family's sudden onset of serious health problems and the possibility of a connection to Fuku or the 11 NPP's in killing range of us here now whenever possible.I think the govt. is most concerned about their precious nuke-powered…

Hey Johnny Blade, I'm new here and have a friend with a product that you might want to take a look at. He's just updated the site with the recommendations made by some of the regulars here on Enenews. Many key medications for chemo, methotrexate for one, dissappeared from pharmacies world-wide in May/June 2011. This particular medication is for acute leukemia. It is the best medication to put children with leukemia into remission. Once in remission,they need weekly doses/shots, but for awhile, they are "cured." Now the meds are back for people as of May 2012. Heart meds were also not available. One has to wonder–were the chemo and heart drugs sent to Japan, while pharmacy companys ramped up production? Just a curious happening–Just Saying..

Is it just being hidden in N. Japan? Or is it government's worldwide effort to prevent citizens from learning what is happening to them? The other scary thng is the NEW software for cell phones(at least in the USA) where US government has a special channel to take over control of cell phones to get "special messages" from the President. THATS right–but only on the newer cell phones..so keep the older ones! The local HAM radio group was concerned about this new "feature" –as am I. Dont like the idea of having cell phone "used" by the government. I can get my alerts by signing up for weather or emergency sites–dont need the government to help me find what I think is critical.

In Koriyama-city
0-2 years old are allowed upto 15 mins outdoor activity per day.
3-5/7 years old are allowed upto 30 mins outdoor activity per day.
Primary and Junior high school students were only allowed upto 3 hrs of outdoor activity last year but from April this year the restriction was removed.
The reason for removal is that the average radiation level in the air is 0.2 mcSv/h. But When OshidoriMako questioned the official about the average, he knew that some places measured, of course, higher. But another reason for the restriction removal is that the radiation level from the glass badge decreased.
Swimming class is compulsory and those that does not attend are marked as ill.
Students changes into swimwear and do prep exercise indoors so that they don't have to spend too much time by the pool side where exposure is higher.
(Glow: They still do swimming!???? It's no place to live or do swimming….teachers should boycott…they are mad!)
Then OshidoriMako obtained the glass badge data (3 stages upto 2 mths result) and found that the Primary and Junior high school students who were exposed more than 0.5 mcSv were 108 students.
The maximum level was detected from a primary school student at 1.83msv (in less than two months!)
On the above basis, outdoor restriction was removed!!!

SP: So the pool also has all the runoff of nuclear fallout from the public water supply (which they drink also).
Listen up Fukushima parents… Radioactive cesium in water is very bad when you and your family drink the public water. But it is also proven (since 1957) that it can pass through the skins of fish swimming in cesium-contaminated water. Do you think your children's skin is tougher than a fish?

Exactly. This is what I've been thinking. Cesium, Strontium, Tritium and other water solubles are in the drinking water and apart from Cesium, not tested. When you have a shower or bath, your skin pores open and as you know, skin absorbs as well as excretes sweat and waste materials. They talk about thyroids and other symptoms and food contamination but absorption via water is not much talked about on twitter.

Another appropriate punishment for notorious radiation down-players would be a million whip lashes. If there is a safety limit, as such that one single lash cannot kill them, then they will be fine. If they smile confidently, it cannot harm them.

An eye for an eye was a fairly mild punishment compared to scaphism (aka "the boats").
But I doubt the Persians were the first to kill people in that way. Killing by torture is as old as mankind. Civilization hasn't changed much except that it rarely happens in front of a large audience.
Naked apes do terrible things to their enemies. I prefer lesser punishments even for the most heinous criminals, but I don't oppose executions for the worst offenders.

Ideally, Yamashita and those in support of nukes should go to Fukushima and dig for themselves. Then they'll know what it's like to work in harsh environment and unfair condition which contractors face. People have asked politicians to move to Fukushima if they are so OK about it. As a part of investigation for DAYS JAPAN (magazine), Oshidori sent out a questionnaire to doctors in Fukushima, Chiba & Tokyo.
The question was "Have you seen any noticiable increase of a particular illness?"
Interestingly, Fukushima doctors returned the questionnaire immediately by saying "No change."
Those from Chiba and Tokyo who returned it at the last minute commonly said skin, heart and bladder illness increased.
They've been practicing in the area for more than decades and roughly 10 times increase was reported.

It's really sad, the chair in the video said that the school headmaster lets his own children live out of the area but he'd call a mother who discussed about the radiation with other mothers so the radiation subject is taboo. Everybody is made to live under the fear.

Most American doctors do the same non-reporting for any controversial subject. A lucrative career is at stake for doctors. You don't rock the boat. Exceptions are older doctors who are semi-retired. Hospital administrators follow the lead of government spokespersons and you know what that means.
A secretive grass-roots reporting system from citizens in Japan might evolve if they get angry enough. We will watch and see.

Many people assume nuclear power must be a scam to make money however it has always been wealth destroying. That was the intent of Tzeilard who immediately patented an atomic bomb. Einstein and Tzeilard pushed the bomb on Roosevelt. The reactors were first planned as the source of bomb materials. Now,the intent often determines the outcome. The intent of nuclear energy was from the start to kill people…out of supreme spite for our love of life. Since fission was directly supervised and financed by the private tribal central banking interests, which delivered the Einstein Tzeilard letter in 1939, and since the same interests are those of the entities now waging a falseflag global war on terra with uranium weapons, it is reasonable to conclude that this whole industry is part of the most criminal enterprise ever known, which if allowed to run its course to its intended outcome, colossal destruction of human beings, either through soft kill meltdowns or big booms, will ultimately make utter fools out of the team players and liers and propagandists and yes men who went along with the project. At least people seem to find the conviction now that nuclear fission and its offshoots are a dead end…we have to be free of these destructors.

Rambojim and Richard, I share your (Richard's) interpretation of "chain reaction"'s time frame. Odd and ironic because the scientists brought to our attention by Rambojim likely expected something to develop more obviously … and sooner.
I have to notice how far I carry these thoughts … at my core, and against all odds, I visualize a future that is able to celebrate life and beauty of life. For me it's important to work "as if" this is the outcome.

Yes, truly heartrending experiences narrated on this site. This site narrates an epic of the present day. The sad part of the whole saga is it is shared by everyone at some relationship in the family or friends. Look children are in the campaign against the Kudankulam nuke on the south eastern tip of India with myriad sea life, the very breath of fishermen and other people. Kudankulam will usher in cancers and infant mortalities by the thousands. And the plant is to go critical without any safety whatsoever(Its ICRP the witch that rules the roost, manufactured cooked up genetic data). Truth, how powerless are you! Against the shaitans(the lifetakers) of Kaliyuga! I feel after aftershock, so helpless. Also for my grands….
